Airtable helps small teams organize tasks, projects, and databases with flexible views and integrations. It’s most used by marketing, IT, and admin roles for daily workflows. Reviewers say its customization and task editing tools are effective, though reporting and mobile access are common drawbacks. Recent updates like AI agents and conditional logic improve automation and personalization.

Pros: It's pretty easy to use and get started. Actually, quite powerful as well. It's also very versatile.
Cons: It can be a little bit confusing and a little bit daunting to get started. Is it a spreadsheet? Is it a database? How do I work it?

My experience with Airtable has been very positive. It helped improve organization, collaboration, and visibility across projects in a simple and flexible way.
Pros: Airtable is very easy to use and combines the simplicity of spreadsheets with the power of a database. It’s great for organizing projects, tracking data, and collaborating with teams in real time.
Cons: Some advanced features can take a bit of time to learn, but the basics are very intuitive and easy to pick up.

This has prevented our team from losing links in everyone’s messy inbox. Although, there may be better ways to design the interface and feel at times like it is a little cumbersome, this program does bring some semblance of order to our chaotic processes.

Pros: I enjoyed the switch to be able to flip back and forth between grid view and gallery view on the swap button, so my older guys could see how they would go with it in a practice setting. I was impressed with how well the AI tool build off of my initial prompt and created a proper starting point for me, it also looked fairly good.
Cons: The mobile app next to it is slow when many records are there in the loading. Automation Scripting, too many technical terms things normal people could never learn for themselves.

To begin with no experience is a challenge. Customer service is great. Very helpful kind and courteous
Pros: Airtable has great potential for workflow automation. For monthly plan its worth it if use all the time.
Cons: I had issues figuring everything out. Then read up on how to use it. Which helped. I like the options it has tho

Overall, my experience with Airtable has been very positive, and it has become one of my favorite tools to work in every day. It hits a great balance between spreadsheet simplicity and database power, with a UI that makes complex data feel approachable and lets me build useful tools for my team without heavy development work.
Pros: What I like most about Airtable is the user experience: the interface feels modern, clean, and very visual, so it’s easy to understand even for non‑technical users. I love how you can switch between different views (grid, calendar, gallery, kanban) and build simple interfaces on top of your data, which makes everyday work feel smooth and actually enjoyable.
Cons: The main disappointment for me is that Airtable focuses on exporting and importing data, but not really on exporting or importing the structure of a base. There’s no simple, native way to move a full schema (tables, fields, relationships) between workspaces or to back it up, so you often end up recreating the structure by hand or relying on scripts and workarounds.

Overall it is one of the few programs that I tend to "nerd out" over. I am always thinking "this would be better in Airtable" when I am in a spreadsheet or another database. I have created Bases that run my business, create invoices, track my continuing education credits, budget, CRM's, organize my home, etc. If it can go in a spreadsheet, it can become so much more in an Airtable Base. It is the one piece of software that I don't even think twice about renewing. And now that they have integrated AI into its capabilities, I'm even more excited to try using it for other projects.
Pros: I love the flexibility of Airtable. You can design the relational database of your dreams with no programming skills necessary. It's easy to use and has terrific automations that can increase the power of your data.
Cons: There isn't much that I don't like. The one small thing that I can think of is that when you are adding records in a table view, it would be nice if hitting Enter would automatically start a new record instead of giving the popup saying to press Shift-Enter. It especially should not erase the record if you hit Enter a second time.

This is amazing tool especially in task management because it provides an easy to use which is why I loved most of using this tool it really helped me in my everyday task.
Pros: I love using Airtable because of the task management that the tools has. All files are being stored in a safest way possible and also the email notifications does his work which is why I used it frequently.
Cons: I think what I didn't like about Airtable is that the tools will sometimes doesn't work due to technical issues and I think it is understandble on their end.

It grows with you nicely, however it’s pretty complicated at the start and I’m not sure that I’d invest the time if I was starting over.
Pros: I love the way it can be customised in so many ways. It really helps to keep track of the big picture.
Cons: It’s still very complicated and, for me, randomly stops working. I haven’t figured out why but it’s annoying.

I love using it and the data capabilities. It’s very powerful and I use it to help track my clients etc
Pros: The automation capabilities inside site and and how it reduces the need for Zaiper and it cuts down costs for me
Cons: The UI and the learning curve and not knowing how it all connects together. Once you get the hang out of, it’s easier

Airtable makes managing data pretty and functional in ways simple spreadsheets simply cannot. With their multiple views, integrated data, and smart capabilities (not to mention the AI features!), it's a solid tool worth playing with.
Pros: I love the way the views of data are customizable to serve the specific needs you have at the time. Different teams required different components of the same dataset to be visible while accessing, and Airtable made it easy to create filtered views for each.
Cons: For those less tech-savvy, Airtable felt a little complex (rightfully so). It can do a lot and requires proper thought and planning for long-term use and configuration.

Overall, my experience with Airtable has been positive. It’s a great tool for organizing and tracking information, and the flexibility makes it useful for a wide range of tasks. Once you get familiar with how it works, it becomes a really helpful way to keep things structured and easy to manage.
Pros: What I like most about Airtable is how flexible and easy it is to organize information. It works like a spreadsheet but has the structure of a database, which makes it simple to track and manage different types of data in one place. I also like how customizable it is—you can create views, filters, and layouts that make the information easier to understand and work with.
Cons: What I like least about Airtable is that some of the more advanced features can take time to learn. While the basics are easy to use, setting up more complex workflows or automations can feel a bit confusing at first. It can take some trial and error to fully understand how to use all of the features effectively.

Pros: Airtables interface was very user friendly. Had no real issues. Customer service was helpful. Would recommend
Cons: There were some bugs and glitches. I found that the technical support team was helpful with that but the problems persisted

Pros: Airtable is incredibly customizable. It can be used for a variety of tasks, from project management, contact libraries, inventory tracking, grant-tracking, to-do lists, comms planning, etc. It is really a jack-of-all-trades product.
Cons: There is a steep user-curve with Airtable. The more tech-savvy members of my team love it, but others have disliked it, even just navigating an already-created Airtable. You have to set aside dedicated time to bring people on board to use Airtable, even as viewers. Some people may find it too complicated to learn to create their own tables.
Katherine G. · Development Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · March 6, 2026
Pros: Airtable is highly integratable and allows our team to enhance our product for our users. They don't see Airtable but it's doing a ton of things in the background- making it easier for our developers and users.
Cons: I don't have any negative feedback to share at this moment. Everything has been really great and the integration was easy.

Overall I'm very satisfied with Airtable. My team and I all use it on a daily basis. It allows us to integrate all of our types of data and functions into one place, making it much more powerful. We also integrate Airtable with Zapier, Documint, and other platforms when needed.
Pros: We use Airtable for a huge variety of functions, like data management, project management, content management, CRM, and more. Airtable is extremely customizable.
Cons: I don't have many cons. Occasionally we bump into an advanced function that we would like to achieve that Airtable doesn't support. That said, there are usually ways to work around it and they are continually adding new features.
Andy B. · Marketing Consultant · Marketing and Advertising · February 25, 2026
Pros: AirTables really allows me to upgrade my spreadsheets. It's easy to manage my input formats, link columns, set up filters and views. I also use it to collaborate with other team members and it has been seamless.
Cons: Setting up the AirTable takes planning and need some encourage to get people to come onto the tool and learn how to use it as there is a significant learning curve.
Winnie K. · Manager · Design · February 17, 2026
Pros: Ease of use, project management, project collaboration, tracking, and artifact handling. Building robust editorial calendars, content tracking, and publishing.
Cons: Onboarding teams and getting them used to using a new tool. Folks breaking filters, coding, and views.

The enjoyment my eyes get on a well designed page. It's like Excel with a facelift. I can change it to suit my needs and have used it for several different ideas.
Pros: The free version is more than enough. I love the colouring and full customisability. Great across all genres.
Cons: Sometimes it would freeze when saving, but eventually it would work and no data was lost. Maybe the colour palette could do with more range.

We were impressed and had expectations for streamlining a lot of our workflows, but ended up using Accelo. Airtable has a lot of flexibility, but for a smaller team like ours, it just didn't fit our use case.
Pros: I was impressed most with Airtable's database. The ability to create custom views and link assets across multiple tables is something our team uses constantly for project management.
Cons: For about half our team, the learning curve was just too steep and ultimately led us to use other project management tools. We ended up with a few team members working longer to maintain our setup which only cost more time vs. efficiency.
David V. · Lead Developer · Information Technology and Services · January 26, 2026
Pros: I have become an Airtable evangelist after my organization had adopted the platform as our source of truth. As a relational database, it allows organizations to store large amounts of dynamic data in organized, reliable ways. The fact that it can be used as a no- or low-code tool makes it easily adoptable. And, with the right architecture, automations, and even scripts, it can become a powerful collaboration and project management platform.
Cons: The Airtable team keeps growing its features, but there is still room for growth in the types of data and visualizations that can be seen in interfaces. More complex form features, like matrices and advanced conditional logic, could help it replace other survey tools at my organization.
Anonymous User · Associate Director, Evaluation · Non-Profit Organization Management · January 20, 2026
Pros: Very fast implementation time to existing workflows. Zero training needed, intuitive and easy for staff to use out of the gate
Cons: Would love to see more templates of example use cases. Im sure it's more powerful than were even using today.
Rob G. · Ceo · Wholesale · January 18, 2026
Overall the platforms ease of use and functionality make it one of the best out there. Great integrations to make for seamless correlation.
Pros: I love airtable because they are able to keep deals organized in a way that not many can. We use it for a specific section of deals that is managed by its own teams and it makes communication seamless.
Cons: Airtable really does have any huge disadvantages. I wish there were more notification from the platform but that may just be something we haven't figured out yet.
Connor M. · Account Executive · Financial Services · January 14, 2026
Pros: Great tool, has helping me out a lot. Dev friendly, I made an integration there and it really easy to make.
Cons: You can't really test an extension without a paid plan suscription. Wish gave me less time to test, but after that I've had really good results with the integration.

Airtable helped us manage HR projects and internal data more efficiently. It combines the flexibility of spreadsheets with more advanced features, which made tracking much easier.
Pros: The interface is clean and intuitive. Views, filters, and automation options are very helpful for project tracking. It’s flexible enough to adapt to different workflows.
Cons: Some advanced features require higher plans, and new users may need a bit of time to understand all the possibilities.
