Overall a good experience. We received support when needed and it made getting this set up and using it, pretty easy.
Pros: having our boss's knowledge base at a click of a button was a game changer for us. Helps us with booking more calls.
Cons: If i have t say something it would be that getting the transcripts require you to log into a sperate section and what you are able to copy is not as clean as it is on the yonyx screen you take the information down in.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] has been a wonderful individual to work with. He helped create a decision tree scaffold that could handle an incredibly complicated process. His knowledge and skills have make it possible for us to create an assessment tool for students to use. He also was available for calls to problem solve anything I needed. As a community college, we are not prepared to purchase expensive program so Yonyx was the best choice. It was incredibly affordable and were wonderful when working through the state purchasing process.
Cons: I did quite a lot of manual work to create the program. I understand that is it difficult to standardize a process that is so unique to each academic program, so some manual work was expected. It did take a few months to build everything out.

It's an excellent program, I believe that everyone can benefit from the program. We were able to pull the resources easily.
Pros: I loved how easy it was to find what I'm looking for. I was working with the Yonyx team, love the features.
Cons: Nothing. there's no cons/ everything has something that someone might not like. But in this case, I loved the program.

I'd recommend this to other companies. Cost is appealing, function is great, training was readily available. I told [sensitive content hidden] I had a week to build something from nothing. His response was, "That's not a problem, let's get to work." Highly impressed with the company and product.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was a fantastic trainer, he made adapting to a new product very easy. He was available, responsive, and educational. The price of the product is very reasonable, especially with the integrations and language options present. The user interface is pretty simple, after one training I was able to build a vast majority of what I needed. As some one who hasn't used a tool like this before, I found that impressive.
Cons: I liked everything about the product, my only recommendation is extremely minor. If you use lucid, you have the option of dragging your view using right click, that function would be useful when you're working in a large flow.

Yonyx is a reliable, user-friendly tool for anyone looking to streamline processes and utilize a decision tree for your every day needs. We are a healthcare company with many options for scheduling purposes. Yonyx is the right way to go.
Pros: Once set up was finalized, user friendly for staff. One stop shop for all of our previous spreadsheets in one area.
Cons: Very tedious to set up as expected, end result is great. Otherwise no other cons. Must stay organized to keep the profiles up to date.

Absolutely amazing. Helps to deliver the messages we want in the method we want. 10/10 does everything we wanted and does it well.
Pros: Honestly I like every part. I really have nothing but good things to say. If you are trying to streamline a message or messages its top tier.
Cons: Set up was a bit confusing at first. But it will eventually click and becomes second nature. Even the learning curve is pretty quick.

Pros: Yonyx is a dynamic tool and makes it easy to adjust as our business strategies change. We also appreciate all the support we receive from [sensitive content hidden] and the team! They are always quick to help and ensure we are set up for success.
Cons: At times, depending on how you manage nodes, it can be overwhelming to see your web and ensure you don't accidentally disconnect or remove a step that could be part of a live guide.

[sensitive content hidden] has been so incredibly helpful spending so much time with me on the backend telling me exactly what I need to do, showing me how to do it and then making sure that I'm learning the process to be able to do it on my own.
Pros: It's an incredible tool that is going to help us expand our inside sales team as we look to establish a call center to bring in more appointments for our account executives.
Cons: There is nothing that I've found so far that is negative about Yonyx.

It has been an amazing tool to accomplish a very complex process. This was an amazing find!
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was there with us from the beginning while we were still in trial, teaching us how to use the system and helping us build it out.
Cons: It is a harder system to use. You will need a basic understanding in backend functionality to navigate easily.

A great tool for facilitating organizational processes replacing traditional data access and retrieval functions.
Pros: Yonyx organizes, stores, sorts and returns data relevant for a particular context of decision making process easily and smoothly. Has an easy dashboard to work with in data mining techniques which provides the objective information needed to make decisions about project management environment. Generally makes the goal to generating strong association in decision making possible at no extra cost.
Cons: Troubleshooting was a major challenge for us. We worked our way through with the help of the support team. Things are going well now.

Overall, I have had a super positive experience with Yonyx! I feel that a system like this is crucial and essential for all companies to utilize in their processes for the greater functionality and efficiency of their business operations!
Pros: I love the navigation of the system, and how user-friendly the interface is! Yonyx allows simplistic access to the information required on the Sales Flow process of business, and is a major organizational tool for all pertinent information for our company. The display of information is also customizable, making this appearance of the information presented easy to read and navigate for each of our department work flows. It is by far the most manageable, adaptable, and easily operated system I have worked with for Call Flow purposes.
Cons: The only thing I do wish that was available on Yonyx would be an outline or Table of Contents on the left side of the platform, which would allow easy and immediate access into different work flows without having to start over from the beginning and would allow access to direct links into the correct "step" of where one may need to be at any given time. I think that would make the interface incomparable in the market of systems alike.

Pros: the things I like the most is it breaks down the talk time % from both sides of conversation and transcript

It is easy to work with and acts as a multidisciplinary platform.

INCREDIBLE. Will recommend again. Sales and tech support team are the best we had for a long time!
Pros: Clearly found myself easily between the flow chart programming and system. The team is just incredible! Our account manager is gold, tech support work fast and made is all easier for us.
Cons: Yonyx system itself work pretty great! The saleforces integration for the Yonyx-to-case is a bit native, and salesforce does not allow everything we wanted. Still happy about what we got
