Pros: Birdeye has a robust platform covering everything from customer sentiment to managing Ai search results. They have continued to grow and improve the platform with new innovative tools
Cons: I have no complaints about the service, it has been easy to set up and manage, providing excellent ROI

Pros: The integrated review management and social media posting is pretty solid. We've seen a noticeable uptick in engagement since we started using it consistently for responding to customers and sharing updates.
Cons: Honestly, the mobile app could be a bit more intuitive. Sometimes navigating between different sections feels a bit clunky, and I find myself wishing it was faster to access certain features when I'm out of the office.

Pros: It’s honestly super to the point and easy to use! We stopped using BirdEye for a second and went back within months. We truly could see the difference without the platform.
Cons: It’s hard to say. The reason we left was because of the price and a new marketing company we switched to. But it wasn’t worth leaving BirdEye.

Pros: Birdeye truly excels at bringing all customer interactions together in one easy-to-manage platform. I really liked how simple it was to collect, track, and respond to reviews across multiple channels.
Cons: Birdeye can be a bit pricey, especially for smaller teams or businesses on a tighter budget. Some of the most useful advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Easy to use and adopt - team was quickly onboarded and could take action both in setting up the reportings and gaining visibility but also to start responding and managing
Pros: Comprehensive tool to manage publicly available reviews, evaluations, display and findability of brand and business / stores / locations; nicely combines analytics with capabilities to manage and respond to create a positive public image.
Cons: Some of the functionality is heavily focused on social media in the original sense but not fully integrated into displaying and managing reviews or descriptions on booking platforms.

Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Our review volume has increased and we have seen a higher volume of positive reviews. The Birdeye platform is super helpful to allow us to see all of our feedback in one place and respond accordingly so we can consistently monitor our online reputation.
Pros: Since implementing Birdeye, we have seen a consistent increase in our review volume and in positive review feedback. We love that we can set up survey campaigns and respond in the platform directly to all feedback and public review pages (Google, Yelp, Birdeye, etc...)
Cons: The one thing that would greatly benefit us is more support with being able to verify our listings like our Google My Business pages.

Our overall experience with Birdeye has been great and we are happy we found them. Before we found Birdeye our online reviews were really struggling.
Pros: We love that Birdeye helps us with our online presence by giving our patients the option to leave a review for us if they had a great experience, but it also allows them to give us direct feedback if they didn't have a great experience. We have always had great customer support anytime we had a question regarding our account.
Cons: We don't have anything we don't like about Birdeye. Our experience over the past 5 years has been great.

Birdeye has been an excellent partner. It saves us time, helps us generate consistent customer feedback, and gives us tools to manage our brand reputation effectively. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has added significant value for us.
Pros: Birdeye makes it so easy to collect and track customer reviews. The automation takes a lot of work off our plate, and the dashboard gives us a clear, real-time view of our reputation. The support team is also fantastic–very responsive and helpful.
Cons: Nothing negative comes to mind—it’s been a consistently smooth and positive experience. Their team is dedicated, responsive, and always quick to provide support or answer any questions we have.

Cons: I don't have any issues with Birdeye. Like any new software there is a small learning curve when implementing but the value you receive to help with email communication and the security Birdeye offers is well worth it.

Many of my clients have been using Birdeye for several years and have grown to love the easy communication with customers via the platform. We appreciate the auto-review request setup which allows us to resolve potential issues when customers have complaints offline. We have received excellent support from our Customer Success Managers and appreciate the transparent reporting. Overall, we have seen our reviews skyrocket and rating improve. Much credit goes to correcting problems before they turn into one star reviews.
Pros: The pros of using Birdeye include automated review and survey requests. We appreciate the way the request is formatted with "Green" for a review for positive experiences sent to Google or Facebook and the "Red" for less than satisfied customers that comes in as direct feedback. I also appreciate the auto-responses to reviews. A the store level, the sales team appreciate being able to text and send quotes via the platform. We also love that all messages, emails, webchats, etc. come into one inbox.
Cons: Integration issues with our CRM has been an on-going trial, but the blame falls on our CRM rather than Birdeye. Mass texting campaigns are a separate cost and are kind of expensive.

Pros: Communication with our patients. My favorite took is the internal messages. It allows for in office use.
Cons: It sometimes logs me off mid-conversation causing the message to delete and us having to restart the message.

Convenient for sending post-appointment reviews to guests. We get better responses throughout the day via Birdeye texting vs phone calls/emails.
Pros: It's easy to text patients - being a medical practice. The Hipaa-compliant security is a must. Customer support is always speedy.
Cons: We lost some important templates and our phone number at one point, which meant we missed a lot of correspondence from patients.

We moved to Birdeye from a similar platform. They were able to import all information from our prior platform to theirs, which was a huge plus. Onboarding team was on top of things. Our account rep has always been friendly, helpful and available. We have dug deeper into the features over time, as there are many and that can be overwhelming when tackling them all at once. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
Pros: I like the fact that they are continually trying to innovate. The core product does exactly what we need to help us capture more online reviews, communicate virtual and capture actionable insights. As we've been a customer longer, we see them leaning deeper into AI components that can produce more robust data and insights. The rep that handles our account is also very responsive and helpful when we do have issues. We can track how many leads go from Birdeye to converted sales and it shows the true value for the money we get with our investment every monthly.
Cons: When signing on with Birdeye, setup was well handled. However, we tried to work on some custom features that took much longer than expected. It did eventually come to fruition but much later than anticipated. Rely on the core product as your gage for your decision and you will save some of the hassle we experienced.

I've been using it for 6 years as a Property Manager and it has been great. Now more than ever, reviews are so incredibly important for your business. They're almost as important as having a website or a phone number for someone to call and ask questions. They are a place where folks can give unfiltered takes of how they feel their experience at your business was. Birdeye makes managing this super easy and I didn't think I would at first - but I have really enjoyed some of their newer AI features.
Pros: I like how it is able to be integrated into our ERP platforms and how it helps us maintain our online reputation. I don't even have to think about sending someone a text or email asking them for a review. We are able to customize how/when we engage with our customers and it has been a delight to work with.
Cons: I genuinely can't think of any negatives to Birdeye. I've never ran into any issues at all with the software.

BirdEye helps to build a reputation and maintain it. It's easy to use and when you need help, you can usually get a human in short time. I also like the social media interface.
Pros: The easy automation of reviews - receiving them and the auto responses. With this comes the overall brand and reputation protection.
Cons: Some of the automation features for responses could be more intuitive. For example, certain words found in the review = a certain response.

I use Birdeye every day and I would say I have a very good experience with Birdeye. The customer service is fast and dependable and the software is constantly being updated with features I didn't know I needed. I would like a mini tutorial for sections that do get updated, such as the report page- its somewhat hard to nagivate through. I love Birdeye and I will continue to use it for as long as I can.
Pros: How easy it is to upload contacts. It is very accurate with when the review requests get sent out, and especially though integration, makes the process seamless. I also appreciate being able to view the contact journey of each person, holding them accountable to their review, but also noticing if there are any struggles with the process.
Cons: The reports page is a little confusing to me. I liked how it was before, being able to view it on a pie chart. Unless I am looking/viewing it wrong, I tried changing the chart layout in the filters but it didn't let me click on it.

In my opinion, there's several other services out there far more beneficial the experience I had it was very overpriced for what I was paying for. I'm sure it'll do somebody some good but my experience as a small business. No, I would not do it again and I would not recommend it to a friend or colleage.
Pros: The social media platforms, I really wanted this to work out. I gave it a shot. I gave them more than a year just not working out. I'm not satisfied at all.
Cons: The lack of customer service it seemed like you couldn't get a word and all they did was talk never really nothing listen I had several conversations about changing some plans. It seems like they were so money driven and impossible to cancel.

Pros: Review requests are my favorite thing about Birdeye. Also being able to track the contact journey is always helpful for clients.
Cons: Sometimes the auto responses do not fire to all reviews that I have auto responses set up for. I wish it was always consist ant.
