Pros: Convenience! It is so easy to swap information with others when I'm on the go without having to carry cards, etc.
Cons: Haven't found any so far! Loving the product and all the options it provides for my business. I can't say enough about it!

I love it!! I love the ability to share the digital card, I like the fact that there's a QR code that I can share and scan.
Pros: Very user friendly and easy to share when networking. Another thing is when I scan another user's card, it automatically saves in my contacts
Cons: I really do not dislike the application, I have not experienced any issues as of yet. This is a great tool

I bought it last year and got discouraged. It wasn't connecting my information and then they sent 2 different cards one was supposed to scan and input info. When I followed instructions it still did not work. Called today and she started acting like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I called back no answer. So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect? The phone number is based out of El Sobrante, CA which is only a 20-minute drive for me so it shouldn't be a situation in communication. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a good business. And is just trying to use digital cards to deviate from paper. if you could leave no stars I would. Its garbage
Pros: I thought it was good for a digital card. So nothing it did'nt service me
Cons: The fact that it is supposed to be a digital card and has too many malfunctions when trying to add information. And Now that i do marketing I see how people can post fake reviews to market their company

Very easy to onboard with the checklist.

Overall, I liked it. There are still some quirks to work out, but I think the lead capture is the most important feature.
Pros: It was mostly intuitive. Hubspot integration worked well and was very easy to set up. I liked being able to capture leads.
Cons: People were able to swipe away the lead capture, which was the most important feature for us. Most people didn't save our contact information. I think there needs to be a clearer prompt for that. Also, the Eventbrite integration was quirky. It would import leads as team members instead of contacts, and we got a large bill because of it. That was never figured out, but the customer service team was very prompt in getting the bill reversed.

Pros: I like that it prompts contacts to input their information after scanning so their is an exchange.
Cons: It isn't already integrated with our CRM & we have to go through a third party or manually extract info.

My onboarding was very thorough and easy I look forward to seeing more on analytics and our customer capture especially at events if it drives more connections than our paper business cards
Pros: Easily accesible creating quick access to our prospects and allowing them to connect with us faster. Eliminating delay or hesitation having to do manual input "Later" because it's inconvenient now.
Cons: More lead capture options and custom questions would be helpful so would being able to customize the email signature more with spacing font and multiple phone number options

The customer support team was fantastic.
Pros: I love being able to share my information without having to dig in my bag for a business card! It's so much faster and more efficient.
Cons: I haven't found them yet. I do need to add my info to the actual card. Right now, it's just on my phone.

It’s good to improve the business and it’s the future of business cards so far.
Pros: Easy to edit on the card and it’s so helpful to reach the customers on so many different ways to keep me and my business in touch with the customers all the time.
Cons: Can’t use the online dash page on the phone like how I use it on the laptop, plus the metal card tap thing it’s so bad and it’s never worth that much cost $$$$.
