Pros: Content is the most important aspect of our daily work. Our content is nicely organised in Paperflite's hierarchical folders. All content available in one place. All data is updated, no worries about duplicates or outdated content.

Cons: Data source integration is great, but sources tend to be slow, but Paperflite is always perfect. We are fully transitioning to Paperflite as our 100% single source of content

Pros: In addition to tracking whether prospects open and engage with your content, you can view these metrics. See when your clients send videos, PPTs, and other documents. We have sent you several catalogs of our products. So, insight into all of this will help you get in touch with your distributors and distributors in a timely manner.

Cons: We travel a lot for work, visiting merchants, distributors, hotels, and many others., so we're looking forward to more capabilities on the iPad.

Pros: With the help of Paperflite's rapid send email tool, sharing material with others is really simple. I can view the material without repeatedly switching tabs. Finding and sharing material is also made simple with the help of the email plug-in.

Cons: Nothing in particular that is unlikeable.

Pros: I used Paperflite for internal content sharing using internal private collections. The structure allowed me to have my own content without others knowing also having a central library accessible by all.

Cons: Nothing in particular, I miss notifications sometimes and I would appreciate if there were more push notifications, I'd be happier

Pros: We share a lot of content to multiple users of the Academy. Parents needs material for training of their kids. Coaches and staff have reading material as well for certifications. Playbooks are being shared with passwords and expiry on link to ensure maximum security of data

Cons: Video editing is not possible at the moment but that's not a dealbreaker

Pros: This tool has let me create immersive micro sites to send to my partners. The level of personalisation on each microsite is immense. I can create as many as I want and also send as much content as i want. There is no limit on what I can do. The tracking is also important since I have insight into what my client is looking with all my notifications

Cons: I wish there were video banners and more good image banners for the collections

Pros: Paperflite has the best content hub that exists. The folder structure could not be made better whatsoever. It also created smaller folders inside and has no limit on the number of folders. This helps me create as many as I need

Cons: The new features are a little overwhelming but it all works well with the support articles

Pros: Paperflite can manage content efficiently and effectively. The integrations are very diverse and it eases the process quite well. The ability to gate and password protect my Collections is stellar

Cons: Certain niche integrations not available yet but not a problem at all

Pros: My favourite component of the platform is the ability to share personalised content with prospects. I like being able to tailor and personalise the content I share to the needs and profile of my prospects. Additionally, it makes it very simple for me to organise and store my content according to my needs.

Cons: fantastic platform Would greatly enjoy it if there were more live workshops

Pros: The best tool for discovering and storing material. Incredibly useful for providing the appropriate content at the appropriate moment. Helps me organise my information storage and makes it incredibly simple to find pertinent content.

Cons: Regarding the platform and its features, I have no issues. Once we get the hang of it, it's really simple to use everything

Pros: The platform is super helpful with content sharing. It has become really easy to reach out to our prposects without leaving the platform for sharing a specific piece of content. The ability to customise everything is my favorite feature of Paperflite

Cons: Zoom is the only tool used for their meetings. Using Teams would also be better. Nothing else at the moment.

Pros: Paperflite has made it easier for me to manage, share and track content: all with a single tool. We have different content asset types and having everything in a structured manner for each of our clients, has helped in easy accessibility within teams.

Cons: I’ve not really come across any issues while using the platform. At this point, I see Paperflite heading in the right direction with a great team who has been very responsive in fixing issues or answering queries.

Pros: As a Risk analyst, the most important factor for me is to have all my data findings organized and structured on a single content hub, for teams to access with ease. I like how Paperflite’s interface is extremely user-friendly and brings everything together so perfectly!

Cons: None to mention! Paperflite has truly been a game-change for us!

Pros: Extremely simple to find content within the platform, in Salesforce, Salesloft or even Gmail. Ability to share content in ultra-personalized landing pages of content, deep analytics on content engagement.

What I like best about Paperflite is their features which are perfect solutions that enable teams to find content easier and faster, create engaging experiences and get real time insights on how content is performing within teams.

Pros: I love how the platform enables easy collaboration and has the ability to enable email gating on assets if needed. Paperflite also provides real-time actionable insights which help us in tailoring follow-ups accordingly.

Cons: Would definitely recommend Paperflite to anyone looking for an all-in-one platform wrt content! There’s nothing to dislike about the platform if you know its features well and put them to good use :)

Pros: Paperflite’s interface is user-friendly and it's easy to use. Their Customer Success team is always available to help us navigate and use Paperflite efficiently. After implementing Paperflite, it’s been my go-to repository for all marketing collaterals and it’s been extremely easy to discover these collaterals without spending hours searching for it.

Pros: Confidentiality of vital flies has always been a major priority for me. With Paperflite, sharing files in custom-made secure channels has been a game-changer.

Cons: Downloading large files may take an extra minute or two, but there's nothing further to note.
