HubSpot has been a gamechanger. It has made us thousands in potentally missed sales and saved us hours of organizational work.
Pros: HubSpot has been a gamechanger for our organization. It allows us to easily organize and reach out to our clients and supporters. We are able to replace outdated and confusing spreadsheets with an easy to use system.
Cons: I sometimes have trouble finding different sections of the system. Splitting up different sections in easier to understand ways could be helpful.

Pros: It is easy to use. The updates have made it better. Does the job for me and I am happy to recommend to others as well.
Cons: There is nothing I can currently think of. Sometimes it lags but it is understandable. There are no complaints.

Cons: It’s complicated or I don’t know how to do it properly. This hasn't happened to me just a few times, but every time I export a contact from Excel, HubSpot creates new properties if I don’t set everything correctly.

We use HubSpot across CRM, marketing automation, and customer service, and the biggest advantage is having all of those functions living under one roof. Rather than juggling multiple disconnected tools, everything from contact management to email campaigns to support tickets is centralised in one place. It's a powerful platform, but the cost and complexity are worth factoring in before committing.
Pros: The all-in-one nature of HubSpot is its strongest selling point. Great tool for a growing company with a lot of flexibility. Works really well when structured properly, but requires discipline to avoid turning into a mess over time.
Pros: You can do a lot with it. Very flexible and covers most needs out of the box. Strong integration ecosystem makes it easy to solve niche problems.
Cons: Gets messy fast if not everyone understands how things are set up. People building their own stuff can break other parts. Becomes complex quickly. Also struggled to make dynamic usage based SaaS pricing work properly, never really becomes a true source of truth.

Pros: I've been using HubSpot for over a year now, and honestly, it's been really easy to get the hang of it. I'm not a super technical person so the layout to me is really nice and easy to navigate.
Cons: The advanced features are a little more harder for me to navigate, but the basics are super easy. You may just have to dive deeper to get to some features you may needs for you company.

I have a positive experience with HubSpot CRM so far. The sales pipeline and the dashboards are very easy to customize and manage. They give a quick, visual snapshot that makes it easier to make decisions without digging through data.
Pros: What I like the most is how everything about my contacts lives in one place. For people that like to feel that you can easily manage lots of information and details, in a really easy way, HubSpot is your choice.
Cons: What I don’t love is the pricing. While HubSpot offers a lot of value, it can become expensive fairly quickly as you add more contacts and as you start needing more advanced features. For a small business or someone just starting out, the cost can feel like a stretch.

It is a good CRM and for the value that it offers, for any company that doesn't know where to start hubspot it is a safe call
Pros: For the CRM part of hubspot it offers a good platform that allows to keep track of our leads and where they are in the funnel
Cons: It hasn't been too much improvement on the UI which it makes to have a rustic feeling when using for the first time

I use HubSpot daily and it is very easy to use and to manage all my information in one place. I have also taught others how to use this program.
Pros: I like the ease of use that HubSpot offers. I like that all of the information needed is stored together.
Cons: I don't like logging in once the time runs out if i am not active. I also don't want to have a double verification when logging in.

My experience with HubSpot is very good, and it's a tool I have used to store contact info and track the progress of deals for many years.
Pros: HubSpot is a great way to store contact information and keep track on the progress of Sales deals and schedule follow ups.
Cons: There isnt much to not like about HubSpot CRM, however, I think creating deals and how they appear visually could be improved.

We are super impressed with everthing Hubspot has to offer and it is almost the foundations of our Sales, Marketing & Admin functions.
Pros: We pride ourselves on running seamless operations, and HubSpot supports this exceptionally well. As a small business, we use it to sit behind our marketing campaigns, website CTAs, and CRM, bringing everything together in one place. Investing the time to set it up properly from the start makes a huge difference; it genuinely feels like having two extra members of staff. The newer features they’ve introduced are a welcome addition and continue to enhance the platform.
Cons: It's tough to find anything bad to write about, I continue to champion it to other business owners and we really feel like we have maximised it's outputs in every way.

We were late to onboard HubSpot but now that we have, it has been the most delightful and purposeful experience! It was a fantastic decision for our small team and I only regret not implementing it sooner!
Pros: I've become obsessed with HubSpot CRM. Our company was late to adopt HubSpot but now that we have, it's the best decision we've made! I find it super user friendly and intuitive and a considerable value for the investment!
Cons: It took me a little while to get fully acclimated to the CRM but now that I have learned, I find it incredibly helpful in my daily use!

Pros: Still a great service, I particularly like their email add on which helps oyu add email contacts directly to your CRm and keep a track on opens and comms.
Cons: Still very expensive to grow with the platform, especially as a small business, so it feel like use will ultimately be limited as won't be able to progress to the next tier.

Overall HubSpot CRM is great for managing all of your sales, marketing and customer relationship data in one centralized place. It is fairly easy to learn how to use and can simplify a lot of the standard processes that organizations go through during the sales cycle.
Pros: HubSpot integrates all of our sales, marketing and customer service into one visually appealing interface that is easy to navigate and work inside. It is incredibly efficient at managing contacts and works very well for managing leads throughout the sales lifecycle. The HubSpot team also provides great resources and customer support if you are part of their paid service.
Cons: One of the caveats of Hubspot CRM is it can get quite expensive if you are part of a larger organization that has a significant contact list or if you require any customized automation. For smaller and mid-size businesses HubSpot works great, but if you are an enterprise level organization with thousands of contacts/clients it can get rather pricey.

Great CRM with lots of free training and useful certifications. It Just a great platform overall for managing company activities.
Pros: It is such a handy platform and has great features to manage sales activities as well as admin. Really reliable CRM.
Cons: The company duplicates etc. It just gets very messy sometimes and to be honest I wish it was a little easier to organise or at least there was a way to clean it up because otherwise the system itself is flawless.

HubSpot is our main CRM tool. It's also used as a ticketing system for our clients to reach out to us so that we can resolve their issues.
Pros: Hubspot surves its purpose as a CRM system very well. Besides, we use it to create our Knowledge Base (articles that are then integarted in our platform) and for Hubspot helpdesk (which is our system of helping clients on a project through ticketing system).
Cons: The navigation on the website is not very straightforward (not super easy to find some tabs, some tools). The templates to use for emails sometimes disappear.

There was definitely a learning curve to Hubspot, even for someone coming from other robust CRM systems. I've used many, and the great thing about Hubspot CRM is that it really can do a lot. But if you're thinking you can just bring other CRM experience and find your way around with ease, you'll probably find yourself a bit frustrated. Even though it's all within one ecosystem, it wasn't nearly as intuitive as I would've liked. Ultimately, the company I used Hubspot CRM with moved to a more simplified system. It was just too powerful and complex for what we really needed, even at scale.
Pros: With Hubspot CRM, I liked that I could create custom properties and have them displayed within the contact records. While the contact records aren't 100% customizable, having features like this where we could display custom properties was very helpful. I appreciate a CRM system that allows for flexibility and customization.
Cons: If you don't have a large team with different departments and multiple pipelines in play, this system is simply overpowered for what you'd need. For our use case, I found myself trying to use features that we truly didn't need in order to get the value out of the system. Hubspot is a costly system built in a modular format, so if you want to do X within the CRM, you need to buy Y access. If you're wanting to run your business "tech-lean," Hubspot CRM is NOT the system for you.

HubSpot is a multi-purpose tool with the data you need all in one place! Use it to track leads, make your content personable, and make team collaboration easier than evet.
Pros: All companies and contacts in one place that is easily searchable! Use data fields that make emails personable and unique to each contact. Easy to use as a team to make sure people are not double booking/answering inquiries.
Cons: The cost of HubSpot is high, but you get what you pay for. You can limit each managers access to help with costs.

Pros: What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is how easy it is to use. Everything’s laid out clearly, from managing leads to tracking sales activity, so there’s no faffing about. I also appreciated how it keeps the whole team on the same page – everyone can see what’s happening with clients, which saves a lot of back-and-forth emails or messages. The interface is clean, simple, and just makes sense, which makes it way easier to actually use day-to-day.
Cons: The thing I liked least isn’t really HubSpot’s fault, but at the moment, some of the other programs we use aren’t fully linked up with it yet. It means a bit of double-handling here and there until the integrations are sorted. Other than that, HubSpot itself works pretty smoothly.
