It's great because you can test updates as you do them which is very beneficial to our team.
Pros: How we code is much more convenient and having ways to test output right when you do an update is a huge success.
Cons: My biggest complaint is some features don't work all of the time and it crashes which loses all my work. The save feature doesn't work also.

This program allows us to customize our member materials and complete projects on time.
Pros: The capability of the program to manage multiple large projects that require significate detail.
Cons: I am not the programmer that works with the software directly, but I provide the information needed for the project and work with the results to meet our member needs and expectations.

in general, it is a tool with benefits that compete against its previous version, my rating is good, you just have to consider in budgets that the load of hours to carry out changes is limited, and it is in process for 2 resources to take the training course to Take control of the changes, Tango + is an intuitive tool to modify the format of the Billing, and more documents can be created with a room in PDF format, it only remains to elevate the self-service mode not for the IT team but for the users of business that they control the images and the dynamic way of uploading or downloading information.

Pros: The software has the potential to be able to upload images in the PDF of the assortment list in Avon Mexico, competing with its previous version in Elixir we are still migrating the services that Elixir manages in the creation of Reinvoice and the COD for the representatives in Avon, Another potential is that in theory the Avon Mexico team should be able to take care of the changes in Tango Development and production.
Cons: At the moment we have not loaded the use of dynamic images because the project was stopped by an AFP issue with the printing of the assortment lists, and recently the tests are being released after a year of adjustments, this impacts because is printing at low speed, it is estimated that we are in the final phase of testing with the AFP, and the printing teams.

This will be our 2nd year using Tango+ to develop our documents. I am more comfortable in the tool but there are so many nuances of which I do not have a firm grasp. For the most part, it's easy to use once you understand how it all works.
Pros: Tango+ is definitely easier to use than our previous document development software. Working in Word makes it much easier to make simple changes.
Cons: There have been times where something is "fixed" but then it breaks again. And it seems that the fix is something that is done on the back-end so I'm unable to fix it myself.
