I have recommended it to 3 of my solo mutuals. I am an experienced systems admin, Salesforce Admin and am also well versed in Monday.com when I was someone's employee. It hits different when you are building your own business and every penny, your penny, counts.
Pros: Bigin by Zoho CRM has very easy to follow UI for the experienced user and for the inexperienced, the free training sessions and webinars and KBs are also great. Lastly, you cannot beat the price for the value of what you get.
Cons: none that I can speak of. I am well versed in CRMs and it is comparable in functionality and ease of use and it is easier to use and configure than Salesforce. I said what I said.

We needed a proper CRM without the overhead costs that come with most platforms. Bigin lets us stay organized, manage our pipeline, and keep the team aligned — all without breaking the budget. For cost-conscious small businesses, it's hard to beat.
Pros: Bigin delivers everything a small business needs from a CRM at a fraction of the cost of the big players. It's intuitive, quick to set up, and the team was up and running in no time.
Cons: Some of the more advanced features you'd find in enterprise CRMs aren't there, but honestly that's the tradeoff for the price. For what we need, it more than delivers.

Pros: Customer support has been excellent, very responsive and helpful whenever we faced issues or needed clarification. The team is quick to resolve problems and provides clear guidance, which has made onboarding and daily use much smoother for our operations.
Cons: The platform has limited customization options, which makes it harder to fully adapt the CRM to our specific workflows and business needs. As we scale and require more tailored processes and integrations, this becomes a constraint compared to more flexible CRM systems.

Pros: zoho bigin is great for our non-profit, as they provide great CRM services with enough functionality that we need, especially the gmail plugin they offer for google chrome works great to import relevant contacts directly into out bigin CRM. we would recommend using bigin for every SMB and nonprofit that needs simple yet powerful functionality.
Cons: the performance and speed coould slightly be improved to make it feel more snappier but the value for money is great!

I have searched a lot of simple, sales pipelines tools, with automations, Bigin by Zoho is the easiest and best in terms of value, and improvements in features, every quarter.
Pros: Price is great for SME's Sales Pipeline feature keeps it Simple Connects with Email & Messaging Apps
Cons: I found it challenging to connect to the Telephony or maybe i dont know how. The UI can be more smooth

Very good functionality without complex UI. Covers the basic needs for opportunity follow-up. The best way your team will use a CRM is if it's simple.
Pros: It's simple and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, which makes it easy to use and efficient. Your team won't have to make a masters degree to learn how to use it.
Cons: Don't have support in Spanish. Lack of support for unified inbox (have to get an additional product)

Bigin is the perfect 'Goldilocks' CRM—not too complex, not too basic, but just right for small teams focused on closing deals rather than managing software.
Pros: What I liked most was the uncluttered, pipeline-focused interface. It takes the headache out of CRM management by focusing purely on moving deals forward, and the built-in telephony means I never have to leave the app to close a sale

After using many CRMs, zeroed down to Bigin. Must say this is what we wanted intuitive for the senior members to use and fast for rest.

Cons: Yet to figure out. However, feel that Zoho should provide a comprehensive tutorial video of using all features which can maximize the rate of adoption of Bigin.

Cons: There aren't any real cons because it’s an entry level CRM. I would just include easier WhatsApp intergration where one can easily open a chat through the app.

So far its simple to use and looks like it will do what I want it to do and will will be able to evolve my companies into it.
Pros: After trying to setup hubspot, which i gave up on i decided to try Zoho after seeing a sign for it in Union Station. So far it seems so simple to use and I am loving it.
Cons: There is not much I do not like so far. It seems very easy to work with and I cannot wait to get it going live.

Bigin has been a great addition to our daily systems as it keeps all the data in one spot for our contacts.
Pros: Love how easy it is to enter many different fields under one contact. It also has dark mode, which for me working with a stigmatism helps.
Cons: I find when selecting a contact, it will bring up a quick menu of different contact information, with that menu I would like to be able to put up what I would like to see at a quick glance.

Great experience, very user friendly and intuitive. Lots of apps and interfaces available to sync data.
Pros: The Pipeline module is great and allows us to track the process of sales and delivery so management knows where every sale is at with a glance in the Dashboard. Also appreciated that there were lots of templates to start from, and the templates are laid out by teams/groups as well as by industry.
Cons: It took me a little time to figure out how to get other Zoho apps to link up and what data can be transferred/sync'd. It is disappointing that the data fields being sync'd cannot be modified. For example, products added to the Sales Pipeline cannot transfer to a quote or invoice.

As a small construction business that had struggled with spreadsheets / emails / whatsapp messages etc, Bigin has given our company a single 'point of truth' for our sales / installation teams which has resulted in fewer things falling through the cracks. This in turn leads to a better customer experience overall - exactly what we were looking for.
Pros: Bigin is a really simple, highly intuitive CRM, ideal for small businesses who are looking to roll out an easy to use product that just works. There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.
Cons: I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.
