A massive boost in motivation to track my sales. The tool makes client management almost playful, which prevents me from letting my follow-ups drag and directly boosts my commercial efficiency.
Pros: I have tested several customer relationship management tools, but this one really stands out for its colorful and ultra-visual approach. What I love is how easily I can design my sales pipelines. I can see in a flash where my prospects stand thanks to interactive status buttons ("To follow up", "In negotiation", "Won"). The internal automations are childishly simple to set up: for example, as soon as a contract changes status, an automatic email is sent or a task is created for my team.
Cons: Although the tool is extremely appealing at first, the pricing structure can quickly become prohibitive for a small structure as you add more collaborators. I have also noticed that when you start handling data tables containing hundreds of rows of contacts, the display tends to slow down slightly on standard web browsers.

Overall, it’s been a big upgrade for how I manage clients and projects. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I can keep everyone in the loop without switching tools. It’s especially helpful when you’re juggling multiple stakeholders or managing different stages of a project within your CRM. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants more visibility and control over their customer journey.
Pros: I love how easy it is to track leads, deals, and follow‑ups in one place while still keeping everything tied to my projects. The visual boards and simple drag‑and‑drop make it quick to update statuses, assign tasks, and see who’s responsible for what. It feels like a CRM that was built for people who care about workflow, not just sales numbers.

Cons: Sometimes the setup can feel a bit “blank canvas” if you don’t know exactly how you want to structure your pipeline. It takes a little time to design your perfect view, but once it’s done everything flows smoothly.

Overall, it’s been a really valuable tool for organizing work and improving visibility across teams. It works especially well for managing projects and workflows in one place. While there’s a bit of a learning curve to unlock its full potential, once it’s set up properly it becomes a strong system that supports day-to-day operations and team collaboration.
Pros: The flexibility is the biggest strength. You can customize boards, workflows, and automations to fit almost any process, which makes it really adaptable for different teams. The interface is also very visual and intuitive, so it’s easy for teams to adopt and understand quickly. Integrations and automation capabilities help reduce manual work and keep things moving efficiently.
Cons: Some of the more advanced features can be hard to set up without trial and error, especially when it comes to automations, dependencies, and more complex workflows. There are also limitations in certain areas that require workarounds, which can be frustrating. Reporting and dashboards can feel a bit limited unless you invest extra time building them out.

I am building out a monday CRM account for the first time using the preset workspace, but am running into some key areas that I will need to work on further for it to work for a certain use case.
Pros: The core monday user interface and clean workspace set ups are always key to why I like the platform so much. Having the Leads, Contacts, and Accounts are great levels to view.
Cons: A few of the preset functionalities have a few gaps. (When mporting leads from another platform, the creation log cannot backlog the original data, making it difficult to move forward using that feature). A few other areas that didn't work well for me initially (clicking the create contact button removed the lead from that board, but I would like to be able to see an all time number of leads for tracking and reporting).

Once you get past the initial setup and figure out how you want things organized, it runs pretty smoothly.
Pros: Monday integrates with tools I already use, like Gmail and Slack, so it fits right into my workflow without a lot of extra steps. The platform keeps getting updated, which is always a good sign.
Cons: Some of the features you'd expect to just be there are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which adds up fast depending on how many people are using it.

Time saving, really helpful for process management and adding the special steps and follow ups into a process that make a big difference.
Pros: Monday.com has automations and AI that cut down on the bureaucracy within project management. It save time and cuts out human error or missed steps.
Cons: i would like there to be more templates and Use cases. If you can imagine it, you can do it but sometimes you need some inspiration to start with.
Leanne M. · Event Specialist · Construction · April 21, 2026
Overall, it's the best I have seen for "any business" use. It is customizable like all things Monday.com, which is why I love Monday. Instead of fitting a square peg into a circular hole, we get to mold it to our unique shape!
Pros: I love that it links and works seamlessly with Monday.com's work management platform, so we can very easily convert leads that are won over to project management seamlessly!
Cons: I am not a huge fan that some features don't cross over between the two platforms of the CRM and work management, and also, I do wish that it was easier to add standard columns.
Sandy E. · Office Administrator · Financial Services · April 20, 2026
I love monday CRM, I have used it for over 3 years and have found that it is the best platform to track and automate all that I do. The fact that it is able to grow and change at the same pace my work does, it an incredible benefit.
Pros: I appreciate that monday CRM is customizable with a friendly user interface. Many CRM platforms feel too rigid and don't allow for near as much adaptation as needed when scaling from its original purpose. I also really love the ability to track and visualize data through as microscopic of a lenses as needed with the use of custom filters and settings.
Cons: monday CRM is incredibly customizable, which is a fantastic feature for scaling and personizing your processes. However, that level of customization, can feel overwhelming and like it comes with confusing guardrails. This can lead to initial frustration in setting up processes, and a long onboarding timeframe. Also the ability to have boards that allow you to track multiple levels of subitems currently feel very limiting as a feature.
Starla C. · Project Manager · Market Research · April 20, 2026
So easy to use and definitely the system we didn't know we needed but are ever grateful we picked up and implemented! From start to finish we've slowly started bringing over our departments onto CRM - starting with customer success into sales & services and now events, it's honestly changed the way we operate our business and given us the chance to create visibility in areas that were siloed previously and allow us to join the dots up together much cleaner.
Pros: $80
Cons: The recent change that's been made to reduce how many contacts can be mass emailed since bringing in monday campaigns was a bit of a downside for us, however we still have workarounds with sequences, and if anything - means we streamline our comms to be more effective and targeted rather than blanket emails.
Simran G. · Senior Client Success Manager · Real Estate · April 20, 2026
Overall, I love it and recommend it for most companies that are starting with monday.com The email functionality that it adds is great!
Pros: Easy setup for basic configurations, the templated boards get you up and running quickly without needing to build from scratch, which is great for teams that want to hit the ground running. Mass email - You can select all the contacts you need and send a single email that pulls in personalized data directly from the board. Email tracking gives you visibility into when recipients open and click, which is great. Native integration with both Google and Outlook makes it easy. Workflow and automation capabilities let you build out repeatable processes, from lead assignment to follow-up sequences to stage progression.
Cons: If you have one contact tied to multiple deals, the email history surfaces across all related deals. That means an email about Deal A will also show up under Deal B and Deal C if the same contact is linked, which can create confusion for reps trying to track deal-specific communication. It makes it harder to keep conversations cleanly scoped to the deal they actually belong to.

Easy to use and easy to export from is brilliant. I often use it to export into excel. However, to be able to export in .csv so that we can use it in Google would be good too.
Pros: It has transformed our tracking of bookings and prospects as a small company it isn't too big. Access to data and to change how data is displayed is really helpful.
Cons: Ww would love to upgrade to pro, the cost difference and the need for more seats if we did is prohibitive.
Hannah L. · Bookings administrator · Education Management · March 23, 2026
It's been overall good, a solid 7.5/10 experience - Our team is super technically adept, so we were able to get into the weeds and do some automation.
Pros: Monday.com has been super great to use as a CRM for our sales team, as well as tracking all customer needs that are assigned to various teams/team members.
Cons: Monday CRM isn't a real CRM, it's good for smaller teams, and being able to start in a CRM, but it doesn't really track ALL emails.
Taylor G. · Manager, Finance and HR · Entertainment · February 2, 2026
I thought Monday CRM was very good crm platform and offered a lot of usable features that would be good for businesses to communicate with each other and their clients
Pros: I thought Monday CRM was very good and offered good Security, Value for Money, Customer Support, Email, Lead Management User Interface, Tracking.
Cons: It seemed like it was designed for larger teams and my business doesn't have a big team. Monday CRM was nicely designed.
Mark B. · CEO · Insurance · November 10, 2025
Initially I was intimidated and it was hard to understand, but overall its the same as other CRM software ive used but it has a built in secretary for lack of a better description...
Pros: This product is very easy to use. The menus are very easy to navigate, and I don't have to update anything manually ...iplus it can read and analyze emails from your customers and then let you know if the customer is happy or unhappy and if they are probably about to buy or if they are unhappy about something or other
Cons: Learning to use the AI features was a bit strange ...I had not experienced AI before in an app that wasn't a search engine. Once I accepted that the AI completely changed the game and did a bunch of the tasks associated with tracking /responding / evaluating the customers sentiment and such ..it was actually verry good. For me it was such a departure from what I was used to tho that it took me half a day to comprehend the added capabilities of this product..not that I guess that is bad overall, but I felt kind of bewildered for a little bit.. it got better quickly though

We've tried and failed with a few CRMs over the years but Monday has stuck which is amazing. Linking that to works management has been a massive plus for us, keeping track of deals within the ops team has been a pain. For a small company this has been the ticket for us!
Pros: For sure the best part is how quickly we got it up and running, with no consultants or long setup. The interface is clean and intuitive, so the team actually uses it every day (have lots of non techy people so this helps). Its linking directly with monday work management, which lets us move deals into delivery without switching tools, so sales and ops are a lot more in sync than we used to have. Email tracking is a big win, that's helped keep sales team honest and improved visibility a lot. We're yet to try the email marketing but a quick test showed it looks v simple.
Cons: Reporting is good, especially ease of setting up widgets but not as deep as the big CRMs, and permissions could be more granular on complex boards (plus it's weirdly hard to remove people from certain products I find). We also needed a little trial and error to fine-tune automations. The pricing strategy is annoying, we have to limit which 5 people have access or risk nearly doubling our cost (that's why I've given 4 stars)
Anonymous User · Managing Director · Events Services · August 22, 2025
We were able to manage our leads and create reports very quickly. Customer suppoet was always easy to use and work with. It is much easier to use than most CRMs out there and value of money saved vs others was outstanding.
Pros: Easy to use and move around without any issues. We were able to locate all information vert quickly.
Cons: We had no issues with it. We would highly recommend it to anyone. I have used multiple CRMs in the last few years and this was the quickest to learn We have NO Cons for this one.
Patti L. · Manager · Renewables & Environment · August 15, 2025
its been positive. there should be more prompts to complete information in certain cells and better more appealing reports would be great for management meetings
Pros: simple to use, clear columns and layout. making changes to information is very easy and the email feature is incredibly helpful
Cons: data entry could be more intuitive. its positive, I would change the colouring and presentation of the information. it should look more visually enticing
Paul B. · Venue Manager · Entertainment · August 1, 2025
Overall, I am very pleased with Monday CRM. I find that is is easy to use and visually pleasing. I will continue to use Monday for a variety of personal and professional tasks.
Pros: Monday.com is the second CRM platform that I have used and I will never look back. The automations are extremely user friendly and intuitive. I work in sales and the mass email option for our contact list has been a game changer for building relationships. I had an automation connected to MailChimp and the customer support team was very helpful when the automation was not flowing properly. The plug ins make lead and workflow management very management, especially since I am still new to my role. 10/10 recommend Monday.com!
Cons: Some plug ins are difficult to integrate with Monday.com. It took almost three hours on the phone with customer support for me to get the MailChimp automation to work.

We've been really pleased with Monday CRM. It's user-friendly and delivers all the essential features we expect from a CRM. Initially, we considered more specialized CRM options, but since we already use Monday across our organization, we gave Monday CRM a try, and it has fully met our needs!
Pros: User-friendly, intuitive, and equipped with all essential CRM features: - Clear pipeline view for streamlined deal tracking - Fully customizable stages to fit our workflow - Deal weightings for accurate forecasting - Comprehensive customer, deal, contact, and close date management - Robust attachment capabilities - Detailed record-keeping for enhanced organization
Cons: We're enjoying the software overall, with no major drawbacks so far. I expect the automation features will keep improving over time.
David C. · Director Project Finance · Renewables & Environment · July 30, 2025
Good! I enjoy the CRM and the ease of using all of the features for the most part. I would recommend this to anyone.
Pros: The ease of using it. User interface is very simple to learn and I like that I can add systems simply.
Cons: Confusion with some features including sending mass emails. I also think there could be some more simple ways to create new groups.

I really appreciate how intuitive and customizable Monday.com is. It’s helped our team stay organized across multiple initiatives—from strategic planning to coalition engagement. The visual layout makes it easy to see what’s in progress, what’s overdue, and who’s responsible. It’s especially helpful in a collaborative environment where tasks and timelines shift quickly. That said, there are a few areas where Monday.com could improve. For new users or volunteers, the platform can feel overwhelming at first. A more guided onboarding experience would be helpful. Also, while the automations are useful, they can be a bit rigid and require trial and error to get right. Some of the most helpful features—like advanced reporting or integrations—are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be a barrier for smaller teams or nonprofits. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that helps us move work forward—but with a few adjustments, it could become even more accessible and efficient for mission-driven teams
Pros: “I really like how intuitive Monday.com is for organizing projects and keeping everyone aligned. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress at a glance, and the ability to customize boards lets us tailor workflows to our needs—whether that’s tracking coalition tasks, grant timelines, or event planning. I also appreciate how it helps with accountability, because we can clearly see who’s doing what and when.
Cons: While Monday.com is powerful, for someone who is not techy it can be overwhelming at first, especially for people who aren't used to project management tools. I would simplify onboarding with templates and brief walkthroughs tailored to the team’s needs.
Diane A. · Consultant · Mental Health Care · July 30, 2025
Overall, my experience with Monday.com has been very good. It’s a powerful and easy-to-use platform that has helped streamline our workflows and improve visibility across tasks. The CRM module, in particular, has been very useful. While there was some overlap with other modules like Work Management, once streamlined, the platform delivers great value and efficiency.
Pros: Monday.com is incredibly flexible and user-friendly. The CRM module alone covers a wide range of needs — from task tracking to client communication — and the visual interface makes team collaboration easy and clear.
Cons: Some modules like Work Management and CRM have overlapping features, which can lead to redundant subscriptions and unnecessary costs. It would be great if Monday.com offered clearer guidance or bundling for similar-use cases to avoid overpaying.
Sundar R. · Consultant Finance HR and Legal · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · July 30, 2025
Overall, I enjoy monday because of the ease of use, but also the general capabilities for a small business make it an efficient and. Way effective means to quickly set up my organization. Prior to setting up the CRM for our team, they were using spreadsheets and making lists to organize their clients and leads. In less than a week I was able to set up the system and implement a fully automated system for deal management.
Pros: The ease to set up and the workflow management of the CRM is very user friendly. It’s super easy to set up automations and any question I had I could do a quick Google search and an easy to follow tutorial was available.
Cons: Limitations with automations as well as being forced to buy capabilities through 3rd party integrations. Although mi day is very well pricing and we absolutely are getting the best value for our money, there are requirements to level up plan subscriptions in order to get all the needed benefits for the platform. Well worth it!
Jenn I. · Chief Experience Officer · Financial Services · July 30, 2025
So far it has been very positive as I am still learning the whole landscape and what the CRM is capable of
Pros: The simple visual aspect and the ease of use as well as the automations. I am still yet to link up my email, however this will be a huge benefit
Cons: The cost - I can't purchase 1 seat as I am a solo operator. I want a simple to do list which i cant easily find.
Marlon P. · Owner · Banking · July 30, 2025
We've been using Monday.com CRM to manage our sales pipeline and team workflows, and overall it’s been a solid tool. It’s highly customisable, visually intuitive, and great for collaboration. The ability to tailor pipelines, automate follow-ups, and integrate with tools like Slack and Gmail has helped us streamline a lot of our manual processes.
Pros: Super flexible board structure Great UI/UX for tracking leads and stages Automation and notifications are time-savers Easy to onboard new users
Cons: Reporting is decent but not as in-depth as traditional CRMs Can get cluttered if not regularly maintained Some CRM features still feel like workarounds, not native
