Pros: TeamViewer One makes remotes support very simple and fast. minimal preparation is required and there is smooth remote troubleshooting.

It has been pretty reliable. I like the fact that you need to log in and out for security purposes.
Pros: The connectivity allows for remote work. The secure connection provides peace of mind. Very user friendly.
Cons: It is a little on the pricey side for connection service. There are promos, but it usually isn't for the package I need.

Overall a very good and modern remote support tool. Integrates and deploys well with most MDMs. The quick support app is very useful for one off remote sessions.

Pros: UI is modern and remote sessions work as expected. Really like the quick support app for one off sessions. Starting sessions with end users is easy for them to do. Deployment from an MDM (intune) is easy and like the ability to configure unattended access. Admin app for managing devices and session is clean looking and organized. Ability to chat and transfer files.
Cons: The app was strictly just a remote support too. It doesn't really provide any other useful tools/features/information to assist with your daily computer troubleshooting. It would be helpful to get system specs or computer resources utilization or last reboot or uptime or show running processes.

Overall my experience has been good. I use TeamViewer ONE mainly for remote support and quick troubleshooting at work, and it saves me a lot of walking around or waiting for someone to explain their issue. It’s reliable enough for daily use and makes remote access simple. There are small bugs and connection hiccups here and there, but nothing that stops me from doing my job. For remote support and accessing files or apps from another device, it works well and keeps things efficient.
Pros: What I like most about TeamViewer ONE is how easy it is to connect to another device. At work I use it a lot for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my own system remotely. The connection is usually fast and smooth, even when the network isn’t perfect. File transfer is quick and saves me time because I don’t have to email stuff around. The interface is simple enough that even non‑tech people can follow instructions. It also works across different devices, which is handy when I’m not on my main laptop.
Cons: Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. The app can feel a bit heavy on older machines and takes a moment to load. A few features are hidden in menus and take time to find. The mobile version works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. Also, sometimes the session freezes for a few seconds and I have to wait it out. Not huge issues but they slow me down during busy days.

allows me to access my work devices in the office from home and remotely securely and instantly , this is an invaluable tool when working from home or when an urgent matter arises
Pros: I loke the instant access to my devices securely , I also like the fact that team viewer works across different platforms and is user friendly
Cons: some times the connection freezes or slows down , this can be frustration whilst working to a tight busy schedule

It is ok, I am not an operator of it, I use it from the other side of fence. However, it gets the job done
Pros: I like how someone external can log into my computer and take control. Which makes it good as they do not have to be physically next to me
Cons: If the operator or myself is typing you cannot see if someone is typing so something the words overlap

I like it because it is easy to share files, it makes teamwork easier by having access to other computers
Pros: Easy to use, a quick way to be able to connect to other computers. It doesn't matter where you are. customer support is great.
Cons: has everything, I couldn't say anything negative. bugs and issues solved in day-to-day excellent system.

It used to be good and useful, if a bit expensive tool, but then they decided to make a new, worse version, so now it is a frustration to use.
Pros: The old interface and funtionality was good and clear, with very few quirks and connections worked most of the time fine. It used to be a master of remote control
Cons: The new interface is a mess, with missing funtionality in basics, including things like sorting all devices by group. It is trying to be all tools crammed into one UI and thus bad at all of them. They should really make a remote control only UI with all the funtionality of the old one. Also the new one seems to fail connections a LOT.

I like all the new feature that were added in the mean time, the stability connection and the user interface.
Pros: I like the stability of the connection, i don't have Any problems with disconections or interruptions.
Cons: sometimes it takes too long to show me the connetion code that i need to send someone to Connect to my computer.

My overall experience with TeamViewer has been consistently strong, mainly because it delivers dependable, secure remote access with very little friction, whether connecting across operating systems or helping someone troubleshoot from afar. Its performance is smooth in most situations, and features like file transfer, multi‑monitor support, and session recording make it feel like a complete remote‑work toolkit rather than just a screen‑sharing app. At the same time, the platform isn’t without frustrations: pricing can feel high, the interface occasionally feels cluttered, and false commercial‑use flags can interrupt work at inconvenient moments. Even so, once everything is running, TeamViewer proves to be a reliable, versatile solution that makes remote support and collaboration straightforward.
Pros: TeamViewer’s biggest strength is how effortless and reliable remote access feels, especially when connecting across different devices and operating systems without any complicated setup. Its smooth performance, even on slower networks, makes it easy to troubleshoot issues or collaborate in real time, and features like file transfer, multi‑monitor support, and session recording add a lot of practical value. I also appreciated the strong focus on security, with encryption and access controls that make remote sessions feel safe and trustworthy. The overall experience is streamlined, intuitive, and dependable, which makes it a standout tool for both personal and professional use.
Cons: TeamViewer’s main drawbacks come from its pricing model, which can feel steep for individuals or small teams and sometimes triggers false commercial‑use warnings that interrupt sessions. The interface, while generally clean, can feel cluttered with secondary features, making simple tasks take longer than expected. Performance can also vary when connecting to older devices or unstable networks, and occasional connection restrictions—like cooldown periods after long sessions—can be frustrating when you’re trying to work quickly. What part of your overall experience would you like to describe next?

Possibilità di registrare automaticamente ogni sessione all'avvio. WebViewer per connettersi ai dispositivi tramite finestra del browser senza dover necessariamente installare il client.
Cons: Pesantezza e poca intuitività dell'interfaccia grafica.

Pratique d'escroc....

TeamViewer has made such a positive impact on my ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT Service Desk tickets remotely with all of it's advanced features, it is easily the most comprehensive and impressive system I have used in end user support. TeamViewer is the only remote control system I know that allows you to switch screens seamlessly, sent the control + alt + delete function if you are trying to unlock a device remotely, and allow you to disable remote input from the end user if you need to do a hard fix on something. It is a very innovative system I wholeheartedly recommend for businesses.
Pros: TeamViewer is the most seamless and well developed IT remote control tool I have used in my time of being an IT Service Desk Analyst, packed with lots of advanced features that allow you to communicate with the end user you are helping, as well as advanced features that allow you to make your experience as an administrator a lot easier such as switching screens or disabling remote input if needed.
Cons: TeamViewer regularly updates it's user interface, meaning that some useful features can be hard to find post update. This is not a major issue because you can see why each user interface update is being done, and that is to push a more refined and complete user experience, so once you are used to it you start to embrace these changes.

Overall TeamViewer is a good product for file sharing and its very easy to use especially indicated for a large group of workers
Pros: What I loke the most about TeamViewer is that its a great file sharing, works well in a large team with team collaboration and task management.
Cons: What I like the least about TeamViewer is that sometimes it might present some bugs or errors in the system

Horrible termination experience with huge penalties for not advising them before deciding not to continue subscription
Pros: Expensive, the T&Cs are a must read as they have they are not standard and could cause a surprise cost on termination A great pro if you like unexpected bills.
Cons: When you stop paying, rather than expire your usage like all other subscriptions. Teamviewer T&C states you need to advise them in writing. If you don't they take it to a debtcollector with huge collection fees. Buyer beware - I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services pay close attention to the fine print and be prepared for an unpleasant billing process if you ever decide to leave.

Great experience! As mentioned, it’s super easy for all to get access to, and helps us alleviate issues.
Pros: Team collaboration Ease of use Lack of bugs and issues from my experience, as well as the ability to quickly solve issues users are having with their laptop applications
Cons: I really don’t have anything. I’ve used this a lot with my last job and was able to quickly access a remote computer. Now, my IT team is able to quickly connect to my laptop and help with issues.

Pros: TeamViewer is not bad at all. And it’s actually how a lot of our meetings were done with companies outside the building.
Cons: To me there was really nothing that TeamViewer showed me within the time we used it that I could say I liked the least.

Pros: It is a great tool for screen sharing remotely and gives access for the remotely access and gain control of the screen
Cons: It is a great tool for screen sharing and remote accessing but both the users who wish to connect should and must be installed with app meaning cannot be accessed online

Overall, i think TeamViewer does what it says it will do. With the application, my team can easily work together and things done faster. Results become readily avail because of data atutomation.
Pros: Teamviewer is the app to beat. The application has been helpful for collaboration and trouble shooting for client base. File sharing is more efficient and managrment of task has become more effective.
Cons: I like the fact the with TeamViewer, i dont have to worry about client satisfaction as we go thought processes together. The application may sometimes find it difficult to load. This is because of some devices are outdated and slow.

Pros: Teams is an excellent option that I use daily for meetings. The functions of have group and private chats within meetings is important to be able to share info without a full interruption to the meeting.
Cons: The initial navigation was a little more difficult to get the hang of on the first few uses. Things such as share screen etc.

TeamViewer is a great alternative to RDP. It provides quick and simple access regardless of operating system. It has all the features you need, and the end to end encryption is impressive. If your company already has RDP, you will need to convince them that TeamViewer is worth the extra spend, which if you supporting other operating systems, it certainly is.
Pros: TeamViewer is easy to use, secure and it works across different platforms - Windows, Mac, Linux and even Android. Features like file transfer, chat and session recording make it a powerful tool for remote access. There is a free version for non commercial use.
Cons: Seems slower and less responsive than Remote Desktop, especially on slow connections. If you use Windows, TeamViewer is an extra expense over the included free RDP.
Darren S. · Product Owner · Computer Software · January 22, 2026
Pros: I like the ease of use, it is not a very technical tool so simplicity is the key for me as an end user for the main purpose that I would be using it which is collaboration and giving access needed for specific tasks.
Cons: Can't name any significant issue, I like the ease of download, install and boom, use the product style.

Overall my experience is positive. It offers good value for money and is very useful for remote support and task management.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use for remote access with clients, friends or family. File sharing and team collaboration work smoothly.
Cons: The price can be high and sometimes connection issues happen. Over the phone, you need to figure it out which one you need, because there is many options and it is not very clear how to choose.
Roger A. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · January 21, 2026
Pros: I like team viewer because it is simple to use and just works. Many companies use it for remote access and it is pretty straightforward to use.
Cons: It happens that if there is persistence access on the computer enabled, rarely maybe 3 times the access cut out - during 1 year of usage.
