My experience has been a positive one as this is a great way to track call logs and generate new leads.
Pros: I really enjoy the feature of new leads to bookings. This helps generate new patients and increased revenue.
Cons: I have not come across a feature on liine that has not been beneficial in any way. Great work and a job well done!

Wonderful people with wonderful tech that brings truly useful insights into our company's marketing strategy without all the frills.
Pros: Liine is easy to implement, easy to use, and has been a great asset in fine-tuning our Google Ad strategy. Their team is also super friendly, helpful, and responsive. From the pre-sale/demo phase (shoutout to [sensitive content hidden]) to implementation/integration (shoutout to [sensitive content hidden]), I've truly enjoyed working with the Liine team, and their product has really delivered for our dental company.
Cons: My one wish is that Liine integrated with Dentrix Ascend. I knew going into our partnership that they do not at this time, so this was by means a dropped ball on their end. I also wish there was more customizability in the dashboards and that the platform had better UX as far as multi-location organizations go.

Easy to use, helpful with keeping up with patient flow, nothing too complicated that I can't figure out how to use, great experience so far!
Pros: Makes it easy to contact patients. The automatic all system is great. Being able to keep up with calls in real time is super helpful.
Cons: There isn't anything I can think of that I do not like. Its easy to navigate, makes it easy to contact patients, etc.

Overall, it is a very useful platform, and it has lots of pros just as it has its cones, But the software does help a lot with the flow of the office.
Pros: So far, this software has been helping the office locate and see miss calls and also it helps with knowing if the patient is a new patient or existing.
Cons: That it does not allow text messages. As well the only thing i can add it would be useful for patients to state if the appointment is for cleaning or for a consult

Absolutely love it! The Liine team is extremely supportive. It is most helpful to have all the analytical data in one place. Liine is always looking to improve and add integrations of vendors to it's platform.
Pros: Analytical data tells you where you need the most improvement and provides invaluable KPIs for daily operations. Track your marketing ROI so you are spending dollars on expenses the matter most.
Cons: I would like to default the timeframe to current month. Currently, it defaults to last week. At some point, I would also like to see future appointments booked for the month and quarter.

Pros: Clear call attribution from our websites to specific centers, real-time dashboards, and missed-call alerts/callback workflows that reduced leakage. UTM capture is solid, setup was straightforward, and support is responsive.
Cons: Pricing can spike with call volume minutes (overage fees). Some tagging/location mapping requires manual upkeep.

its been great. love to listen to the calls to learn about more ways to improve our phone skills and booking skills.
Pros: easy to use. I love how i can manage through the calls and see the reasons why some appointments were not booked.
Cons: ai does not always recognize existing patients or referrals. therefore, i find myself having to open tickets and ask staff for help.

So far so good! I am pleased with the efficiency. I would love to have more leads, but that's a marketing thing and not a Liine problem haha!
Pros: Very organized system and not confusing to navigate. I like how it transcribes calls and is able to pick up the name of the person who answered the call as well so we can keep track of bookings.
Cons: I wish there was a way for voicemails to have their own separate tab, that way when they are called back we can see they were contacted back.

Great customer experience when I do need assistance with questions or trouble shooting, a great value for the money that I see as essential to our business.
Pros: Liine offers reporting insights that's hard to get in the healthcare space because of the nature of needing to remain HIPAA compliant. It's given our front desk operations teams valuable feedback to develop and improve upon best practices that ultimately lead to a higher conversion rate on our digital ad dollars invested. It also informs our Google and Meta campaign, allowing us to optimize towards appointments booked instead of just clicks, phone calls or form fills.
Cons: Most of the data intentionally remains inside Liine vs being downloadable, but part of that is due to HIPAA.

Cons: There are a lot of reports to familiarize yourself with. But once you learn, it is easy. Also, You have to really know what you want configured. Your phone tech's will need to learn what LIINE captures and how to direct incoming calls.

Liine has been extremely helpful in running our practice. We use these numbers weekly to gauge our patient leads and how they come in. I particularly like being able to hear the calls and using it as a tool to help our admin team as well.
Pros: call management, lead generation, ease of use, training tool, patient management, having everything in one place has been really helpful.
Cons: There are no cons this software has been very helpful. We use these numbers in our scorecard every week.

Overall they do a great job in assisting us scheduling patients and helping us manage spam vs true patients.
Pros: Ease of use, security, lead generation, patient management is all great. They truly help with the scheduling of patients, and allowing us to focus on in house patient care.
Cons: None, so far everything with liine has been great, there is good communication, and they do a great job of assisting us.

Excellent! The online platform is outstanding and provides useful data in real time. The Liine Team has always been very responsive to any question I had and has provided a timely response.
Pros: The ability to see where our new patient leads are coming from. This helps us see ROI for all our marketing and helps us focus future marketing campaigns to get the most from our marketing spend.
Cons: I don't have any complaints. The platform is easy to use and I can customize reports in any way to see the data I need. Liine sends me a weekly summary as well so any problem areas can be identified quickly.

Simple to use and very helpful. The Interaction log is very useful Learning tool and to help us ensure we are providing excellent customer service
Pros: What I like the most about Liine is that I am able check my stats and see how I am progressing in real time.
Cons: That I have to keep changing the filter to reflect my name instead of having it as a default option then changing it when i need to review team stats

I've had a great overall experience with Liine.
Pros: Wow! What can I say. Liine is the best tech platform i've ever worked with. Their customer support team is always available, and goes above and beyond. Pros: The ease of clients being able to communicate with our office, the tracking of connections with client, and the recorded calls, texts on file.
Cons: The immediate phone call after a client submits their request- it catches client by surprise and takes a minute for me to explain the process. As front of office, I need to be as quick as possible with ending phone calls.

locked into contract renew without notice
Pros: Product was decent in 2021 but tech as caught up and now irrelevant
Cons: They will not let you leave and will rew without notice and increase the contract rate without out notice on annual renewal without a new agreement.
