I love InfoFlo and all of its features! I use this on a daily basis to manage our products. We are completely satisfied with this product and all the features.
Pros: It makes it easy for us to sell our products with ease and keeps us well organized. The ease of invoicing each customer is great
Cons: There is nothing that we don't like about InfoFlo... It is a great product to use to help manage your products!

Pros: InfoFlo allows me to add only the modules I need, such as advanced tasks, permissions, invoicing, and document management, making everything more personalized and preventing the system from feeling overwhelming or too cumbersome for my team, because we only activate what we actually use. Having mobile access is useful when I'm out of the office because I can view my task list, contacts, history, and schedule meetings or follow-ups before a call. It's a very secure platform, and I feel confident storing important documents without fear of anything happening.
Cons: There are occasional errors like freezes and error messages, especially when there are many active tasks or data, but restarting the application fixes everything, although it does interrupt my workflow.

Please look into all options before making a decision; I wish my company took the time to research better. I would recommend Sales Force, Monday.com etc.
Pros: I have yet to have a positive experience while using InfoFlo. I have made several attempts as has all of my staff and it is just not a good program.
Cons: The program is not user friendly. Simple tasks, like assigning a sales rep to an account is not available. When we ask to add the feature we are told it will cost thousands of dollars and will take months as they do not have the "manpower" to get it done. Each step of the way when we have attempted to use the program features are just not available. I believe they bring you in and try and get you to spend money on upgrades, then they say we don't have the "manpower" to write the code... next thing you know months have passed and they refuse to discuss any type of refund. RUN!

All my CRM issues go away with this product and I like that it's not a subscription but paying for all you need in one go is a a hard hit to take.
Pros: Honestly an excellent product all around
Cons: Integration was so easy and fast nothing but praise for that but pricing is a bit of a bait and switch after a trail that includes everything comes the reality were the basic product while affordable doesn't do much and the add on really add up fast.

I've only been using it for very little time so I'm spending much time in the "Academy" . Learning the product is exciting knowing what I will be able to do.
Pros: The user interface is clear, segmented in to understandable sections for easy quick workflow. That is integrates with Outlook is a plus. I find InfoFlo 'feature rich' loaded with useful tools and obviously produced from people who know what a CRM requires.
Cons: Haven't found anything so far! I'll let you know if something crops up...

Pros: This CRM software is the exact solution I was looking for to keep track of my contacts. Their on-premise option was even more appealing to me because it had a one-time price with free updates. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. This CRM option from Infoflo Solutions is perfect for those looking for a simple solution with opportunities to be a robust as you want it to be. You can have the sole on-premise option or use the online version, and you can use both versions can be used with multi-user options. Easy navigation and set up with the flexibility to fit all your needs. They also have an extensive library of information and videos for setup and its features.
Cons: If you need extreme hand-holding for setup, there may be a slight learning curve.

We are an Irish company in the Agricultural sector who have easily adapted the software to enhance our business. Its is an excellent CRM to optimize your customer service and organizational efficiency.
Pros: Infoflo allows a complete overview of contacts and stores all their information in one place at the touch of a button. It is very user friendly and allows users to add custom fields to suit their company requirements. The ability to integrate the incoming phones calls through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also has the facility to create workflows, tasks, and record all activities associated with your customers. The customer support is excellent with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] always contactable by email to offer support and set up regular training. Both [SENSITIVE CONTENT] always try to facilitate any modifications requested by the company and through infoflo being flexible it allows certain features to be modified to suit individual companies needs.
Cons: No cons really but it might be nice in the future to see an individual identifier in the contacts list for contacts that have the same name such as first line of address or something similar.

Overall it has been a very good experience. For our purpose, it centralizes our communications and keeps our records organized which is exactly what we need.
Pros: InfoFlo is truly an excellent contact management software. It is great to access a contact and be able to see all the notes, emails, documents related to that contact. InfoFlo is a critical part of our organization.
Cons: Our InfoFlo is installed in a terminal server which has caused some problems in particular with scheduling appointments or using its calendar. We have tried several times to fix it without success. The software is also very limited on its reporting capabilities.

InfoFlo is the common platform that all departments in our organization use from customer service, billing, intake and shipping. The ability to track individual tasks for specific employees and recognize how much capacity each of them have for the day is very useful.
Pros: The capability to have the software grow with our needs is so important to our organization. We had launches the program as an attempt to go paperless and had we not done so when we did the impact of the pandemic could have crippled our organization.
Cons: The processing speed can vary depending on the time of day and # of users that are accessing the system. We do, however, understand that we utilize a lot of data and processing based on the amount of information that is being processed.

Cons: I have not used all options, but if I would need to mention any Cons, the opportunity configuration does not allow for automatic self numbering, which would be really helpful.

Compte tenu de la taille de mon entreprise, j'ai opté pour la licence simple. J'ai donc payé 99 dollars au départ. J'ai dû rapidement acheter plusieurs add-on (89 dollars chacun) pour accéder aux fonctionnalités permettant à ce CRM de remplir ses promesses. Avec 14 heures de décalage horaire (ils sont au Canada et moi au Japon) et une réactivité qui ne dépend que de leur bon vouloir, mon activité peut être durablement pénalisée lorsqu'un bug survient. Mon avis est qu'InfoFlo est à la fois un beau concept particulièrement adapté à la très petite entreprise, un produit insuffisamment abouti et un service dans lequel le client ne compte vraiment qu'en tant que payeur.
Pros: Prise en main, ergonomie intuitive, look
Cons: Nombreux bugs aléatoires et pénalisants.

It was one of the most time exhausting experiences that ended up in me losing money for a piece of software that we do not use.
Pros: $86
Cons: The interface is cheap looking, looks like something that was designed 15 years ago. Some parts are not intuitive to use. There is no support offered at all. It seems to be run by one individual and he is very condescending. After all the problems, we were never able to get it to work for us as it had on trial version, and on the aspects that were not available during trial version. We were not offered a refund because we "trialed it". We do not use the program, because it has too many shortcomings, so we ended up renenwing ACT and having a double expenditure. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE unless you are a single user and have no previous data. Only then, it might work for you.

I"m livid that I was forced to purchase additional services that I would not have needed had I been supplied the right software. The tech support individual told me that they always require their services be used fro QB install. Well than it should be included in the price. I'm an advanced computer user and did not need their help to install the software had they provided it when asked. I watched the tech support install the software and nothing was "so advanced" that I couldn't have figure it out myself.
Pros: The software seems to work pretty good. I really like the breadth of options. I like that I won't have to pay ongoing updates. It seems to sync with outlook ok - still reviewing quickbooks.
Cons: They do not provide the necessary software to install the Quickbooks link and force you to purchase their services in order to install it. When they installed the link to Quickbooks the agent simply said most clients don't have quickbooks as the reason it's not provided ahead of time. All other CRMs I reviewed had detailed instructions for Quickbooks link but they forced me to buy their services in order to do the quickbooks link because they didn't include the software to make the quickbooks connection even after I asked. I believe this to be unethical. Also every single item is an additional module which they have strategically packaged so your forced to buy just about all of them. Seemed inexpensive actually ended up being much more than I anticipated. Service is not great after the sale. No response to e-mails.

Fabulous!
Pros: Infoflo was not only affordable but it gave us all the features we needed from Quoting customers, keeping track of leads, setting reminders for F/U and Invoicing. Plus we had the option to purchase the software right out without any commitment to monthly or yearly fees.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say. This software met all of our needs.

Pros: The functions that are available such as quoting directly from Info Flo with our logo is great. Now that we are adding the Bulk Email function it's going to make keeping our leads engaged much easier. We kept canceling our training sessions due to it being our busy time of year, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], our trainer never got mad and eventually gave us a thorough training and new the answer to all our questions. Thank you! Also there are no monthly fees. You buy it and it is yours! That is great for small companies like us.
Cons: I honestly, based on usage so far have not found a con.

Overall experience is positive, the program is easy to learn and use.
Pros: Integration with Outlook and Gmail is very useful feature. You can easily connect your contacts with emails and tasks (opportunities and sales). I like Desktop version and one-time purchase fee.
Cons: Project feature is not properly connected to opportunities, for example, you can't convert opportunities into projects. Categories feature does not make much sense. It is better to create Leads and separate Leads from Contacts.
