Collaborative work with the team at Goldvision has been an absolute pleasure. They are responsive, helpful and friendly and always extremely patient when working with a busy business like ours. I highly recommend the team and the software.
Pros: It brings together in one easy to use platform tender and client management along with the ability to monitor all aspects of the bid department. It makes reporting to senior managers so much easier. After the initial period the software is really easy and saves me time.
Cons: As yet there is nothing in Gold-Vision CRM that I do not like. The system is user friendly and very easy to work with.

My overall experience using with Gold-Vision CRM has been ok, moreso with the help of our success manager. There are quite a few areas of improvement needed as the company grows and requirements change. as it stands its not 100% fit for purpose. The actual platform itself could do with a sprucing up to make it more visually appealing, when looking at the likes of Monday, Salesforce etc.
Pros: Customer support in relation to our client manager makes it much better to maneuver. Email are responded to promptly and efficiently and solutions are reached with advice on how to utilise platform in accordance to company needs. In comparison to others Gold-Vision is good value for money.

Itโs excellent value, offers robust security that meets our CE Plus standards, and provides fantastic reporting for directors. Our account manager, [sensitive content hidden], delivers outstanding support. The whole team stays informed on business activity, making collaboration and pipeline management effortless.
Pros: GV CRM provides comprehensive tracking of all customer emails, offering effortless, fingertip control for maximum simplicity.
Cons: The absence of a mobile app and the need to access the system exclusively through a web browser can be inconvenient and frustrating.

Our overall experience with Gold-Vision CRM has been excellent. Itโs made managing client relationships and projects across different areas of the business straightforward and reliable. The whole team find it intuitive and beneficial, which is no small feat for a CRM. Combined with outstanding, fast, and friendly support from the Gold-Vision team, itโs become an indispensable tool for our business. Highly recommended.
Pros: What stands out most about Gold-Vision is how easy it is for our entire business to manage projects and client information across multiple arms of the company. Where CRMs often feel like a chore, our wider team actually find value in using it โ several even said it's by far the best CRM they've worked with. The reporting functions are excellent, making it effortless to stay informed and up to date. The recent update to the home screen has made the user experience even better, and weโre really looking forward to the upcoming feature for bulk widget updates. On top of the software itself, the Gold-Vision team are fantastic โ super responsive, helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is brilliant, and [sensitive content hidden] are consistently key in supporting us with queries and quotations.
Cons: My only critique was around the original home screen functionality, but this has recently been updated and has genuinely improved the platformโs usability. Itโs difficult to fault it now.

Fantastic throughout. The support team are fantastic and get back to you quickly whenever you have any questions or concerns.
Pros: The system is easy to navigate and use. The system can also be customised to suite specific needs which we found really helpful.
Cons: When copy quoting the details from the first quote pull through (i dont think this use to happen) now you have to remove those details to add in the correct contact. Potential risk of sending a quote addressed to the wrong person.

Great - super helpful and the product is a great central hub for our team
Pros: Amazing support - GV are always super quick at helping me enquiries and finding ways to help us use the product better. Also like how easy it is to see key metrics on my dashboard, love logging in to see how our sales and KPIs are doing each day
Cons: Not much. I did take a bit of time to get used to how contacts are set up as we mostly engage with customers on an account level. I do wish as a marketer there was easier ways of linking GV with some external products without having to use zapier etc as we don't currently use that.

Overall we are very happy with Gold Vision and are keen to see what other things they will release that will help us with our business.
Pros: Our wonderful account manager [sensitive content hidden] :) but also just how we are able to adapt the system for our use.
Cons: It can be quite hard to setup and time consuming, but once you get there you can make it work for you.

My overall experience has been wonderful like I said I've only been using this with my company for about 6 months or so but it's been amazing and how we have been able to turn around are business model and actually eliminate a job to provide more financial for different areas of our department
Pros: I liked that they cater to small business and you're not so lost in all the features of this product and it makes you feel real efficiently able to run a business
Cons: Twilight police was the ability to just be caught up in the amount of features but like I said if you're unable to narrow down what you need and not use some of you're not forced to use all the pictures so don't feel like you have to

We have been very pleased with the system and look forward to growing and developing the system over the coming years.
Pros: The ability to pick up a system that is very simple, intuitive and user friendly, coupled with sleek design and clear visuals, make for an excellent system to implement.
Cons: Occasionally, the system can be a little inflexible when trying to manipulate data and produce reports.

Pros: The CRM is flexible and easy to amend once it has been created. The training is key and very useful- for us we have had an amazing project manager [sensitive content hidden] that has support us with any questions and always answers us straight away. We are happy with the CRM so far and looking forward to continue to build the system to suit our business.
Cons: We haven't found any cons with the CRM- anything that hasn't worked for us our project manager found a solution to it.

From the start of the discussions to full implimentation, GV has been great. My experiance with GV has been really good, and i would highly recommend.
Pros: GV is so easy to use, everything about the system is good, especially the reporting.
Cons: Nothing to say here, because the system is actually designed for your needs, if you have something to complain about, thats because yo didnt think of it before going live ;)

Pros: Ability to customise the system to best suit our processes.
Cons: The online help centre, particularly the search function. Times when it has been difficult to find answers to a query. Particularly when wanting to carry out an administrative task in the 'back end' of the system. More tutorials would be helpful.

Cons: We've encountered a couple of minor bugs, but I'm confident they'll be resolved asap. I do find the system's interface a bit cluttered and less intuitive. Certain parts of the system can also be somewhat challenging to grasp but overall we are very pleased with it.

The abilities of the system are pretty impressive, it would seem to you can configure it to do pretty much whatever you need. Special mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has managed our implementation with a great deal of patience.
Pros: My favourite thing is the ability to configure most of the screens to suit your requirements.
Cons: The harder bit of moving to GoldVision has been moving our current call logging process over as I think the system has been designed more as a CRM but we've got there

Very positive - we've improved efficient within the team and staff at all levels have a clear view of business standing and performance
Pros: We particularly like the fact that we can adapt the back system to meet our specific business needs, we've been able to create a database of all client information and requirements that we can easily report from.
Cons: Integration was time consuming but this was more to do with our old system than Goldvision!

Pros: It's great on Gold Vision that you are able to create bespoke pages for what you exactly need to be shown for different sections of the business. The way that the different parts of the CRM system work together also help in reducing clicks around the site
Cons: It would be even better if events section could be linked with the opportunities section specifically for our business so that we can link our sale of an event day to the actual event.

Pros: I think it is very easy to use and I like the ability to be able to adapt the system to how you want it to work.
Cons: When creating a search list and you click into one of the fields and then close the original list filters have gone

Our customer database is held and manged in Gold-Vision. We couldn't do without it.
Pros: We have used Gold-Vision for 10 years now and like the fantastic support and the ease of use. The webinars are really useful and the online chat very good.
Cons: We don't use Gold-Vision to it's full potential because of problems we have integrating with our Accounts system (Exchequer) and our Email provider (IBM Notes). The parts of Gold-Vision we are using are great.

Iโd like to take this opportunity to say that our experience of using GoldVision โ both the system and the customer experience โ has been faultless. You helped us create a system which perfectly matched our needs, in a very bespoke way, and this was really essential for us in managing the reporting during Covid when all eyes were on our pipeline and business development. A personal thank you from me also because I had no clue what I was doing at the start, and the GV team were very patient and supportive and guided me through everything so carefully.
Pros: The customer service is fantastic and being able to have such a bespoke set up was perfect for us.
Cons: We had no issues at all with Gold-Vision CRM, everything was just as we needed it

Really good, we have been using GV for a number of years and it has served us well over our growth and constant changes. We have reviewed our options after a few years to see if it was still the best option and we decided to stick with GV as it met all of our needs and the main pro was the customer service, Both [sensitive content hidden] have been incredible to deal with.[sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive and knowledgeable though any issue I have.[sensitive content hidden] within the support team is also a dream to talk to.
Pros: Generally easy to use and implement with users, it has all of the features you could want from a CRM at a good price.
Cons: Releasing features that don't work correctly.

Really pleased with our decision to upgrade to GV v8 and this has facilitated us to drive efficiencies in our work processes, time saving, greater customer interactions visibility and reporting.Roisin has been a real help in supporting us with the transition.
Pros: transition form v7 has been straight forward
Cons: a bit slower than we had hoped....nothing else to date
