Use of the software in our organisation enables us to seamlessly collaborate on various projects and schedule various critical tasks. The software is fully customizable and allows third party integrations and proper workflow configuration.

Pros: High Customizability & Flexibility: Users can tailor CRM applications to match their exact business processes rather than forcing their workflows into a rigid, pre-built system.Centralized Data: It effectively replaces fragmented spreadsheets and disparate tools, allowing for centralized tracking of contacts, leads, and sales activities.No-Code App Builder: Users with little to no coding experience can build and update applications quickly using drag-and-drop tools.
Cons: Steep Learning Curve: Despite being "no-code," learning how to structure database relationships, create complex formulas, and design efficient forms can be challenging.High Cost: Quickbase can be expensive, particularly for smaller organizations or when per-user seat licenses increase, with some users reporting significant price jumps upon renewal.Cluttered UI and User Experience: Some users find the interface unintuitive, and recent UI updates have been criticized for making navigation more complex, especially for non-technical users.

Overall, it has been a truly seamless onboarding experience and we are immediately pleased with this platform choice for our team!
Pros: I love that we can create customized applications for more intricate and complex programs. The automated tools allow us to remain super productive while reducing errors and redundancies.
Cons: No cons! It has integrated seamlessly with our other programs so that has proven to be a tremendous asset.

I use Quickbase at work for information and marketing, appreciating its centralized access to all my sources and tools, which facilitates in-depth information and collaboration. However, I find its interface a bit cluttered, suggesting the use of centralized planning tools to improve usability. I integrate QuickBase with Microsoft 365 and found the initial setup satisfactory, rating it 4 out of 5 stars for recommendation.
Pros: I like QuickBase because it has all of my sources and tools in one spot. I also find the in-depth information and collaboration with other colleagues particularly useful.
Cons: I think QuickBase is a little cluttered. One way to solve this may be using centralized planning tools could work.

Pros: I like the rapid development and deployment of custom solutions when using Quickbase. I like how teams can work together in one place. I also like that they give you a free 30 day trial.
Cons: Cons for Quickbase would be the high cost for advanced features or the number of users. It can also be complexed making it a bit confusing.

My overall experience has been great. There are very few days that I don't use Quickbase and find new functions and abilities it has for me to share data with others in the form that I need. They have also implemented AI which is a great help.
Pros: Quickbase allows great flexibility it can be as simple or complex as I need it. Their customer service is very good and there are also many online sources to help you develop the database you are needing.
Cons: There is a learning curve in Quickbase that may take some time or training to fine tune your data. Searching the internet will allow you to find many free and pay sites to help you train yourself to use as you need.

As a firm with heavy BIM usage, it was not a very realistic option, but it offered things we liked. I think it would work for small projects.
Pros: Loved the ability to make custom apps and workflows along with data models with minimal coding. Customizable so it fits around us better.
Cons: We felt like it had not much specialty. It felt all very superficial at times, and we couldnt figure out how to use Bim/3d model support.

Good low-code tool for quick solutions. Once you get used, it saves lot of time managing processes across different teams.
Pros: Quickbase makes it simple to build apps fast without coding. Flexible, customizable, helps teams manage data and workflows. I found it useful when I had to automate repeative tasks.
Cons: UI feels dated sometimes, and complex reports can be tricky. Needs more polish and better speed with heavy data.

Overall experience with Quickbase has been great. There are some functions we use and then there are some that we don't use. Overall a great product!
Pros: The thing that we like the most about Quickbase is that we can have all of our spreadsheets in the same space.
Cons: The thing that we least like about Quickbase would be how confusing the third-party tools is and how that works and there are some functions that we do not use.
Bryanna O. · Office Manager · Consumer Services · August 27, 2025

Wonderful set up and support from the initial set up team. Has the ability to be extremely customized to the needs of the company but can be a challenge to get corrected when something goes a miss.
Pros: Very customizable, certifications make it easy to see which employees have a greater understanding and who to turn to for any IT issues.
Cons: Can be complicated to fix if someone accidentally or unintentionally altered a report or function of a spreadsheet.

Overall, I am very pleased with Quickbase. It allows me to access accounting information easily and provide the payment approvals necessary to keep our projects on schedule and under budget.
Pros: Quick are is a great tool for accounting, especially writhing the construction industry. With the ability to view and approve invoices and pay applications and save documents such as insurance certificates and W-9’s all within the same software is a must have in the construction industry.
Cons: Because of all of the great features, it takes a few days to learn how to access all of the information contained within the program.

Peninah G. · Customer Manager · Environmental Services · April 10, 2025
It's been great for client management so far. I didn't do the initial set up of this application, but I think it was a great choice for our collaborative, currently.
Pros: It's highly customizable (without involving a lot of heavy coding), and the scalability is pretty impressive from what I can see.
Cons: Despite being low-code, it can be complex for users with no prior experience with database management systems. It took a little poking around to truly get a feel for its use.
Juliana S. · Social Media Consultant · Non-Profit Organization Management · March 31, 2025
Pretty great. Our technicians are not super high speed or computer savvy so the ability for us to do most of the work on the back end really helps.
Pros: Real-time tracking of assets including condition and location. Very helpful to be able to verify with contractors.
Cons: Pretty spendy. The price is dictated by user so while it was cheap when we were really small as we grew it became a burden.
Matthew S. · Project Engineer · Construction · March 27, 2025
Was brought onto a project utilizing it. Eventually, was contracted to move data out of it and into MS SQL Server
Pros: It is a complex and well-rounded database environment, but setting up the information and relations seems very tedious, from the perspective of an experienced SQL user. A good quality and robust product, just so tedious.
Cons: The organization of fields, key values, forms, just seemed overly complicated and rigid. Importing and exporting seemed hit or miss with data anomolies.
Mario G. · IT Director · Retail · March 17, 2025
My overall experience with Quickbase is positive. It offers a highly customizable and flexible platform
Pros: What I like most about Quickbase is its flexibility and ease of customization
Cons: What I like least about Quickbase is that it can have a bit of a learning curve for new users
Ahmed A. · project management · Program Development · February 8, 2025
Recent updates have been critical in making QB stay relevant. Having to click between so many screens is a design error of our own making and undoing many of the changes and "upgrades" done internally has been problematic. Robust system when used as it should be.
Pros: The ease of use and ability to navigate throughout the system.
Cons: That it can be changed and customized by users without regard to overall flow and process.
Brenda C. · Office Manager · Construction · February 4, 2025
Pros: Quickbase is one of the most practical project management platform in the market with its user friendly features.
Cons: Quickbase is practical in all aspects however can offer a better infrastructure for multiple project management.
Garofi E. · Sales Representative · Retail · January 30, 2025
Easy to use maintenance tracking features and purchase order generating features.
Pros: I liked the log book and maintenance log feature of the app.
Cons: When adding a vendor to our database, it takes quite sometime for the vendor to populate in the purchase order section, unless our admin manually refreshes the vendor list.
victor r. · Remote Operations Manager · Dairy · December 17, 2024
Pros: Being able to create a knowledgebase library for all your know hows of your operation
Cons: Being able to update outdated information is reliant on the admin and how active and/or receptive they are with the information that needs to be updated.
Nicolas C. · Operations Supervisor · Outsourcing/Offshoring · December 9, 2024
