Pros: The mobile feature, it's almost similar to slack And very responsive, a very good tool in my opinion

Cons: Sometimes I might go offline and I don't hear when a message comes in, not ignoring or ntn, just not updated and it causes conflict

Pros: Zoho Cliq's threaded conversations and group chats categorize our dev discussions by project. Screen sharing on code reviews is as open as day, and message search allows us to find technical choices from weeks past when debugging client problems.

Cons: High learning curve compared to Slack, and some messaging features feel clunky compared to alternatives.

Pros: It makes it easy to create a channel for a project, that provides for efficient sharing of data to all project members. Offers excellent privacy and flexibility.

Cons: The Mobile App version is buggy. The learning curve is a burden at the beginning.

Pros: Easy navigation allowed for a seamless experience with a team of 5 developers and 2 managers.

Cons: That it's not decentralized to allow me to have more certainty nothing will be stolen or compromised.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is simple to use, integrates seamlessly with other Zoho applications, and provides real-time messaging with customizable channels.

Cons: Some of the features, such as voice/video calling, are not as refined or stable as those of rivals like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Pros: Easy to use for team communication and collaboration

Cons: Less familiar with this platform for the first time

Pros: The interface is easy to use and navigate. Like all Zoho products it integrates into the zoho ecosystem. The pricing is very affordable compared to other options on the market

Cons: Zoho Cliq sometimes freezes in meetings and on the mobile app, this needs to be fixed but it is not a regular occurrence. There can be a delay on notification in the mobile app

Pros: Fast, efficient communication with staff and associates.

Cons: Being included in group chains you have no interest in.

Pros: It's a much more affordable alternative to other team communication platforms.

Cons: Integrates well with other Zoho apps, however, other than that, there are very few integration options available. They could do better.

Pros: Easy to use, integrated into ZohoCRM, low cost

Cons: Nothing comes to mind about negative features

Pros: I could call my coworkers even though we were in different countries in a very easy way, practical for phone calls, like prospecting.

Cons: Is not very known with other enterprises so its complex to be able to connect through this platforms with other companies.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is a very good alternative to other messaging and collaboration tools. I like that it has a rich set of features for free! It allows for quick collaboration and instant messaging for both small and large teams and has a host of extensions that allow a user to extend its functionalities.

Cons: This is a great tool with lots of features but what we found lacking was proper documentation on how to extend some parts of it. We tried to integrate our external tool to post to Cliq and we had to dig through quite a handful of documentation to make some headway.

Pros: The UI is very self explanatory, comparable to Teams but easier to navigate in my opinion.

Cons: There's nothing I can think of that I dislike about Cliq.

Pros: Zoho Cliq gives communication with features like channels, audio/video calls, and screen sharing, making team collaboration efficient. Its robust data retention secure and organized management of business communication.

Cons: Zoho Cliq's user interface bit difficult, especially with multiple channels and integrations.

Pros: It enables me customise my Workspace. It has a lot of functionalities like I can set reminders from conversation, set a meeting from that same conversation. That's really cool.

Cons: It has a lot of functionalities that one needs to explore more.

Pros: It is a great platform for instant messaging your colleagues. It's quicker than emails for less formal and urgent communications.

Cons: Sometimes, it can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of group chats.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is an important part of our business. It empowers our team to have real time communication with a simple to use platform. The thread functionality makes it easy to stay organized.

Cons: The learning curve to find messages took a bit for some of our users, but now it has become second nature.

Pros: The amazing Video calls that link me with my clients and the ability to chat and have meetings in one platform. Zoho Cliq is easy to use.

Cons: No dislike what's so ever with this platform.

Pros: Zoho Cliq is easy to deploy. Zoho Cliq integrates perfectly with other Zoho softwares like Zoho CRM, Zoho People. Zoho Cliq mobile version is very useful to chat with team members at break time.

Cons: Everything is good about Zoho Cliq, nothing to mention as dislike about Zoho Cliq.

Pros: The functionality of scheduling chat for a later time.

Cons: You need an email to sign up on the service unlike other messaging platforms.

Pros: Zoho Cliq has made the communication in my enterprise exponentially simple, by the way it is designed even a toddler would be able to use it with ease.Secondly the customer support that Zoho offers is miles ahead compared to other communication softwares. They are always reliable and their team are really well versed in what they're doing.Since the inception of my enterprise I've been using Zoho Cliq and I can confidently say that I frequently use the product. Apart from that it also has numerous features that has really helped me in many ways

Cons: The only thing that I dislike about the product is that it has limited team collaboration tools, which at times causes problems when the team tries to collaborate on a big project.
