I’ve had a great experience using the platform and haven’t encountered any issues. Everything has worked reliably, which has made it easy to use on a day‑to‑day basis
Pros: The quality and accuracy of the data is what stands out most for me. Knowing the information is reliable saves me time, improves my confidence when reaching out, and helps me focus on having better conversations instead of questioning the data
Cons: At first, the platform looked a bit overwhelming and not very easy to pick up on my own. Thankfully, my Account Manager called me and took the time to explain how everything worked. Their guidance made the learning process much easier, and after that, I found the platform straightforward and enjoyable to use

Pros: Easy to use the filters , make a list of contacts - leads have right amount of information thats required.
Cons: they need improve a lot in quality of information with contacts they provide, not all the information present has the quality of leads

Overall, very positive. Cognism helps me move faster, stay organized, and focus my time on outreach and conversations instead of manual research. I’d recommend it for LATAM teams, just expect a bit more validation in the smaller markets.
Pros: Reliable contact data and great LATAM coverage. It is fast to build targeted lists, find the right personas, and get clean info without bouncing between tools. Super helpful for high outbound volume.
Cons: Data accuracy can be hit or miss in smaller LATAM countries, so I sometimes have to double check key contacts before outreach.

I had a positive experience with Cognism and would recommend it to other businesses, I find it helps me track leads and helps me manage my clients ensuring I am speaking to the correct team member to make sure they are supported

overall it's been exceedingly positive. They offer great customer support on top of a great user experience.
Pros: I found that managing my data became a lot more efficient as I was able to keep track of my prospect base in an efficient and convenient manner
Cons: I think that some of the details in the prospecting tool could be enhanced, it's hard to tell if someone is the right contact with just their job title.

Pros: Accurate data that lets me focus on my job as supposed to manual tasks. It provides me with leads and contacts that I can just copy and paste into my email.
Cons: If there were more phone numbers, however compared to the industry it is still above average- especially as it’s GDPR compliant.

Pros: Really like the sleek design and that they got a pretty much every number of executives. You can also directly export contacts into your CRM
Cons: Sometimes it lacks numbers and emails from HOK people and I think the Email feature could be a little bit better

Pros: We use Cognism mainly for lead enrichment and finding the right decision-makers. The availability of direct phone numbers is a major benefit for sales teams. CRM integrations work smoothly and help save time in daily workflows. A great tool for teams focused on outbound sales.
Cons: I'd like more accuracy in phone number, they are not always exact. The export function is sometimes chronophage

Pros: Cognism has been easy to use and really helpful. I’m satisfied with how it works and the results I’ve seen so far.
Cons: all for me is good, in the end I usually find what I want. Sometimes Cognism only shows the company’s main number, and I’d really like to get the direct number of the customer instead.

Pros: Accurate direct dials & emails for the right contact persons—fewer wasted calls. Near‑zero email bounces in my day‑to‑day. Built‑in DNC/opt‑out suppression—no contact details shown for records that shouldn’t be contacted, which keeps outreach respectful and compliant. Monthly webinars with high‑quality sales training.
Cons: Would love even more niche coverage in specific Belux micro‑segments (minor wish list). Very strong tool when I already know the prospect. Could be better to actually find the right decision maker.

Overall great experience for the role of a BDR/Sales person. Have been using the tool a lot and so far also had nothing much to complain about.
Pros: It has amazing depth of Companies and contacts. IT is also very easy to use and setup. I have been enjoying the tool a lot in the past months. Without it my job as a BDR/SDR would not be possible. I also really enjoy the persona function filter where you can get the right contacts at every company immediately and no need to do intense research on LinkedIn
Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find certain companies with name search. But if you use the name of the company stated on LinkedIn you can't really go wrong and usually find the company you are trying to prospect into.

Cognism has been a positive overall experience. The data accuracy, especially for mobile numbers, is excellent and integrates well with our CRM. It reliably speeds up our sales outreach process.
Pros: What I like best about Cognism is how smoothly it integrates with our existing tools. The Salesforce integration is fantastic for keeping our data clean and saving reps time. I also love the pop-up notifications right inside Sales Navigator, it's incredibly helpful to get quick contact information without leaving the page. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly platform that simply makes our outreach much more efficient.
Cons: What I dislike most is the limited data reach in the APAC region. While it's great for US/EU, getting comprehensive contact details in Asia Pacific is often challenging. Also, I occasionally notice some app slowness, especially when running large list exports, which can slightly disrupt workflow.

My overall experience is pretty good. It's a CRM I can recommend for teams in charge of developing new business. It sometimes lacks a little data, but overall you can find what you're looking for.

Very good, before starting my job I didn't know there was tech platforms that can find this kind of information at this scale, very impressive
Pros: The quality of the numbers is amazing, most times I call them the correct prospect picks up the phone, email quality is even better. I also love the diamond verify feature to give me more confidence in the quality of the details
Cons: Not all the information cognism has can be pulled through to our CRM, Salesforce, which can be annoying when I have to cross reference details before reaching out.

Good cooperation and support. We have been working with the solution for over two years now, and it has become essential to our business.
Pros: Excellent source for GDPR-compliant contact research. Used by our outreach team for lead management and by our sales team. Basis for direct contact by phone, but also by email or via LinkedIn. Increased efficiency in research.
Cons: Focus and the best data quality in Europe, increasing quality in North America. I don't know of any way to map your own sales organizations and assign accounts—keyword: book of business.

The technology works mostly. The integrations work. The customer success team is only interested in profit and loss and not the success of the clients. Their renewal and backend payment processes is misleading and purposeful to keep clients with the platform. Therefore I can't recommend them until they give the payment and renewal control to the admin. This is standard in 2025.
Pros: The technology works. The connection to the CRM works great. The quality of the data is good 50% of the time.
Cons: We changed our sales model and were not able to leave. Cognism's backend does not give uses the control of their account, which credit cards to use, or executing renewals. Therefore, we had changed our sales model, and they notified me I could not cancel our subscription and we were auto renewed and notified via an email from our rep that went to the spam filter. They need to be transparent with their contacting and renewal process. in 2025, SaaS platforms need to give Admins the ability to renew on the platform and control payment methods.

Pros: Lead generation is top tier, rarely do i encounter outdated data and absolutely essential for emails
Cons: Very rare but there can be outdated data as with any platform of this sort. In which case it gets sorted out rather swiftly

Pros: We've been using Cognism for more than 1.5 years now and from the start it has been great. The value it provides our business development team and sales team is immense. In short what our teams like is that we can find the right prospect for each account, and then easily find the right contact details so we can reach out to them. Before this process took a lot of our time. Now we can work at speed, which shortens our sales cycles and improves our bottom line.
Cons: The 'Diamond Verify' function (Cognism looking to find mobile numbers not yet known) is amazing! The only comment on it is that it sometimes takes quite a while to receive them, while these usually are very urgent and important calls to make. Receiving this faster would be amazing.
