The customer service if very friendly and very helpful. I am very impressed with them so far.
Pros: I love the quick connection by far, the fastest I have seen. A great tool to keep in touch with your clients.
Cons: I can't think of any at the moment. So far from what I see things seems to be great.

You can quickly start a video call from a web page by simply clicking the video call button.
Pros: Easy to deploy and suitable for all browser or application based business scenarios.
Cons: There is no salesforce or ms dynamics integration.

The most useful feature for Danube Angels is, that a lead clicks a link, and either available consultant immediately talks to them, no matter from where, and in the language required.
Pros: 11Sight is easy to implement and very useful in communication with our members and interested persons to join.
Cons: no cons from our side, we are happy with the solution.

Pros: Easy integration with HubSpotRobust, secure solution, does not crash or fail, 100% secure (does not go through a big FAANG server)Switchboard functionality (call hold, call merge, private video chat during a larger video meeting, et.al. that Zoom, Google Meet et.al. do not have)
Cons: Strong potential in the large market of real estate case used (leasing and sales), however the industry's established "phone call/appointment" sales processes are outdated. Graphic user interface/button design could be customized to client organization needs.

Pros: The fact that I can talk instantaneously with qualified prospects really helps our sales pipeline and achieve our revenue objectives.

We see that most customers are shy at first to video but since our business is visually designing fabric it helps to see and show customers what’s going on
Pros: Since customers can just type a link and start chatting or video it’s a huge boost to clearing up problems before and during orders
Cons: It was easy to setup, I can’t say there’s any negatives, I see people complaining Bout static sites for meeting rooms but it’s never impacted us

Over all, the experience using it has been great.
Pros: Easy to use on the invitee side. No special software needed outside of webcam/microphone, Screen sharing is good.
Cons: Clunky interface for the administrator. It would be nice if 11Sight would clean it up a bit and make it a little more intuitive..

Pros: Esta herramienta es excelente para cualquier negocio que quiera facilitar al cliente a hacer una vídeollamada con solo dar un clic.Imagínece usted tener un negocio donde en su página web usted pueda poner un Botón donde el cliente solo tenga que dar un clic e inmediatamante iniciar una vídeollamada donde usted pueda ofrecerle la asistencia o soporte necesario.También puedes descargar e imprimir tus códigos QR en tu publicidad impresa o Redes Sociales para que tus clientes puedan realizar videollamadas con solo escanearlos.
Cons: No es tan barato, espero que puedan implementar una pizarra digital, para si queremos enseñár cualquier información a nuestros clientes.

I was looking for an easy possibility to discuss directly with my readers or visitors. 11sight offers me a good way to create e-lines Phone. I decide that they must fill a form before reaching me directly on phone. I set business hour. The iOS app works well, and the videos call are fluid. I don't have to give my real phone number. For me this is the future.
Pros: I love the way to integrate 11sight on my websites and in my email signature. I can be reach easily by my visitors and customers.
Cons: The UI/UX is not the easiest to use. You must pass a learning curve before understanding the fully potential of this product.

Pros: I can use it like another phone line for my clients to contact me. I can choose to just use voice call or video call.
Cons: The online meeting room where clients can wait before I connect with them don't work so well. I had to get on a call with support several times.

11Sight is definitely helping with communicating with work. It's simple to use and definitely worth the price!
Pros: What I liked the most about this software was the ease of use and stability. All of our chats and video calls were fluid and the pace of chat was never too quick to the point it became overwhelming.
Cons: I can't really think of any cons. The software was a treat and fun to use.

Pros: Let's face it Zoom has set the bart for videoconferencing to the point that people expect the same experience with alternatives. So far 11Sight has matched Zoom closely enough that my clients can use it pretty easuly.
Cons: I wish I could figure out how to turn OFF the "knocking" when a client arrives. I just wan them to the room without me having to let them in. That should default to being OFF.

I bought 11Sight wondering if it would replace Zoom. It did not for me or my team, but has been very valuable in transitioning prospects from chat to call very seamlessly.
Pros: 11Sight makes it easy to immediately transition from chat to live video call. No installation, configuration, etc. Instant transition.
Cons: The admin screens are a bit confusing but the team has improved them.

It is clean, simple and easy to use tool for video calls. Love that everyone can call you just by clicking a link - nothing to install. And I can receive calls on all my devices - phone or laptop - whatever I use at the moment.
Pros: Everyone can call you just by clicking on a link - nothing to install, no need to create an account. Call link remains the same (though this can also be cons - depends).
Cons: You can't swith on/off call recording during the call - it is a checkbox down in settings, so you either record everything or nothing. As recording time is limited that can be problem for some. As you have a same link for call room security might be an issue. You have an organisation's name in link and you can't change it later. As I am solo, not a company, it is anoying for me.

Cons: 11Sight is so powerful and customisable that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are hard to understand. So I work hard on that, and now I can use 11Sight at 100%. I know the new UI/UX will be rolled out in February 2022 so great because this app is continuously improving.

Pros: Currently using it for video support. The video is quite smooth and the best part is you can adjust the quality of the video. Sometimes reception is not so good at certain area and this is where it comes handy. It also has a build in transcriptions where you record and keep what was discussed.
Cons: The backend interface is not so user friendly. Understand that there will be new UI coming up in February. By then hopefully it will be more user friendly.
