Pros: What I liked most about Listen360 was its strong focus on customer feedback and actionable insights. The platform made it easy to collect real‑time feedback, monitor customer satisfaction trends, and identify areas for improvement quickly. I especially appreciated how clear and visual the reporting was, which helped turn customer responses into meaningful, data‑driven actions rather than just raw survey results.
Cons: What I liked least about Listen360 was that the platform could feel somewhat limited in customization. Survey design and question logic didn’t always offer as much flexibility as expected, especially for organizations with very specific feedback needs. Listen360 has absolutely helped us track how our company is doing at a location level and an overall level. The feedback we receive is insightful and has given us the ability to improve. We do wish we could have more personalized features that really nail down trends more specifically. And I feel like the platform could benefit from more modern technology.

Overall, I'm satisfied with Listen360, understanding there are sometimes limitations. We have found that sometimes we receive feedback that a customer didn't actually submit, but the L360 team is quick to provide resolutions. For the price point, I'm definitely satisfied with the service.
Pros: Once you're set up, it's really simple to generate surveys and start receiving feedback. The interface is intuitive enough to see all your feedback in one area and respond to your detractors. I also like how there are several reports to dive deeper into our data.
Cons: It's not as self-service as I'd like. As someone who loves customizing software to get it to work for our company, I wish we didn't have to go to Listen 360 for changes to our survey templates or reports.

Pros: like how its easy to use and integrate into our emails
Cons: it takes one bad review to affect your percentage and it takes SO many reviews to get your percentage back up

Easy to work with, works well with Salesforce
Pros: Easy to work with, automatically surveys customers for you
Cons: Would like for it to explain to customers that 0-5 is bad, 6-8 is neutral, 9-10 is good (not sure that customers think of an 8 as neutral)

Overall Listen360 has proved itself to be a reliable application and connection point between us and our customers. I'm glad we have it!
Pros: I like the scheduled send outs and the overall look of the product. I never have to worry too much about it. I love receiving the notifications that someone had left a review for our business!
Cons: There isn't any real con that I've had with Listen360.

Easy to use and love the ability to get clear feedback
Pros: I love that k can easily access client reviews and connect with any i may need to as well as access individual employees survey scores.
Cons: I just don't like how the survey percentages are calculated as a whole , it seems detractors weigh more heavily than promoting surveys .

Listen360 is a great tool. If a customer wants to let you know about an issue they can. For our company, that facilitates a conversation that can make their experience much better, and help us correct a problem we might not have known we had.
Pros: Instant, direct feedback from your customers.
Cons: Confusion with my employees and franchise owners about how the NPS score is calculated, and how to negate a low score submitted by accident.

Very positive, an invaluable tool for us, provides some flexible reporting and gives everyone the ability to use it at all levels of the org.
Pros: Simple interface, ability to filter/customize views of the data and use API to bring data into our custom BI tool to allow for more robust reporting
Cons: A bit difficult from an Administrator standpoint...could be more intuitive on how to set up new entities, new users, create hierarchy, etc.

Pros: The ease of seeing our at risk customers and for our branches to be able to reach out and assist those customers with their areas of disappointment.
Cons: As an admin, sometimes it is hard to navigate to the right branch or department.

Pros: Great feedback that immediate and direct.
Cons: Getting emails first thing in the morning. Although necessary, it's hard to start your day at 5:00 or 6:00 am with reviews. Would be nice to get them mid day but I know you can't please all.

I have worked with listen 360 for several years and it is an easy daily view to see where we need to add additional attention to training, immediate communication and sometimes separations of employment if needed.
Pros: Easy to read daily reports / emails, easy to generate PDF printouts on individual technicians and post for all to see for customer retention.
Cons: There are times surveys come in for the wrong service line and this effects other scores under other technicians.
