The thing about NinjaOne is that it’s been that kind of solution where everyone goes about their day because it gets the work done, which is what an RMM should be able to do. The onboarding was a bit of a pain but it got better once things started falling into place. All in all, it's something I would recommend to anyone.
Pros: NinjaOne has truly made endpoint management easier. The dashboard provides all the information needed, and it does not feel overwhelming at all. Patching and remote access both work effectively, and this may seem simple, but this is something that few products can achieve. It allows us to save a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on communication.
Cons: While the initial configuration and setup process may require some more effort than anticipated, particularly while setting up policies and automation, the documentation is fairly good, though one may have to do a bit of digging at times. Not deal breakers by any means, but something to consider nonetheless.

Pros: NinjaOne makes complex MSP responsibilities much easier to manage, especially with remote monitoring, patching, and backups. Its interface strikes a great balance, powerful and detailed for experienced IT professionals, while still being approachable for newer team members. The platform’s flexible, tiered pricing adds strong value, making it easy to either increase service profitability or pass savings on to clients. Overall it’s a well rounded solution that fits a wide range of IT environments.
Cons: I would like to see more integrations. EDR would be great. Otherwise no complaints and we have had great experiences with Ninja. Any issues we have found or ran into, were all user error or interface confusion. All of which were addressed and many things changed for us by Ninja. The Cons are minor. We are glad that integrations are slow to expand because we know that they are making sure new integrations work flawlessly. Thats a good thing.

I have been working with Ninja since their inception, bringing them into both of my organizations. When I switched to NinjaOne 10 years ago and it has been a game-changer for our small IT team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate compared to our previous RMM. Patch management is reliable and automated, remote access is lightning fast, and the scripting/automation features have saved us dozens of hours. Alerts are accurate with very few false positives, and their support team has been excellent. Every ticket we’ve opened was resolved quickly. Overall, NinjaOne has significantly improved our efficiency and given us much better visibility and control over our clients’ environments. Highly recommend it.
Pros: NinjaOne is the Best Value for your Dollar RMM Service out there. The Dashboard is easy to Navigate. Using Ninja saves me hours of time a week. We use it for everything from Fixing issues behind the scenes to Remote Access of Devices.
Cons: The honest truth, my one issue is the mobile App functionality, but how much do you expect to be able to do from your Phone.

Overall NinjaOne is a really cost efficient RMM solution for you to monitor and manage either your Windows or macOS devices. Patching works well and the device insights is super helpful for troubleshooting issues. It offers a native remote support tool so you can do everything from within the NinjaOne platform. Scheduling automations, tasks, and alerts is a huge plus as well
Pros: Patch management of Windows and macOS devices is really good. It covers operating system and 3rd party apps and is pretty granular with how you can schedule patches. The device management is great as well as it pulls in so much information from the device to help with troubleshoot such as running processes, installed apps, hardware specs, last reboot, activity, etc. It's also great that you can send commands directly to a device in the background. Setting up device monitoring alerts is good. I have alerts to notify me when devices are running low on space or when apps get installed or removed. You can schedule scripts and tasks to run as well.
Cons: The UI is borderline what you consider "modern" but its still okay as an admin to navigate and configure stuff. The 3rd party list of natively supported apps could be better.

Pros: NinjaOne is a great IT management software. It has worked amazing sinced we deployed it. all the techs love it.

NinjaOne RMM provides a very direct and productive IT management experience, particularly for the teams who like simple tools, quick set, up, and trustworthy automation. People like the straightforward look and the natural way the tasks are designed, which helps to make monitoring, remote access, patching, and other tasks very easy even when the number of computers to be maintained is very big. The great usability and timely help are very much appreciated aspects and are seen as a means for IT teams to be able to tackle the problems fast and lessen their working hours.
Pros: The agent is very light and can be installed effortlessly by Intune or whichever way you like your organization. The user interface is clear and user, friendly, so monitoring devices, running scripts, software deployments and checking alerts can all be done very simply, without having to search through menus.
Cons: While the limited customization options and complicated policy enforcement can make things a bit confusing, the alerting system and filtering capabilities definitely need to be improved for more effective monitoring. But really, it's not a terrible lineup, it just needs a few adjustments.

I love NinjaOne. This was one of the best decision to move to this platform! The customization and freedom that we have over this tool is fantastic. Compared to it's competitors, it is not as rigid and allows for some very easy use. Automation is prevalent in this field and NinjaOne allows for us to explore this with no limits.
Pros: The customization that can be done through NinjaOne is endless! This is the absolute all-in-one IT management tool. Their built-in remote access tool (Ninja Remote) and screen monitoring is a welcomed addition over competitors and it functions very well. Set up is very easy and straight forward and can be tailored to how you want it to function, for a multitude of locations, clients, organizations, etc. Their customer support is also top notch. Submitting support tickets call all be done directly from the main dashboard and their documentation (Dojo) is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources.
Cons: Some parts of the tool rely on functionalities/apps, whether you actively use them or not. In order to use custom fields, it needs to have the NinjaOne Documentation app enabled in order to function properly. We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.

I have loved my time using NinjaOne, NinjaOne has provided a remote solution I can use to monitor the health of our wallboards, deploy mandatory software updates to wallboards in different buildings at the push of a button, and allows me to troubleshoot issues with our wallboards remotely. NinjaOne has finally made me feel in control when it comes to monitoring and troubleshooting wallboards, it is a great product I highly recommend.
Pros: NinjaOne is a great tool that I use daily in IT in order to screen monitor, deploy software updates and the latest patches to wallboards within the business, as well as giving me the ability to remote reboot the wallboards in the event they aren't working / need a restart for update purposes.
Cons: The thing I like the least about NinjaOne is the limited reporting customisation within NinjaOne, and there is quite a steep learning curve to fully understand the user interface as it is quite complex. This isn't a big issue as once you learn the user interface you appreciate the benefits NinjaOne brings.

After having this tool in our environment, it would be tough not to have this tool. This replaced GoTo Assist for us because it had so much more to offer. It's been the best addition to environment we have made in the last 10 years.
Pros: The remote access gives us more than one option. Patch management is a bonus, They constantly update and fix bugs and issues. Support is solid.
Cons: That I can't integrate out Bit Defender license into their platform it need to be purchased through them.

My overall experience with a NinjaOne has been very positive and It is a reliable tool for daily IT operations that helps a manage devices, monitor systems, and resolve issues from one place. With the smooth remote access and organized ticket handling and also its improves productivity and reduces manual work for IT teams.
Pros: NinjaOne is a easy to use and time saving tool that offers a great value for IT teams or It features fast remote access even on slow connections simple ticket management and useful alerts for proactive support. With quick and friendly customer service it makes daily IT work efficient and reliable.
Cons: New users might find a initial setup and advanced features slightly confusing without guidance and also while minor bugs occur occasionally they are usually fixed quickly..

It is a powerful, modern RMM tool. It has significantly improved our team's efficiency by automating routine maintenance and remote support.
Pros: The interface is very fast and easy to navigate. It allows me to manage and monitor all my endpoints from a single, clean dashboard without any lag.
Cons: The reporting tools can be a bit limited for complex needs. I wish there were more built-in templates to customize data for my clients.

The product was just not reliable to trust it protecting my network. The software management wasnt as good as other products. I eventually purchased multile other products which did each task better and actually saved me money.
Pros: Ninja One was demonstrated to me as an all in one product that could achieve everything i was asking. The sales team were extremely friendlt and assisted with getting me a trial.
Cons: Ninja One does a lot of things but soemtimes an all in one product doesnt do them well. I ran the product along side other product trials and its vulnerability management was extremely poor and missed so many vulnerabilities.

Overall, super happy and impressed. We tried both N-Able and Ninja, and it was a clear winner. Their support has been great, and our account executive is also really knowledgeable. If we can't figure it out via the dojo docs, we've always been given clear instructions via their support team.
Pros: Overall, the user interface is clean, informative and modern. You are able to easily navigate between organizations. Profile management is easy and allows you to categorize systems by location (and apply a policy at a location level). Having a single pane of glass to review each morning saves a significant amount of time and allows me to be proactive in letting my end users know where troubles are, rather than having them report - helps show the value of purchasing the services from me.
Cons: The backup features are getting better, but there are still some rough patches (for us at least). I'd like the opportunity to back up to a cloud provider (and storage target of my choice), as well as the ability to back up hardware devices. I have a few clients that have NAS's on their network, however I really don't have a great way of backing them up (apart from replicating the data to a local machine). This works for some of the smaller data stores, but not the larger ones.

Great and the customer service and support is great. I would rate this a four stars out of four. I've like it more than all other RMM tools.
Pros: Continuously adding new beneficial features. It has worked great as an RMM and patching solution. We also use it for automation as well.
Cons: I don't have any issues at this point. I'm sure you can always make everything better but they are continually do that.

Pros: Having a central pane of glass for all of my network management needs is fantastic. I am able to control patches, remote control user PCs, and deploy software seamlessly.
Cons: We are looking to have a full mobile device management capability with conditional access to completely lock down our environment.

Great! It helps me and my team manage the health of remote machines, administer software, fix issues, track/log problems, and report on the overall well-being of the company's infrastructure.
Pros: Ease of use, all of the functionality it offers, allows me to manage multiple sites for customer support, the dashboard allows me to identify and address problems promptly, and ticketing helps log and track end users primary issues.
Cons: Too in-depth, you can really get into the nitty-gritty of it, and it can be a bit intimidating seeing all the options before you.

As a service provider, I was able to significantly reduce my workload per customer. We were also able to significantly reduce maintenance costs per device for customers. My customers are extremely satisfied with this feature.
Pros: I use NinjaOne's endpoint management as an MSP. Many of my customers depend on having a clean IT infrastructure with up-to-date security patches, etc. This is relatively easy to achieve with NinjaOne. The dashboard is relatively easy to use from both an administrative and customer perspective. Managing the endpoint management of a single device or even the entire organization is easy. Using the company's own Dojo, you can find many problems or issues that can be solved quickly without contacting a technician. However, if you do need to contact a technician, this is usually possible in a timely manner. Ticket management, if booked, is also easy to use and clear.
Cons: There is little negative to say here. However, if you do need help, competent contact persons are quickly available.

my overall experience with Ninja one is great, we love the product, we like that their customer service team always looks after us. The software is great it makes any IT professional life easier.
Pros: I love the power of their community. On their discord server you will always find useful scripts and ideas that are valuable. Their built in script library is a bonus too.
Cons: What I did like the least is their backup product. we trialled it a few months back and it could not handle onedrive folder in the users folder.

It has been a great improvement over our last RMM. Our last RMM was limited and with NinjaOne we get many great features and they are always updating the product.
Pros: It makes it real easy to deploy scripts to our machines. The reporting feature is also really well built and makes it easy to export data.
Cons: The backup solution was buggy when we first tried it. I think it is better now though. They are always improving their products.

Pros: Pricing, Support, Ease of Use, Platform View, Management. The NinjaOne Platform has been the easiest RMM utility I've used in the past few years. We've switched from another provider for archaic, old layouts and limited scripting abilities.
Cons: Support help area is hidden behind SSO. Some features may be "too simplified" or "too easy to use" that blocks the full features.
