Great idea, bad support for free trial users (these are new sales right guys?!) Why no one on chat? There is no import or export function for your data, nothing mentioned in help docs. So if you leave, they assume all data is Linkedin anyway? You cannot import your current data from another provider either and enrich their social profiles?
Pros: Linkedin integration and unified inbox! Super idea!
Cons: No support when your trialling it, the help documentation doesnt cover some key areas and its super frustrating not being able to chat to anyone, massive time waster, as it stands would not sign up.

Really good, simple to see everything you need and at a really great price. You'd pay a lot more for a CRM like this with all the abilities this has like the cold email etc...
Pros: I love the CRM, it's easy to use and the UI is clean I can see everything I need to quickly and easily and its never clunky it just plain works.
Cons: Nothing really, its the perfect tool for me. I would love a live chat support but they are really fast on email.

Pros: If you’re looking for a tool to help you manage your LinkedIn contacts without going to LinkedIn jail check this out. It helps you target a group of people and get all their posts in a single space. You can also interact with them and keep track of your conversations. The team is easy to reach out and are always bringing new stuff based on the users’ inputs.
Cons: It has more features than what I use. since I don't manage many social media accounts. And sometimes there is a bug. But the team is quick to respond.

We used to reach people on different platforms needing to open a lot of tabs and jump around, but sometimes we still miss out on the messages or can't respond at the perfect time point. After implementing Breakcold we never need to jump around, we just open up one tab which is BC and all the messages from different platforms will laid out in front of us we can keep everything well organized and the most important thing is never to miss out on the golden opportunities. The software itself is quite straightforward and easy to use, so don't need to invest a lot of time upfront to learn how to use it. Pretty much a plugin and play solution, and the [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful during the journey.
Pros: I like the simplicity of how Breakcold can manage multiple platforms all in one place to keep me focused on what I am doing which is prospecting. I don't need to jump around between different tools I can just log into BC and manage all the messages there. Although it comes with CRM itself once cold lead becomes a client of ours we still can integrate BC CRM system into our own client CRM seamlessly. Also, a big shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] of Breakcold has been super helpful.
Cons: The same thing happens to all the young tools, they always have a few bugs here or there so this is also happening on Breakcold when you use it every day you may notice this. Although Zapier integration is there we can integrate with thousands of external tools but still, if we can have more native integrations that will be more wallet-friendly because Zapier keeps increasing the price, we still want to lower our expense on that part.

Pros: Great way to streamline my omnichannel outreach, and really love the customizations they are offering (incl. funnel tracking, lists etc.) - helps me to accelerate my closing rate and really fills my sales pipeline! Also really like that it's a comprehensive tool and that I don't need to use several ones to attain the same goal I can do with Breakcold alone! Been using it daily since I started using it the first time! Also great and supportive team, always there when I have a question regarding the tool.
Cons: Nothing negative I can really say, really happy so far

very very positive. I've been using it for almost a year. And very few tools surivive my minimalistic list of tools that I adopt.
Pros: it has a clean interface and everything I need for social selling is under one roof. No more changing 1000 tabs just to send a personalized message. The CRM is smoother than more expensive alternatives. The lack of limits on leads stored and emails sent per month it's a fresh breeze for my brain. When I use breakcold, it almost feels like a suit tailor made for me, instead of a engineering behemot like many sales tools.
Cons: it's still young and in full development, but the guys work hard to improve it fast with customer feedback.

Pros: I've been putting off generating leads from LinkedIn for years because it was too much effort to track and manage it. Since discovering Breakcold, it has become a must-have tool for our business, mainly because it's fantastic at keeping our contacts in check. I'm a big fan of smooth contact management, and I've gotta say, this CRM nails it. It makes staying organized, nurturing relationships, and getting stuff done a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking to source and nurture leads in LinkedIn
Cons: Nothing really to be honest. But I would love to see more integration such as Instagram and FB Messenger. Those inboxes are a hot mess right now.

I have been loving the experience using Breakcold, the support is awesome and the updates and features that are being added are great and directly in response to user requests. That's a great feeling to have input on the development of the product. I am confident they are going in the right direction, just can't see what they release next.
Pros: The main Feed dashboard and the ability to DM and E-mail from multiple accounts from the same dashboard is awesome and very convenient. This is saving me a lot of time, even with other tools like Apollo just make it more complicated in the end. Breakcold's chrome extension also make it super easy to get a lead in the CRM and with the right details, fast.
Cons: I would like to see automations become a big part of the platform to make it even faster to convert leads. Follow ups especially, and more integrations, specifically with video outreach tools, like Sendspark, that would be amazing and super helpful since you can request videos back from leads/clients also.

Pros: The UI interface is elegant, sleek, modern, easy on my eyes (dark mode) and so intuitive. Lots of tutorials available if you get stuck. Setup was a breeze. We have tried other CRM tools in the past, and most of them are o-kay but it's limited to emails only. This is the future! After using Breakcold and seeing all its social selling capabilities, integrations, pipeline and leads management amongst others, you won't want nor will you need to use anything else to manage your leads, nurture your contacts and have conversations flowing easily and organic!
Cons: So far, I really like Breakcold and I know its founder is constantly making it better for us. I know this is a feature request that may or may to be developed, but I think it would be great to have Facebook integration. So, I guess this is not a con, but rather a feature request :)

Pros: Ability to follow prospect on Twitter (now X) and Linkedin before reaching out is a game changer. It helps me build rapport and increase the chance of being accepted tremendously.
Cons: Unlike many other outreach tools in the market, Breakcold is quite unique and stand in it's own class. Hence, it comes with some learning curve that one must overcome before becoming proficient.

Pros: I can't say enough good things about Breacold. The fact that we now have a tool that directly integrates with LinkedIn and allows you to run your sales process without 3 or 4 other tools, is just awesome. I use it daily to capture prospects into my pipeline and follow their movement to ensure I don't miss a beat. The inbox feature is insane, you can send messages in LinkedIn, X, and email without leaving the platform, and now I'm hearing that its going to be unified...WHAT!???
Cons: There isn't anything in particular, the CRM is still young, and many basic functionalities will inevitably be added, but all in good time. As a solo founder, this is more than enough at the moment!

Pros: A very interesting product for learning more about potential customers and engaging with them effectively. Breakcold saves a lot of time by allowing you to learn about your prospects thanks to the ability to view selected feeds on LinkedIn and Twitter
Cons: There are two possible improvements we have noticed at the moment: (i) the Twitter feed is not updated in real time (for one lead, we saw tweets that were 3 months old, when the lead had published tweets the day before); (ii) there are only integrations with Twitter and LinkedIn at the moment

It has been good. The CRM is relatively new-I think 18 ish months old-and the development has been very fast and very good. The tool is quite easy to both setup and use, and the socials list feed is excellent and makes it super easy to not miss posts from potential clients. So you can take nurturing to a new level.
Pros: Breakcold has most of the things things you see in most sales CRM's. But it has a few you dont see. You can use sender rotation on the emails so you can send more volume and actually hit the inbox. Then it has both Linkedin and Twitter integrations that allow you to see selected prospects inside the CRM. So you can both build a specific list and then engage from right inside the CRM instead of having to track in all down on each platform for a specific list.
Cons: The two drawbacks I can think of are minor. One is that since it integrates with LinkedIn you need to use an extension, but you need that for every single tool in existence that integrates with LinkedIn. So it is a LinkedIn thing and not a Breakcold thing. The second minor drawback is that the sales pipeline reporting could be improved/expanded. But I know that is on their roadmap and what they have works well so I don't mind it right now.
