I recommend HoneyBook to all new business owners and entrepreneurs. It keeps me organized and easy to store everything I need in one place
Pros: I love HoneyBook! It’s easy to setup and receive payments, send and receive emails and contracts with my customers and rarely have I had any tech issues. Customer service is super helpful and the value for the tier two was worth it.
Cons: Nothin. There’s still a lot to learn about using it. I do kinda wish there was a desktop version I could download and have open up when my computer starts up.

It was good, but overall I needed something more robust for my business. I ended up switching to Jobber because it had more features.
Pros: HoneyBook was easy to use, easy to set automations up, a nice place to store client info. The pricing is very reasonable.
Cons: Reporting wasn't great. The integration with quickbooks wasn't perfect. Wanted more from the email marking aspect of it.

I feel as they're becoming more AI heavy, they're losing the reliability with unforeseen issues. We never had issues with Honeybook until they started tweaking everything to incorporate AI.
Pros: It's still okay for organizing clients. Customer service is quick and friendly. Cost is fair. Templates look nice and are easy to setup for simple items.
Cons: There are issues coming up (like client answers not being auto saved) that there is not answer for. Even an issue with the "EST" timezone disappearing, making me unable to set the timezone for the event. The timezone they were able to fix within a week - but the solution to the client answers not being saved was a fail. They asked me to ask the clients to record the issue - there is no way I'm asking a client to record something (especially when it may not happen at that time) after they've just lost 3 hours of work from the template not auto saving. They're already upset enough as is.

I love HoneyBook. It’s really simple to use and you can set it up. It definitely was was to use when I started my entrepreneur journey
Pros: I love the templates and how you can start from scratch. I also love the mobile app, easy to use and can manage your clients on the go
Cons: I didn’t like how sometimes the payment processing wouldn’t work for some of my clients but it would work with others.

My overall experience with HoneyBook has been exceptionally great. It has any intuitive features rich interface that is very easy to navigate. I has been a seamless tool for us.
Pros: I like that HoneyBook has great customer support team that offers assistance for any queries reported 24/7. The interface is very easy to use and customize.
Cons: I have not experienced any issues with HoneyBook. It has been an exceptional tool for us. No dislikes.

Overall I like Honeybook. I feel it can make even smaller businesses like mine look very polished and professional.
Pros: My favorite thing about it is that You can manage the entire client journey from inquiry to contract to payment and delivery in one place.
Cons: My least favorite thing is the price. As a solo entrepreneur, budget is tight and the barrier to entry is around $40 a month.

I have been a user of Honeybook for 4.5 years. I use it for recurring invoices, contracts, and customer management. It needs some improvements but overall it's a good tool for the money.
Pros: I love the ability to create templates and recurring invoices with the Honeybook configuration and implementation tools.
Cons: I do not love the UI [User Interface] of Honeybook. It seems a bit dated and is not intuitively laid out.

I just using it for our music festival to book bands and bar cart. Its been pretty efficient so far in keeping things organized and setting up payment schedule. I'm looking forward to using it more with our other events.
Pros: The ease of use booking and paying vendors for our event. Payments were easy to setup and it helped manage all the vendors and bands we book for our music festival.
Cons: I'm brand new to the program so I'm still learning but the so far it hasn't been too difficult to learn.

Pros: I really enjoyed their emailing abilities. I was able to batch emails ahead of time, and see when they had been read.
Cons: I didn't like is that the more advanced features had a bit of a more steeper learning curve. Pricing for what I needed.

Overall my expericance has been a good one. I do wish it was a little less expensive to access certain features.
Pros: I LOVE the ease of use. Nothing is complicated it's right there on how to use it and add signatures to everything. I feel safe and comfortable in using this product no concerns of my info getting anywhere other than where it is suppose to.
Cons: The price of there packages is expensive. Even the cheapest option is pretty high. Customer support is also a little slow to get back when there is an issue.

My overall experience with HoneyBook was overwhelmingly positive. Easy to adopt and implement into daily use! I found the entire experience to be streamlined and incredibly user friendly. Not only for me, but for my clients as well!
Pros: I was nervous to implement a new platform but I was SO delighted to find how user friendly this program was! I was immediately grateful for how quickly I was able to adopt HoneyBook and use it to create proposals, contracts while tracking payments and communications.
Cons: Honestly, I don't have any cons- the only one I could possibly think of was that it once went to someone's spam box as opposed to their inbox.

I continued to like the like the service, but the price is too steep for me now, and isn't providing anything woth the price increase.
Pros: It's a one stop for managing clinets their reocurring payments. I use it a lot and it save me the time of contacting clinets to remind them subscription renewing.
Cons: When I started my suscription with Honeybook, I paid a little over $250 a year. Two years later, $500 a year.

Besides an unnecessary jump in price, it's been a positive experience with ease of use, clients have no issues navigating their files. Signing contracts is easy for them, & so is paying invoices.
Pros: It's very easy to setup, the templates were the most helpful part as they gave me guidance on what information should all be included in my contracts.
Cons: Price has increased to an amount that I personally find unreasonable, it's no longer worth the money.

Pros: Generous starter plans that let you save money up front when starting a new business. All in one platform that you need for starting a service based business, from processing payments to workflow management, it is intuitive and straightforward to use.
Cons: The branding removal is only in the higher tier prices, it is not that big of a deal but for starting out on a budget does not help.

Pros: I was user friendly - I had an easy time learning how to use it. It kept my contracts organized so I could easily find information about my clients and what we agreed on.
Cons: Honeybook is more expensive than a new software I go that is more robust. It does the same things I liked from honey book but has more features.

Pros: HoneyBook has proven to be one of the most effective tools I've utilized, particularly for small businesses ,It greatly reduces the time spent on client management. Great. I like that it sends follow up reminders for client inquiries as our company gets busy at times.
Pros: I like that it’s user friendly for someone new to creating event contracts and invoices. You can customize each contract to fit each client with photos and different line items.
Cons: I think the process could be slightly easier for taking a contact from inquiry to project to contract with invoice. Early on I found myself creating multiple projects or contracts for the same client.

As a user for over two years, I am pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use, specifically for invoicing clients. It's changed the way I approach onboarding and recurring payments.
Pros: I liked that there were many options within one tool. I appreciate how often new features are released.
Cons: While I appreciate new features being rolled out often I don't love that it feels difficult to implement.
