I use Claritysoft primarily to keep chemistry notes and organize followups on wastes generated by clients.
Pros: The support is phenomenal. On another date migration, we had an issue. One phone call and 5min later, they solved it.
Cons: I've experienced no issues except scheduled maintenance of which Claritysoft notifies in advance and usually on a weekend.

Overall this program has helped our company expand, allowed for oversight, and been a great asset. We use it to track engagements and this has been very helpful.
Pros: It is easy to use and keeps track of all the information our company needs. It works quickly, is updated often, and provides support as needed.
Cons: Some of the reports are hard to get to and when a calendar is full of activities it seems like it takes forever to load.

It's hard to get a lot of information on a single page, so I miss tasks sometimes because they're cut off. I get really frustrated by it sometimes and I dislike using it.
Pros: The pages look clean and orderly, with even spaces. There are also lots of features to store information and to organize events. The email extension that saves and organizes correspondences on the site is also convenient and it's so good, we're required by our org to use it.
Cons: Front end bugs out sometimes. Doesn't always save. App is confused if it's a one page app or a sequential app. Why does the time change after you change the date? And why isn't the total time auto calculated from the time entry? And why does the calendar always go back to day when I change it to week. And doesn't the project autopopulate with my own projects

My overall experience is A+. The app for my iPhone is awesome. I have instant access in my hand at all times.
Pros: The value is great and, when I have any issues/problems, I get IMMEDIATE assistance and they’re always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons: The only thing I dislike, and it’s minor, is the search query on the app. It’s a little quirky. The search fields don’t reset.

great value I was able to learn a lot about the system and there is still a lot more functions I have yet to learn. It is very extensive and I really enjoy it
Pros: best price around works great. I have been able to import contacts seamlessly and easy. I love all the video training they offer for no extra cost!
Cons: sometimes the search function doesn't work in my lead field. no ability to separate ones I have start that I No longer need but am unable to move somewhere

For the price we're paying and how much we've customized it, I would say we're pretty satisfied and considering staying around for a good long while.
Pros: Flexibility and quick turnaround when service or support is needed. We've been able to really customize Clarity far beyond what we originally thought was possible.
Cons: Lack of true "Workflow" integrations. A lot of the newer CRM's in the market offer ways to create clear pathways for each sales type. If this, than this, then this, then this, etc.

It’s a great CRM and really intuitive. I like the organization of clients and ability to search on the app.
Pros: The software is easy to use and the interface is great. I really enjoyed the ability to do mass emails.
Cons: Usage of AI would be nice. It would be nice to have AI generated suggestions for email and easier way to consolidate groups of clients.

Good for what I need and maybe wonder if I getting the best out of it? I need to invest some more time in learning more about how other SX advisors use it.
Pros: Easy to use and great customer support. I like that I can add new contacts direct from LinkedIn. I also like that I can build and send my newsletter from the tool.
Cons: Dashboards - I don't think they are great when I compare to other CRM's I have used and also my clients use.

It's been a good experience and gets the job done, but it's not great and "loved by all". Also Engage is difficult and buggy when it comes to formatting for our Marketing campaigns.
Pros: It's a good value for the money, fairly intuitive to use and is customizable to our business. Customer support is very responsive.
Cons: The integration with QuickBooks was never great (but it existed) and now that integration is not longer even supported. It's also geared towards tracking "people" as leads and Opportunities, but we track Construction Projects at Radius Track, so although we make it work in the Opportunity module with customization, it's not idea especially when it comes to reporting and KPIs. Some users find information search to be a little lackluster. Not a huge fan of the Lead module (it duplicates existing contacts).
Luanne L. · Director of Business Development · Construction · March 5, 2026
Pros: Its a nice way to keep all information filed, in a secure platform. Also quite helpful for managing that information.
Cons: Website loading times can be slow. Some better UI developments and dashboards could be helpful. Organization of information/accounts isn't the easiest to navigate
Evan D. · Tutor · Education Management · March 5, 2026
Overall, I have been satisfied, but also wanting more. I have seen the team continue to add new features and support has been very attentive, so I am appreciative of that and hopeful for the future of the platform.
Pros: I like its customization options - we use it for a variety of types of contacts and communications and can effectively do so thanks to these capabilities.
Cons: There are still some limitations when it comes to the email module. There are times when I wish there were some more intuitive and flexible features to analyze performance, break large sending groups into multiple smaller sending groups, and update contacts based on their interaction with the campaigns (including automatically updating the contact if they unsubscribed or bounced).
Katie S. · Project Manager · Management Consulting · March 4, 2026
mediocre. A little hard to learn. Not really sure how to use it properly and we have been trained at my company.
Pros: Ability to see all leads of all fellow co-workers, but it seems there are many different ways to add clients and it does confuse me.
Cons: Not easily organized. System is a bit wierd and not intuitive when you go to add a new lead. If I go to the home page it is blank and you need to customize everything.

I've used Claritysoft CRM for about 2 years after using Salesforce for a decade and Power BI for about 2 years. It is simply an address book where you can make notes of your calls.
Pros: Great value and customer support. Very organized way to store contacts. Easy to put contacts at multiple locations.
Cons: It can feel like a glorified Address Book at times, and doesn't have the AI features or Advanced Intel that Salesforce or Power BI have. The lack of automation, ability to print invoices, or integrate software is a con, unless you don't need that stuff.
Evan L. · Regional Business Development Manager · Pharmaceuticals · March 4, 2026
I have only had one issue ever and it was taken care right away by the support team. My call was answered quickly and my issue was taken care of right away.
Pros: I really like Claritysoft CRM ease of use. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support is great.
Cons: I wish that you could change the user view easier. If the user had a few more options to customize it more to their liking it would be great.
Sarah R. · Sales Admin · Information Technology and Services · March 4, 2026
Customer service is very good. I get a good response timeframe and people are willing to go the extra yard.
Pros: It is available with minimal disruptions/availability restrictions. I like that there are continuous training opportunities
Cons: When the system is down for maintenance, it does not always inform you that is the reason you can not log in. A message should pop up to confirm that is the case and not leave you thinking something else is wrong.

Claritysoft CRM has a pleasing, uncluttered user interface, and is a simple, efficient client resource management tool for businesses interested in keeping detailed client records that are updated regularly. While I have some quibbles about site navigability, and have had minor issues with different users being unable to access needed information, I am overall glad we migrated to Claritysoft because it is relatively simple to use, customizable, and has a range of information viewing options that can be adjusted based on business needs.
Pros: Claritysoft CRM is beyond satisfactory when it comes to client database management and general workflow automation. With features like Global Search and customizable Filters, it's easy to search for specific information and receive relevant results. Lead management is also simplified with an option to fill out fields denoting Lead Sources and first Point of Contact, making it easy to track which sources generate the greatest lead volume. Sales and accounting management are also made easy, with sub-tabs under each Project specifically for Accounting info about the client, ie Payroll Item, Service Item, etc.
Cons: Learning how to navigate Claritysoft can be somewhat counterintuitive, as locating the information you want in the fewest clicks possible takes some experimenting and refining. For example, while you can save emails to clients' accounts with the handy Claritysoft email extension, these emails are saved either to the Client's Project or the Client's Account, but not necessarily both. Similarly, attachments are added separately to Projects and Accounts with no easy means of attaching to both simultaneously or from the same page.

Pretty solid - better than other CRMs I have worked with, with just a few hiccups on the management side that make it less than perfect.
Pros: Employees I supervise seem to find it easy to use - it has improved record keeping accuracy because people are finding it an easier tool.
Cons: It is annoying that I cannot display automatically generated global fields in the project view. Exporting lists is also somewhat inconsistent
Matthew D. · Director · Education Management · March 3, 2026
Overall, positive! It's secure, well built, they've been very responsive to our requests, and I appreciate working with them.
Pros: The information search is pretty easy, and I appreciate the security features especially. Being able to have certain project limited in view and scope to certain team members has been very good for client confidentiality. I appreciate how easy it is to customize views for my different potential workflows, as I wear a lot of hats at my company.
Cons: I wish there were more links between the different project levels, as they feel very siloed. The contact information being siloed away from the project information, being siloed away from the client account is frankly a little strange. The high degree of user interface customizability also took some getting used to to be able to use effectively.

A great solution for our organization. Our last CRM was way too restrictive and others we looked into were just unaffordable compared to their value.
Pros: Clarity was a great fit for our small-mid sized organization. Other solutions were a bit too expensive and bloated for our needs. Not to mention Clarity Engage was a great option for growth.
Cons: Certain reporting features, including dashboards, felt a little restrictive. It took quite a bit of experimenting or even sometimes exporting to Excel to get exactly what we needed. The PDF Quotation feature is also very finicky.
Jared A. · Growth Marketing - UX Lead Synoptix Software · Financial Services · March 3, 2026
Overall very satisfactory. I haven't found myself complaining or annoyed by using Clarity thus far and I think that's exactly what you're looking for in a CRM.
Pros: The tabs on clients' projects make it very easy to keep things organized and find relevant information.
Cons: One of the few things I noticed is the lack of ability to add multiple contacts (phone numbers and emails) to a project. Perhaps that's how our firm formatted the contact page, but slightly inconvenient at times.
Joshua L. · Academic Tutor · Education Management · March 3, 2026
From initial contact, through to some hands-on training with the delivery team, my experience with Claritysoft has been excellent. The tool itself provides all the functionality you need from a CRM and none of the expensive extras that you will never use. Good value for money.
Pros: Fully customisable from a data and interface perspective - you can re-configure the system to meet your needs (or alternatively take a working system straight out-of-the-box).
Cons: The support overall is excellent but we are based outside of the US and so there is a delay to get a response when an issue arises.
Lee R. · Managing Partner · Financial Services · March 3, 2026
From start and continuing, I have been overwhelmingly impressed with Claritysoft CRM. It fits our needs exactly. As a SaaS, we didn't need all of the fluff and stuff within Salesforce. Not to mention the difficulty in navigating help via Trailblazer. With this product, we can do what we need to do at a price that we can afford.
Pros: I love how easy it is to customize this product. Adding modules is super simple. There is never any pressure to purchase add-ons. They are simply offered as a service and if you want to pursue it, they will contact you. Otherwise, they check in a few times a year to make sure all is well. Also, the support team is top notch. Any questions get answered quickly and if by some chance, they don't know the answer, they get back to you in a timely manner. Automation is easy to do as well. The steps are straightforward and it is a simple process to automate functions within the CRM. Couple this with the low pricing and you get get bang for your buck. I looked and many systems and this one provided us with the most amount of features for the money.
Cons: The knowledgebase is sometimes difficult to follow. Only occasionally it will tell you that you can do "X" without telling you how to do "X".
David B. · National Sales Director · Higher Education · March 3, 2026
My experience has been great. It has been super easy to learn and integrate our sales plans into action
Pros: I like how user friendly it is. It is layed out very well and helps to keeps things incredibly organized. It also gives really good visibility for anything you would want to track
Cons: I would say the limitations on a few of the filters and importing new data can occasionally be a bit frustrating
Simon Q. · Sales and Marketing Coordinator · Automotive · March 3, 2026
Overall, it's a good CRM. We are a small business, and it works for our needs. We don't use many of the marketing features, but what we do use works great.
Pros: I like the ease of use, simple navigation, ability to customize and the best support ever. If I have an issue, I get a response almost immediately!
Cons: The only thing I don't like is the inability to create recurring meetings in the calendar. I'm hoping this is a feature that will be added soon.
Darlene S. · Owner · Banking · March 3, 2026
I am a small business, so I like systems that are easy to use. Claritysoft CRM was easy to set up and now it is easy to operate. I am able to see my sales pipeline potential and create action steps to achieve closer of new accounts.
Pros: I like Claritysoft CRM because their technical support is the best. They are very quick to solve any issue. At Claritysoft, they provide the technical support. You do not have to hire a third party to help, which great.
Cons: Overall, Claritysoft has been wonderful. They continue to make product upgrades on a regular basis.
