Super easy to set up, customer aquisition and follow up tool that includes billing and invoicing options make for a good all in one solution for a growing business.
Pros: We're looking for an all in one customer relationship hub, and Keap popped up on our radar. It's an all in one platform for customer aquisition and management that is easy to set up and simple to use.
Cons: The price. AI is making these multi-platform solutions cheaper, which is good for optimization, but this particular platform is on the higher end of price for what you get.

I found it to be a powerful email marketing and outreach tool, but a little overly complicated for my use case at the time.
Pros: Keap is great for providing an all encompassing solution for customer outreach and management as well as email service for small and medium sized businesses.
Cons: The level of complexity that you can quickly get to with this software makes it easy to get in over your head and become frustrated with the processes they have available.

Pros: I like the new custom tags. I also like the workflow enhancements through the campaign builder feature.
Cons: Upping the price on an already expensive product is not very attractive. And the learning curve is still a problem.

Pros: Keap is where I get the most value when managing leads and keeping follow-ups consistent. The automation flows save me from missing important touchpoints, and having CRM + email in one place keeps our marketing and sales aligned. When everything is set up properly, it feels like the tool works for you.
Cons: However, onboarding isn’t instant—you need time to arrange pipelines and tags so they match your workflow. Once past that step, it becomes much easier to maintain.

The best marketing reporting tool and the ability to manage contacts and marketing campaign monitoring thectool is excellent.
Pros: The marketing capability and easy Email marketing and lead generation to campaign easy management this system is effective and the insights collection across several websites this toolbis amazing.
Cons: Nothing for me to dislike now about the platform and its easy features and the implementation is easy.
Fabrizio G. · Design Lead · Architecture & Planning · October 30, 2025
Pros: It assists me in automating numerous follow-up activities, email marketing initiatives, and general coordination. The system's automated and entirely customizable method for capturing leads from the website, responding automatically and keeping communication ongoing with potential customers is what I appreciate about it.
Cons: As of right now I don’t have anything to input, so far it has been great with no problems whatsoever

Way too much time on the support line for hit or miss solutions, and the ever increasing price for a product that is not keeping up feature wise for the price they are asking.
Pros: It has a nice looking interface, if that is a pro at this point, as there are way too many cons to be able to consider the UI/UX appearance as an advantage here.
Cons: Limited customization, and unreliable, the software is clearly very old hobbled together code that is not really able to keep up with its competitors

Overall the Keap software is one of the most advance systems compared to others on the market today. The price comparison is a bit above average but for what you receive it is worthwhile.
Pros: I love the dedicated numbers to your team were they are able to receive and send calls and text and tracks in the keap system.
Cons: They have thousands of integrations but not of all the integrations into keap work. This is something that needs to be addressed before informing that you have a integration with that program and ensure it works well before announcing it.

Great! I found Keap super handy for handle clients relations and marketing automations, which makes it a solid tool for businesses that want to keep all their client talks in one single place.
Pros: The automation tools are pretty good, it keeps the workflow smooth. It gives loads of customisation data and i feel like it packs a bunch of areas a company might need help with right inside one app.
Sarah F. · Community Manager · Hospitality · July 21, 2025
Credit where credit is due. Even with its flaws, it does the full CRM job and in our personal case goes above and beyond. I can stand some challenges in the process.
Pros: I have learned to love it after the company is planning to move its CRM services to another product that’s significantly worse. But this gave me the scope to appreciate it. Integration wise, this thing is excellent. My company particularly broke it at some point (and the Keap team has been graceful enough to modify core functionalities for the sake of the purpose we need it for) and it still delivers.
Cons: It suffers from the very well known across CRM products of sloth syndrome. To be completely fair, again, my company broke this thing to mould it to our needs so this is not really a con but the expected outcome. Customer support chat lacks a lot of knowledge. 7/10 times when we need troubleshooting the agent on duty doesn’t know how to properly support and ends up escalating.
Cynthia B. · Manager of Registration Services · Professional Training & Coaching · July 13, 2025
In the end I really liked the product...until I didn't and moved on. It's always hard to make a decision to upgrade or change a CRM because migration is the hardest part. But again, I think the most outstanding part was the people behind it. I even visited their offices in Phoenix. Very cool environment.
Pros: Keap is the rebranded Infusionsoft. I have been a user since 2012 and appreciated the personal on-boarding and availability of a responsive support team.
Cons: I'm old school and never like when things change up too much, but the initial downside was the add on costs for the additional bells and whistles that most of the newer companies include in their CRM.

Customer activities are processed and mapped. Processing and the interface to the backend are optimized. A faithful companion in everyday life.
Pros: There are extensive customization options and even larger data sets can be easily edited. A good overview is also provided.
Cons: The design is a bit outdated. Connectivity to other programs is difficult to achieve. Mobile apps are only possible to a limited extent.

I use Keap to manage marketing campaigns and automate sales for my small business — it combines CRM, email marketing, and automation, so I can keep all my customer interactions in one place.
Pros: I like how easy it is to build custom automations, track leads in detail, and get a clear view of the full customer journey. The interface is well-designed, and the email templates are super helpful.
Cons: Keap can get expensive, especially if you need the advanced features. There’s also a learning curve at first, particularly when setting up more complex automation workflows.
Salimata Y. · Officer,Financial Center Assistant Manager · Banking · June 11, 2025
Pretty good for the cost, and custom options. The UI doesn't look that modern, but it works well. Their integration team is good.
Pros: Super easy to setup. Excellent search and automation options for the price. Also was able to integrate our SMS api pretty easily and build an integration. Good developer support.
Cons: Template options aren't the greatest, and when you use your own HTML - once it sends, it gets corrupted with their code. So, you have to keep saving HTML emails externally and copy and pasting them back in.
Anonymous User · Marketing Director · Telecommunications · May 30, 2025
Pros: I like most the way I can tag contacts and use those tags to trigger actions. For example, when I mark someone as “check-in due,” it automatically adds a task and a reminder for the week after
Cons: But some things feel too hidden or not direct. It takes too many steps to create a basic automation.
Luke H. · Financial Advisor · Banking · May 16, 2025
Pros: For tracking of the deals I followed Keap’s pipeline management functionalities throughout end to end. The automatic status updates with the team helped task coordination while the integration with email meant all client correspondence was recorded within the deal.
Cons: The main reason why I can say that some follow-ups did not take place was due to inadequate alerts. For the required sales-oriented system the task alert mechanism can use an improved level of reliability both in the desktop and mobile versions.
Gerencia B. · General Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · April 12, 2025
Pros: Keap conveniently delivered automated lead capture and the campaign building tools also impressed me significantly. The res section of Keap was proving that once I linked my landing page, tagging fresh contacts as well as triggering email streams were possible. They have helped in cutting my amount of manual input to a great deal.
Cons: One downside is that the appointment scheduling tool can link with other external calendar applications. I set up a few meetings to have two concurrent calls and when that did not sync I lost some form of communiqué with my client temporarily.
Anthony R. · Business Intelligence Analyst · Retail · April 12, 2025
Pros: I relied greatly on Keap’s sales automation to assist me in nurturing the leads and taking them through a funnel without necessarily having to track them manually. The follow-up sequences in the emails ensured I did not lose contact and also sorted all the communication with the clients in one place.
Cons: I observed some discrepancies arising from the synchronizing of the contact data from the web forms into the system. It did not always scan for new leads immediately and I had to refresh or double click entries before a campaign was able to run.
Ritu B. · Computer Facilitator · Primary/Secondary Education · April 12, 2025
Overall an excellent experience with onboarding and setting the product up! Migration was seamless!
Pros: Very versatile and straightforward CRM tool with a robust feature catalogue!
Cons: Slight barrier to entry as the sales team had a hard time explaining the features to my management team.
Lori N. · Owner · Retail · April 2, 2025
Souha Z. · Animatrice · Animation · March 4, 2025
Over all it is easy to use. I appreciate the comms and sales categories most. The reports and automations are terrible. I also do not like using Stripe for credit card payments as they have swiped clients’ cards without approval due to a glitch on the back end.
Pros: It has a lot of areas a company may need help with in one app.
Cons: There are often glitches and the reports are useless.

Keap has been a very functional and helpful addition to the business I work for. Everything from prospect information capturing to automated email campaigns to saving information about forms and payments makes it simple to locate what I need and keep it organized. Email scheduling and various saved email lists make it easy to create content in advance to send out and to send at the best time of day to ensure best engagement with your audience! Features like spam detect help to make sure your emails don't accidentally contain something that could cause them to get lost or not delivered as you desire. Keap is a great system with a lot of ability to individualize based on your needs!
Pros: It has all the functionality and automation I need to help in business! I was able to create many automated email campaigns to send to prospects and clients without every worrying about it. The email templates make it simple to save and create content for future or recurring use. Finding information for contacts is simple with forms and orders and checking on payments is convenient.
Cons: Creating the email campaigns initially was confusing and required several calls with support team members. They were helpful and I was able to make it work, but sometimes connecting different email triggers together or using other software in connection with it isn't as intuitive as it could be.
Jeremy D. · Support Team Leader · Publishing · February 19, 2025
In general, I'm never a fan of these all in one platforms because they don't do anything nicely. It is really lacking for marketing, it doens't even add UTMs automatically in email blasts and it is very hard to keep track of opt ins. Cannot recommend for emailing marketing. Sales isn't impressed with it.
Pros: I guess their support is fast to answer. But that is about it
Cons: Missing basic features for marketing like: - automatic UTMs on emails - being able to organize opt ins easily - just overall clunky - some support people give wrong information and then argue with you about it

Overall, I really liked Keap. I have been using it for my business for over 10 years and it allowed me to launch and scale my business over that time. I really liked a lot of their features, including how easy it was to clean out my list, to send emails and to collect payments.
Pros: All the features that were available, including their CRM system, email features, tagging features and how easy it was to clean out duplicate contacts and clean my list.
Cons: Their order form and sales page templates were lacking

My experience with Keap has been mostly positive. It's a solid tool for businesses aiming to automate their processes and centralize their customer interactions. After getting over the initial learning curve, I found it invaluable for managing customer relationships, automating marketing, and tracking leads.
Pros: Keap offers powerful automation tools that can streamline workflows, automate follow-ups, and enhance customer engagement. It’s a game-changer for small businesses looking to grow without needing to hire additional staff.
Cons: Keap’s interface can be challenging for beginners. Some features feel complex, and it may take a while to get comfortable using the platform, especially if you aren’t familiar with CRM software.
