Pros: I like how their interface is elaborative. They also have a great customer support team.
Cons: Some feature of Dashly require tech-savvy people and are not so user friendly.

Really great customer service which I guess you would expect from a company that specializes in that. Lots of information to help guide you but not overwhelming either.
Pros: It was extremely easy to set up. It was a long day and I wasn't sure if I wanted to implement it into my site yet. I found the guides they have super helpful and the process was painless. I also love the pricing as I've been paying for basic features on Intercom for years now. I truly wish I had found them earlier!
Cons: So far I'm happy with them. They've thought of a lot of nice UX parts of their product that I like. If I had to complain, it's mainly that I wish they were around sooner than I found them.

Having a chat bot that can filter and automate elements of communications through a website is very important. We feel intercom is a little bit too expensive for us so finding a product that is at a better price and still has a lot of the feature we need is a great solution for us.
Pros: The price point for Dashly is a great selling point but with all the new features coming out to improve the Dashly offering it is really does make this product an intercom competitor. The standard bot conversations are pretty much what you expect but things like the telegram/whatsapp bots being part of the offering is a wonderful addition.
Cons: Communication has sadly been one of the poorer elements of Dashly. I am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding some questions I have and can only guess that they are incredibly busy at the moment and hoping the communication improves.

Pros: User-friendly platform and clean UI with lots of features to easily engage with visitors on your website. The ability to customize the chatbot to work for your business's specific needs and requirements.
Cons: I would like the ability to integrate the welcome bot without purchasing as an add-on. Limited number of leadbots and triggered messages per plan.

Cons: One small drawback I have noticed with Dashly is that the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are many features and options available, and it can take some time to learn how to navigate and use everything effectively. However, once I got the hang of it, I found the platform to be very user-friendly and intuitive.

Overall, I am very enthusiastic about Dashly and I think I will manage to make good use of them for the foreseeable future.
Pros: Offers a pretty powerful suite of tools - combination of livechat, CRM with website even tracking (tracking clicks and pageviews) and subsequent marketing automation with the data that you capture. Great stuff, really. The company is new and there's a lot that can be optimized and built upon, but it appears they are moving in right direction. Managed to buy it as a Lifetime deal from Appsumo.
Cons: Their marketing communication is not as precise, direct and on-point as it can be. Support via online chat is pretty slow (20 to 30+ mins per reply), though you do get your replies via e-mail also, which still allows for a decent conversation (far better than once per day e-mail conversation).

Pros: Dashly is a so-called "conversational marketing platform" that comes with chatbots to provide top-notch support (it's almost impossible for us as a small business to provide 24/7 support. This is how we get some rest!), pop-ups to grow your email list, a knowledge base, email marketing automation and more. Getting set up was fairly straightforward, thanks to the starter guide and a playbook with leadbot templates, triggered message templates and video tutorials, as well as a knowledge base. Unlike some of its competitors, Dashly stands out for its simple and clean interface.
Cons: The knowledgebase design definitely needs some more love. Also I'm not a huge fan of the thin line icons in the backend.

Good support and easy development process but with great limitations
Pros: The straightforward bot development process
Cons: Not only do the bots not support some basic features (like resetting the bot or calling the client by name when provided and I found about 10 more), but if for example you pay for 3 additional bots then they have to have the same name and avatar which makes them non-functional for different purposes and sites. (It's like having only 1 bot and its clone brothers). If you really want 3 completely different bots you have to pay for 3 different accounts (admin / site)

Perfect for my web chat but also as my omnichannel and the ability to set up the welcome bots so easily is a major improvement over what I was using before
Pros: Setup and operational on site within 10 minutes - one of the easiest platforms I've ever integrated so many options to set up faq bots and welcome bots and triggered messages. Simple backend and v attractive looking UX on the front end
Cons: Tiers and levels on offer could be clearer and some technical explanations could be simpler or better explained

I have connected with Dashly support via the chat widget from within the account and they have always responded within 24 hours. I also felt that they genuinely care about ensuring my account is properly set up and I have a good experience with the software.
Pros: The most important Dashly feature for me is the ability to use my own brand. The emails come from my own domain, there is no Dashly branding.The best Dashly feature in my opinion is the ability to view all messages in one location and know all the necessary details about each lead. You can then follow up with each lead via email and they can see a history of their interaction/messages when they visit the website again.Having a great-looking website is not enough, you'll need something like Dashly to perform that necessary little push to get website visitors to engage.Dashly is very easy to use. They have an easy to understand articles and videos explaining how to use the features. I have used some other apps similar to Dashly in the past and felt that a technical background was needed to fully make use of each feature being offered, but Dashly is so user-friendly.
Cons: I wish there was an ability to use multiple email domains. The chatbots can be used on multiple websites but I think we are only allowed to use one email domain when sending a copy of the conversation to a lead.

Overall, Dashly is a must-have for businesses looking to improve their customer communication and support processes. Their knowledge base and support from their team is top notch.
Pros: Dashly is an outstanding communication platform that streamlines communication between businesses and their customers. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage customer inquiries and support requests.
Cons: The only downside to having so many features is that you have to learn how to best use their features. I am constantly finding a new feature that would be so helpful (great problem to have) but it takes time to get a feel for what you should be using to maximize your use!

All in all, Dashly provided a very smooth experiences, with beautiful UI and overwhelmly rich of features.
Pros: I do love the UI of the software. Very polished, well designed and well thought.I can easily navigate to the features that I need in no time. And I have to say, Dashly has a lot more features than I can imagine. A live chat, a chat bot, and the unified inbox are all great features that can be easily found.It is also very easy to use those features. For example, the chat bot. The templates provided made it super easy for me to create an automated chatbot, in say less than 5 minutes. Awesome!The integrations are also very rich, with all sorts of necessary integrations with all popular communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Slack, Zendesk etc..
Cons: Not so many things I don't like about Dashly. Perhaps if there can be more built-in templates for the chatbot, it would be great. And certainly, some native integrations to OpenAI so as to leverage the use of GPT Chatbot would be excellent.

The overall experience has been great. The interface is intuitive and modern. And it's easy to build and deploy chatbots and organize knowledgebase.
Pros: It has a knowledge-base feature and an easy to deploy chatbot to provide answers to customers
Cons: Dashly don't have as many features as some competitors for marketing automation. So might have to use other tools in conjunction. But for customer support, it's perfect.

Pros: I'm not a software/web guy by trade, I am in-fact a self employed landscaper. This has been one of the easiest webtools I've ever used! Having so many included features meant less need for 3rd party integrations which was one of the greatest headaches I suffered trying to figure out all this web stuff. Not to mention when integration is needed it's fairly easy to do.
Cons: I have not run into any items yet in my relatively sort use of the product I could consider a con.

The bots are excellent, helping to create pop-up messages that truly help me capture new visitor's' attention.
Cons: By putting a part of the sales process on autopilot, a team leader can cut back on the amount of assistance the team members require.

Pros: It is super easy to integrate and use. The setup is just a few clicks and the way to integrate it into any website ist super quick and easy. Chatting with clients feels very confortable.
Cons: There is room to improve, but the features already excisting are quite good by now. I hope new optimizations will come soon. Sometimes the Chat is quite laggy.

Pros: I am a small business owner and I am always looking for solutions which will make my life easier. I recently discovered Dashly and I am simply amazed by the variety of options that they offer. Dashly is an amazing tool that not only saves my time, but also allows me to increase sales in my online shops. The fast and efficient communication with my customers means that I can help them choose the best product or directly inform them of an additional promotion via chat. What's more, it also allows me to reach out via email to customers who have left the site without making a purchase. All in all, I now feel that I have more control over the transactions made in my shop and, above all, I can quickly help customers find what they need. I definitely recommend it!
Cons: Tariffs are quite complicated and it took me some time to understand how lifetime plans add up to monthly subscriptions, and which of the plans they offer will suit my needs

Pros: I love that It can tie in Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging as well as email and messages from the website. Makes it easy to keep in touch with clients and potential clients.
Cons: I haven't found anything major yet, just minor time zone difference, but patience is key - - and waiting to the next day to get an answer isn't a big deal.
