We came back to Convirza after being with a couple of other Call Tracking companies. We were unhappywith the lack of adequate SPAM filtering at our previous call tracking company. We opted to return to Convirza for the features, support and pricing.
Pros: Customer support is top level! They have a great SPAM filtering tool, variety of reports and customizatin features and their pricing was very affordabe for our needs.
Cons: You will have to get used to their drill down "breadcrumb" menu system and their terminology.

Overall, I keep choosing to work with Convirza over anybody else, and that speaks volumes.
Pros: I’ve been with Convirza for quite a few years now and they keep getting better over time. The customer service is good and their agents are responsive and knowledgeable. I have quite a lot of tracking numbers with them and I can’t imagine switching to anybody else. I’ve looked at several other companies and nobody can compete.
Cons: I don’t love reporting fees when a client decides to take their number somewhere else, but that happens so seldom, that it’s not a big deal.

Sometimes is a nightmare, but thanks God, the support is good. The bug fixing takes to long time.
Pros: the technical support is good and helpful
Cons: It has a lot of bugs. Unplanned changes on the API and failures on production environment

Excellent service, good overall

Cons: The reporting is terrible. Great features but horrible reporting. This area needs a lot of work! Overall I like your service but please fix the reporting to make it more user friendly

Pros: The individuals with whom I interact at Convirza always treat my requests like mine is the most important thing they will do today. That makes me feel valuable.
Cons: I am not a fan of user interface changes just to make things look "fresh". If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Overall very good experience. The product is stable and requires minimal hands-on configuration following initial setup.
Pros: Support team is excellent- quick to respond

Pros: Convirza platform is easy to use. Their customer service and tech support is second to none. We always get an immediate response and are able to get a live person on the phone when needed

Pros: Onboarding was an amazing process. Our representative was personable, helpful & very punctual. Once we were onboarded, it was smooth sailing. We love using these tracking numbers to provide more visibility to our marketing campaigns and gain a better idea of overall ROI.
Cons: Can't think of a thing! We have enjoyed every aspect so far.

Disappointing in that there was no notice of an egregious price increase and no response to two follow-up requests to give them a chance to justify the new pricing.
Pros: We use Convirza for call tracking numbers for several clients. It's pretty seamless, reporting is ok, listening to calls is easy.
Cons: Apparently our company was grandfathered in under an old plan. A couple months ago the pricing increased 5x with no notification of any kind. I contacted them to question this and was told our plan was discontinued. The person who took the call then asked to schedule a call to walk me through some new features. I agreed, but then had to cancel the call. Two requests from me to reschedule went unanswered. We have discontinued using the tracking numbers and will be cancelling the service this week.

I would recommend Convirza just on the basis of Jon and how good he is at his job. Makes me feel like my concerns matter and he will do what he needs to do to satisfy my business needs. The developers should do more to make the tools and reporting more intuitive.
Pros: Convirza is very attentive to my needs and my rep Jon is very proactive in making sure my experience is top notch!
Cons: The reporting is not intuitive at all. This means I have to continually reach out to the support team for help.Should be able to save a date range so i don't have to re-establish this every time I run a report. Also, they need to enable texting as part of the call tracking experience.

Pros: It allows my customers and I track their call volume. If the call volume is not where it should be it allows us to make changes to there program.
Cons: The number of "unique" callers is not accurate.

Pros: Not only is Convirza helpful, and a necessity for call attribution, but they are continually adding and upgrading their offerings to remain a leader in the space. AND, if that's not enough, their customer service is absolutely second to none.
Cons: I have no complaints about Convirzra at all.

My rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been awesome. He goes above and beyond to make sure my clients are being taken care of as well as keeping me up to date on all the new features Convirza has to offer. There was in the beginning issues with report delivery deadlines and cross misinformation on our client reports but has since been resolved.
Pros: The ability to track conversion all the way to end of sale on the phone. Also CSR training for clients.
Cons: not having Spanish speaking phone tracking options.
