Love them. I refer people to them all the time. An excellent CRM choice if you're needing a gateway into finally actually having and using a CRM.
Pros: So easy to use, cost is great for a small business, and the team? Beyond amazing. They have an excellent personal touch and I never have ever felt like I am talking to a bot. In fact when I first signed up a member of their team personally reached out to me to see if I had been referred by someone else (which I had) because they didn't want either of us to miss our referral discount.
Cons: I wish there were a few more options on filtering and automations, which I understand why they aren't there due to this being as simple as possible for a CRM. Some of the filtering may be user issues haha.

Positive. It's easy to work with and the support is truly outstanding! I have been able to import a lot of contacts without a lot of hassle. I have never felt the system was insecure to use.
Pros: It's pretty intuitive and completely customizable. At first I thought for as little as they charge for a monthly subscription it would be bare bones but that is not the case at all.
Cons: I am not smart enough to really manipulate it to its full potential LOL! They need to incorporate AI to help the customer get the most out of customizing the functionality of the system.

CRM is intuitive and easy to use. For the money, it is perfect for my needs. I have been able to customize it quite easily.
Pros: Less Annoying CRM is quite flexible and easy to use. It makes keeping track of all my travel sales a snap.
Cons: When looking at a specific client, I would like the option of only seeing items that are open by default. I should still be able to look at everything, bit those items that are closed, normally won't need to be seen again.

We have had a problem free experience. We have never experienced the website being down or losing information. It is reliable.
Pros: We use Less Annoying or contact management. I really like the ability to assign tags/create groups withint the platform.
Cons: I do not like that Less Annoying does not have a legitimate work flow/project tracker. You have to create a 'new contact' for a project, so the info fields are not really specific to projects.

Love the platform - LACRM provides the all functionalty needed by my small business and at an affordable price.
Pros: I have used LACRM for ten years, and for two different small businesses. I always feel a little joy when I open the app; it's like connecting with a good, long-time friend. LACRM is easy to configure to capture the information needed for my business. And as I have said many times, the LACRM's tech support is more responsive and helpful than any other app I have ever used. And LACRM easily syncs with Mailchimp, my go-to marcom platform.
Cons: I can think of a few enhancements that might be nice to have, but my business operates just fine without those.

Fantastic customer service. Super attentive and they was before I even signed up. The logic of the program is simple yet comprehensive to account for most business customer management.
Pros: Simple , perfect for my purposes and super helpful in person support. Really great small company customer oriented.
Cons: I really can’t find much. It met my needs more than anything else . Many competitors claim to be simple and they over complicate and never take a call. Anything I didn’t find desirable, which is just really how it displays visually in certain views, I could probably customize the program if I just took the time. I really love the program and can’t recommend it enough.

LACRM has been fantastic to use and work with. As noted above I love their documentation, and the API as well. It's been rock solid for me and is an incredible value as well. On top of that their customer service is top notch and very fast. The few times I've had questions about how best to do something, or specifics about the API, they've provided expert support very quickly.
Pros: LACRM is super powerful, but simple to use. It is extremely flexible and easy to build to work well with your specific needs in mind. The API documentation is great, and has allowed me to easily use LACRM as the core source of truth, but interact with that data from other applications.
Cons: Honestly there's nothing I do not like about LACRM. I'm required to enter at least 100 characters here, but I have had no problems or frustrations.

When we needed to look for a CRM we quickly became very frustrated with complex CRM systems and their high prices. We are so glad we found Less Annoying CRM that we highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
Pros: Affordable price for a small firm like us, plus user friendly tools that are easy to manage. Also, something rare to find these days – excellent customer service where you can set up an appointment and talk on the phone with an advisor while you are both viewing your CRM online so that questions and problems are tackled with ease.
Cons: It would be great if they could add direct email marketing to their services. That way I could avoid using other services that are not so easy to manage as well as their reduce cost.

Pros: The people. They are hands on - in person and walk you through any questions, lists and more. Real people who understand their software and are willing to help. Software is user friendly.

My overall experience is excellent. The product is easy to use, it does what I need it to do, support is great if you need it, and it provides excellent value to me for the money.
Pros: I was looking for a CRM that was simple to use. I signed up for several other products and they were all too complicated. Yes they have lots of bells and whistlers and may be great for big corporations but I found just simple tasks were too difficult to do. I almost had to be a software expert to make them work. Also, getting a person to help with some of these other products was not easy. With Less Annoying CRM I was up and running literally in minutes, loading in my contacts, creating fields and scheduling tasks. It was so easy I never even needed to use Help to figure out how to do things. The one time that I did need to call support, someone in the US answered immediately and gave me the information I needed.
Cons: I have not found anything that I don't like. It is working perfectly for me. It does everything that I need it to do.

Pros: This is extremely simple to use, resulting in powerful results. I can quickly add a contact by dictating into my mobile device. Prior to visiting my customer or prospect, I can easily look up history so I'm prepared for my visit.
Cons: I haven't found any cons after 2 years of using this CRM.It's easy to use and extremely intuitive. I honestly don't have any complaints about Less Annoying CRM

If I could buy the company and the team culture running it...I would. The ease of structure, the stability, and runs very fast (both desktop and mobile) with no fuss. Bro-mance.
Pros: First, their ENTIRE team is fantastic. It's like working with a friend down the street. When was the last time a company structured themselves that way? Even when it's not what you want hear (crazy options I want, etc). I've used them for years--often so affordable I forgot to cancel old accounts. Now, the system is incredibly stable (including how the UI works on cell phone browsers) and I've built overdone databases for years in my businesses--this one IS THE BEST. Does exactly what it says, no learning curve, and no coding. No over-bloaded features, etc. that are not needed. Had a printing issue that they literally resolved across the system in a few days. UI is super clean. Their system forced me to simply my own needs - which lead me to get up and running faster, obtain new business, and be honest with myself. That's the part that no system has EVER offered. Simplicity = success. Rock solid, guys!
Cons: No cons. Just asks. I want to complicate things with more reporting that I can customize. My use case does not support a system-wide change.

I joined a company that was already using LACRM. I had no experience with the system but learned it quickly. The platform is easy to use and gives me the information I need without frustration. Their customer support responds quickly and resolves issues effectively.
Pros: Less Annoying CRM is one of the most user-friendly CRM systems that I have used. Just as they name says, it's much less annoying than other services!
Cons: There's not much that I don't like - it doesn't have as many capabilities as some of the other larger programs, but for a smaller company it works great.

My overall experience in 5+ years has been very positive. Any issues I've had have been well responded to and taken care of by the support team. My whole sales team likes the platform.
Pros: The platform is very user-friendly, simple and straightforward, and the support is the best I have ever seen for any software.
Cons: My primary con is that there is no functionality where tasks can be prioritized. It is not uncommon for me to have 75+ tasks in a day, and I wish I could set up a low, mid, high priority, which would then be organized as such top to bottom on the daily task report.

Pros: LACRM is an affordable, simple CRM for a single user. Exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to learn and has excellent trainings and tips available to help you maximize it's features.
Cons: Not much. Just 1 or 2 minor functionalities that I would like to have and it doesn't sync with Apple Calendar. Not a big deal.

I am ao glad that I got referred to this CRM. It has been easy to use, the customer service support is beyond the best out there!
Pros: Its a great value for its money, customer support is top notch and i am now doing a customer newsletter thru them using Mailchimp. Its a terrific CRM.
Cons: Theres a lot I havent even touched on yet, I need to get into it and study it. It takes time which I haven't given to it, but I will.

Top notch from start to finish. Easy to get started. Easy to get support. Things work pretty much as expected and they're quick to respond with questions and suggestions if you reach out.
Pros: Their customer support is top notch. Their product is simple to use and understand. It's a stripped down CRM, affordable and easy to get started with.
Cons: Nothing bad to say about this - it is missing a few features you might find in some of the more expensive CRM's, but that's mostly around automations and built in templates, etc... If you just want to track your customers, understand where deals are at, and keep track of information - this is perfect.

LACRM is easy to learn and easy to manage. I work for a non-profit and use it to manage contacts and projects and to integrate with Mailchimp for my monthly email newsletter. The initial set-up was easy and I received excellent support from customer support as they guided me through importing my contacts. It is also very cost-effective.
Pros: The best part about LACRM is the price. You won't find anything comparable in this price range. I also like that the pricing is clear and there are no tricks or bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise the price and that price is what you pay. I wish all software pricing was this transparent.
Cons: I really haven't had any complaints about Less Annoying CRM. It is easy to use, has great customer support, and is very reasonably priced.

Overall, I am still extremely satisfied. While I don't like paying for it, it is definitely not expensive. I mentioned before that I am not a technical guy. I am still NOT a technical guy. For a business person like me, LACRM gives me a robustness that I would have to study for on other CRM's. I guess you could say it is intuitive.
Pros: I live off of my LACRM! I still feel that the simplicity of use is the best asset by far. I am still learning different aspects of the CRM. As my list of contacts has become larger, I am finding that there are many ways to manipulate my list to give me deeper insights into my contacts.
Cons: I wish it was free! Kidding/Not kidding. I am a one man shop. There are other CRM's that give free accounts for 1 seat or 1 user. If I didn't like it so much, I would have a hard time justifying paying for something I can get free elsewhere.

Pros: I love the user interface and the speed. It is lightweight and functional. The help articles are very useful. Creating and modifying custom fields is very easy and we are able to tailor this to our needs very well. I also like being able to access data with an API call to do more advanced analysis. We are getting a lot of use out of the email integration feature. We are a very small business but I can see this platform working well for much larger organizations also.
Cons: I think there could be improvements in the reporting capabilities within the LACRM platform but I currently make up for this by connecting the data to Power BI and doing more powerful analytics there. I also wish there were more advanced capabilities with bulk data uploads and updates, like being able to merge data with existing contacts. Currently, anything uploaded creates a new record rather than merge with existing. I wish there were a way to view all contacts or pipelines in tabular format to be able to quickly tell which records have missing fields, and be able to make edits in a tabular view.

This CRM gives us all we need to manage our client data base and follow up reviews. We have used Thor company many years and have liked all of the updates.
Pros: Easy to use and full of great features for insurance agencies like mine. We are a full line agency and there are features that help us daily manage tasks.
Cons: Price increased some. That is to be expected in today’s environment and I would still consider the CRM an overall good value.

It is user friendly and love the response of the team. Love to be able to access on the go. Even deleted item by mistake can be recovered.
Pros: Makes our life easier, at work and when traveling. Use the up almost every day, can take the date anywhere on the globe. "well if we have internet service"
Cons: Can not think of anything, don't have any complains, I guess I don't like that is making me write 100 characters...

Pros: Just an all around great CRM. They keep adding great features!! Like emails log automatically!! A great Feature they just added.
Cons: Would be great it would interact with a map feature!! Not many cons on Less annoying CRM. Just a great Program!!
