Customer support is timely and great at helping solve issues. I do wish there was more overall ability to customer without extra charges. Things like inserting rows in estimates as well as inserting blank rows are issues that shouldn't be.
Pros: That it helps our small company keeps tasked organized and saves time by capturing information off forms to eliminate duplicate data entry points.
Cons: Difficult interface to understand and customize, you have to be a programmer and understand the interfaces thoroughly to make the smallest of change.

Overall, Method has helped us streamline operations, improve visibility across departments, and maintain accurate synchronization with QuickBooks Desktop while still allowing complete flexibility where needed.
Pros: We use Method as our CRM because it integrates properly with QuickBooks Desktop, which was a major requirement for our business. Unlike many CRM systems that offer only limited syncing, Method gives us a reliable connection between our customer management and accounting processes. What makes the platform especially valuable is its flexibility. Anything that doesn’t sync out of the box can be fully customized and mapped by the Method technicians to fit exactly how your business operates. That level of customization has made a huge difference for us because our workflows are not standard, and we needed a system that could adapt instead of forcing us into rigid processes. The Method team has been excellent to work with throughout setup and customization. They took the time to understand our needs and tailored the CRM around them, making the whole system feel purpose-built for our company.

Cons: One downside we’ve experienced is the search functionality. The search bar is very sensitive to small misspellings, spacing issues, or missed punctuation, which can make finding records frustrating at times. A more forgiving or predictive search feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency.

Technical and customer support is prompt and well trained. Pricing is competitive and interface user friendly.
Pros: The ease in inputting client data - either manual or uploading in batches and also the link with QuickBooks.
Cons: The email marketing application could be improved for better design creation and analytics. Once that part is improved then it is a full service platform

Method is an excellent program for organizing all of your information. I have all of my customers information saved, which I can quickly and easily import from my invoice program. I am able to save important events for each customer, and get reminders emailed right to me. The customer support is great! They are always here to help when I have a question. I have never had any major issues using Method, and feel that it is well worth the cost! I highly recommend Method to every business owner!
Cons: I sometimes have issues importing new customers, but can usually figure it out or manually enter them into the system.

8/10 so far - fairly new still but I am sure there is still a lot for me to learn and get acquainted to, to make it most beneficial to my business.
Pros: Fairly Easy to navigate Fair Value for the most part Customer Support Performance and Speed is good (App is slow though)
Cons: -Finding it to be a pain sometimes for Customization -Often balances are not being updated once a payment is entered for a client -Wish there would be multiple Follow-ups to activities at once. (ie. sort of like a flow chart of items)

It has been a game changer for our company. We have been using it now for about four years and finally have everybody on board and using it regularly. We added field crew two years ago and that has been very easy to get our cruise changed over from paper to electronic work orders.
Pros: The most difficult thing was getting everyone to use it.It is so simple to use, you can make so many custom modifications.
Cons: Convincing the team that it was worthwhile to integrate into our business.There really isn't anything that I don't like about the method crm product.

Great - The onboarding process and continuing support was great. They got me up and running quickly. Ongoing help and support has been great.
Pros: 1. Reporting abilities are a big step above what I could get out of QuickBooks. It is the real reason I signed up. It saves me at least a months work each year. 2. Training and technical help customizing the reports was great. 3. Ability to give access to the invoice process to other employees without having to give access to QuickBooks.
Cons: Complex report customization - definatly needed help and I have a programming background. Very complxe underlying language.

Pros: One of my favorite things about Method is the support we have received from our rep, Thomas. He has worked in detail with us to customize the platform to fit our needs.
Cons: One of my least favorite things about Method is some of the issues we have had with QBO syncing. We have gotten things dialed in recently and are seeing less problems.

At the start, we did the trial. It was a little overwhelming to edit screens and logic. Our company then tried another 4 CRMs. Finding those had limitations, we decided to try Method again. Once we understood the possibilities, we were hooked. Additionally, having a personal customizer is helpful once help is needed. Also, the chat desk system has proven to be surprisingly responsive. Just yesterday I had a programming question and sent an email to our customizer. With a simple reply, I was able to see what I needed to change for the logic to work. Impressive customer service,
Pros: Method has proven to be very useful with our complex workflow. Developing apps and screens that relate to our business specifically has given use more direct resolutions than other CRM software that we subscribed to preciously. The ability to customize yourself is an incredible feature. Then, once we get stuck or need help, having a customizer helps with the more complex logic.
Cons: More samples of how screens and apps can look after customizing would be more helpful. The help center is great, however additional screen shots and videos of the software being pushed to the limits.

Quick and easy to establish. Customer support was great! Our rep is on top of it! [sensitive content hidden] and the free hour of tech-support came in handy. He was able to assist with all of the customizations we needed.

I asked for a refund before any work began and my rep, [sensitive content hidden], stopped responding. After multiple attempts I had to email a general inbox just to get reassigned to [sensitive content hidden]. Then their team lead, [sensitive content hidden], got involved and offered no solution beyond quoting policy. Method refused to refund a deposit for customization work never executed. Be careful—what they sell and what you get are very different.
Pros: The promise of customization, but it required unnecessarily lengthy hand-holding, bids for work, and as soon as I asked for a refund, a complete lack of communication.
Cons: Sold on “easy customization,” got the opposite. The process is unnecessarily complex, costly, and nothing like what was promised.

I occasionally send emails through the Method CRM Email campaign function. These emails are only to my customers. I sent a campaign out to about 1300 and got 20 invalid email responses. Method froze my email account based on the twenty invalid emails. It took over a week for them to get the account unfrozen. Ridiculous!
Pros: It integrates well with Quickbooks Desktop, although it works a bit slowly and occupies a lot of computer resources when synchronizing.
Cons: Their customer service is near non-existent. You can get a hold of people via chat, but they are incompetent and have to refer every issue to the "back office" and that can take days to get a reply.

Couldn’t be a worse experience. Time consuming with no end in sight. You’re better off building your own CRM from scratch.
Pros: The low cost and their programmers on staff to help you build out the CRM to fit your exact needs. We were excited about their ability to customize the CRM to our needs.
Cons: I’ve been working with their “programmers” for over one year and their CRM is still not useable. This has been a complete nightmare.

WE LOVE IT! It serves as advertised and WAY MORE. We use it for production task scheduling and tracking, customer communications and information, allowing our employees to see order history, time tracking and more.
Pros: Its customizable features allow it to function and look the way that best suits your needs.
Cons: If using Quickbooks Desktop payments, Method's payment gateway does not allow it in their platform. We are currently sending invoices from Quickbooks Desktop so that the customer has the option to pay with the link if they choose. Once the invoice is paid, we send the Paid Invoice via method so that the customer can have access to their portal. We can choose to use one of their accepted payment methods such as Stripe, but these do not sync with Quickbooks Desktop for merchant fees etc so to prevent adding to our data entry we have been reluctant to make a switch.

My overall experience is positive. I use it as one of the primary tools of my workday and have yet to run into any major issues in which I'd describe as a flaw of the software.
Pros: The overall speed of daily tasks and account management tools provided.
Cons: The overall UI seems a bit dated. That might be for speed and ease of use, but some graphic updating would be nice.

They are great. Eric was our personal designer. He was able to come up with creative solutions to meet our exact needs.
Pros: It pull all the info needed from Quickbooks, and gives our customers an easy way to submit repairs, approve repairs and pay for repairs.
Cons: It was more on our end. Our system had a few issues sinking up to Method. But Method was there to help troubleshoot and solve that issue.
