Pros: We really value our customers reviews and input in the company and this give back to the customer on how much they value us

Cons: There is nothing that I liked the least about this. I enjoyed and the customers enjoyed the outcome of everything about this product

Pros: If you want real reviews than this is definitely one company you want to learn more about setup seems hassle free

Cons: A little pricey but you do get what you pay for so definitely can’t argue or be mad about that one….

Pros: What I liked most about NiceJob is how it takes the stress out of asking for reviews it just runs in the background, and suddenly you’ve got happy customer reviews showing up online without having to chase anyone.

Cons: What I liked least about NiceJob is that the price feels a little high when you’re just starting out, and I sometimes wished the review displays could be customized more to match my style.

Pros: I love how we have the option to send ratings to all of our customers after the work is provided. It's an amazing option and it lets other consumers know that we are who we are.

Cons: The amount of times it send the review request. I did finally figure out what the issue was but I wish I would have known that was going to happen sooner.

Pros: It is easy to navigate and easy to use. Anyone can use this software.

Cons: I honestly can say there are no downsides to using NiceJob.

Pros: There was allot to choose from but not close to me

Cons: The location of the jobs. Having to reach out to each one instead is sending in a group. The party wasn't the best or union jobs

Cons: This issue was an US problem - but not wanting NiceJob to reach out to customers we really knew were not happy, or warranty customers or for whatever reason. We resolved this by tagging the customers in our customer software as "noreview" so NiceJob would not auto-send them review requests.

Pros: i liked how it increased my reviews after every job.

Cons: sometimes have trouble logging in, it lags

Pros: They made me a good seo friendly website

Cons: Collaborating was occasionally difficult

Cons: I don't dislike anything about NiceJob. They do a great job.

Pros: The thing I liked most about Nice Job is the variety of jobs available. The app offers a wide range of jobs in various fields and sectors, making it a good choice for job seekers of all levels and experience. In addition, the application provides advanced features to help users find suitable jobs.

Cons: The thing I liked least about Nice Job is the accuracy of the information. Sometimes, information in job offers is inaccurate or out of date.

Pros: What I like about the tool is easy to use and integrates perfectly and seamless with third party application. It helps in both marketing and Review management.

Cons: The only challenge was that we were unable to handle review on yelp. Otherwise everything else about the tool is outstanding.

Pros: Automated emails and text messages that trigger customers to leave reviews

Cons: Getting the reviews at low occurrence, it may get improved.

Pros: NiceJob Reps are very thorough and knowledgeable about their profession. I am very impressed. They are still in the developing stages of my website but I am very impressed with the level of service that they are providing so far.

Cons: The amount of time that it takes to complete my website.

Cons: This may not necessarily a cons since the world revolves now in the internet, but their location is not a US Base that made me a little bit worried if Nice Job can optimize my business against local competition.

Pros: Integration with our existing software was easy. Once setup which was quick and painless, our review count almost doubled within one month. We are seeing much much much higher review rate and that automatically leads to more jobs and leads in our industry.

Cons: I feel like $75 is a GREAT deal for what it provides. But as a small company all monthly expenses provide a challenge. If there was a smaller package it would be great, but the $1 first month trial period really proved it’s worth.

Pros: The best part was the onboarding call. I learned a lot. And it helped to customize our experience. The representative was really knowledgeable.

Cons: I wish there were more features that helped to connect with different platforms seamlessly. I learned there is a happier connection I can use with scheduling software I use, but I didn't see it until I spoke to onboarding specialist.

Pros: Just the hands off feature for a single owner/operator is a fantastic feature.

Cons: So far no cons! It has been a great experience

Cons: This survey is taking along time and I’mLosing interest. I hope this is not the type of review sent to my customers

Pros: I love the fact that NiceJob is there when I cant be, We are able to send out auto requests when our jobs complete day or night!

Cons: even if a customer has been invited i wish there was a feature we could send them a direct message or re push thru the invite

Pros: I like how it's integrated with Monday.com and Quickbooks and I can automatically get reviews. However, I'm most impressed with their customer support. I've never dealt with a company that is so willing to get help and get you onboarded like NiceJob. Even on a free trial, I spoke with 3 different customer support people to help me get everything set up and even did most of the setup for me.

Cons: No cons about the software so far and well priced.
