We have tried to impiment it twice but it's just not a good fit for a smaller business. For this application it just is too much to train and too pricy.
Pros: It holds and gathers a lot of information and can be very useful in that reguard. Many larger companies use it.
Cons: It's too broad and tries to do too much but not doing everything well. It's not ideal for a small business.

It’s really simple to use, with minimal configuration choices and a simple user interface. One of the most striking elements of Pipeliner to me is that I don’t need to be an architect to modify my Pipeliner example. Furthermore, any form of enhancement can be implemented without difficulty. Pipeliner CRM, in my opinion, is a legitimate service that may assist enhance sales because it permits and has a wide range of operations with amazing features.
Pros: I like Pipeliner because it makes job creation very simple and efficient. It also provides variable exclusive sales records for files since it retains all of the data, examines the assessment, and its procedures carried out at the time of sale. I also enjoy how I can design various pipelines for different purposes or uses, and the best part is how quickly I can create dynamic reports. I enjoy that I can attach various types of papers and add colleagues. I like how Pipeliner helps me see which clients I should prioritize and which I shouldn’t.
Cons: I am quite delighted with my campaigns; I just wish that when I use the search feature, it would give me some name recommendations, because it only works when the client’s name is spelled correctly, occasionally I get confused in the writing and don’t find it.

This CRM did not solve any problems for me, it created problems for me if anything! It also left me out of pocket as the management team would not refund me for the remainder of the 12 months once I left after 2 months.
Pros: The User interface is OK, it is easy to learn how to use this CRM pretty quickly as its pretty basic. Thats about the only good thing I found with this CRM, the rest has been pretty poor.

Cons: As vezes o servidor é pouco lento e isso se torna um problema devido a lentidão em salvar um leed.

I get exact and specific sales analytics and I can easily track the sales performance to make sure we are on the right path.
Pros: It was not hard to get my head around Pipeliner CRM. After a few hours of usage, you would think I was a pro. Navigation is also super easy.
Cons: I wish we could integrate more third party add-ons onto the CRM and this is a huge disadvantage for us.

It is one of the best CRM software in terms of visualization
Pros: The interface for both their web app and mobile app is completely visualized which makes it easy to understand the information at a glance.
Cons: The generated reports should have a forecast that can tell me what industry CRM tips to implore.

Pros: I'm completely sold on Pipeliner CRM. Since we implemented it in our company, it has completely transformed the way we manage our sales pipeline. It's intuitive and easy to use, so even non-tech savvy staff can quickly get up to speed with it. Highly recommended!
Cons: I have not encountered any drawbacks for this tool yet.

It is worth to test out Pipeliner, if you need lead management with powerful features and a lot of customization options.
Pros: The easy way to move your leads across your pipe, the powerful filtering features make Pipeline an excellent tool for each lead manager.
Cons: I was missing some integrations when I used Pipeline but I see now they are available.

Overall it has been an excellent experience. The Support team is incredibly helpful and the software is easy to learn
Pros: the flexibility is the best feature of Pipeliner CRM. It is easy to modify and adjust as business needs change
Cons: Products and Categories flexibility is still being improved. Some improved report and graphical data representations would be nice

Reliably keeping track of engagements and campaigns.
Pros: Has many features that help group clients and contacts together to keep track of engagements and campaigns. Many additional modules to connect to external applications to make life easy.
Cons: Certain filtering functions do not allow enough advanced customization to select the information you would like to see, worked with Pipeliner support and these features may be added in future releases.

From an IT perspective the product is built well, responsive, and feature rich.
Pros: Very well designed. All web based and can be easily customized.
Cons: Automatizer should be included in base product. SSO/Active Directory isnt really integrated well into the permissions and access control.

Provides company-wide visibility into Account information and history in order to provide our Accounts a better experience. Establish clear Ownership, Action items, and Next Steps to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities. Provide a clear method to triage new Website and other external leads and integrate them into the Sales Workflow.
Pros: Very intuitive interface for account, contact, and opportunity tracking. Powerful API for interfacing with our ERP system. Responsive to feature and issue requests.
Cons: Billing can be unclear as to which features are included for which user levels. Have hit barriers with the reporting tool.
