Overall Salesmate has been super useful in creating a new CRM for my company. They are a great starter CRM for companies looking to train their sales team on a CRM.
Pros: The ease of use and the flexibility they have as a company/CRM. Salesmate allowed us to fully customize the system to our needs.
Cons: Lacking some basic features, lag time and email deliverability. Some things in the system seem basic, but don't work as intended.

I’m still learning more about Salesmate and one by one implementing all the systems that will benefit my business as I scale. Customer service has been great so far!
Pros: I needed a CRM system that is strong in sales automation, communication tools, and ease of use. Seemed like the right fit for my small business in need of an efficient, integrated sales platform.
Cons: Setting up the A2P was a fairly complicated process, but totally doable with the right guidance and support.

This has been my only experience working with a CRM, but from what I've heard about other options, Salesmate is by far the best and most affordable option. And you can't beat the customer service- these guys are truly here to help you succeed and go above and beyond what is required of them to make that happen.
Pros: The customer service is so good with Salesmate, the price is very reasonable and affordable, and this system has so much to offer to take control of everything you need to do with your business to keep in organized and automated.
Cons: The only thing I don't like is that I haven't spent enough time truly learning everything it has to offer- which is not a knock on Salesmate. I need to get better and more familiar with the Smart Flows and automating actions.

Pros: What I liked most about Salesmate is how seamlessly it combines CRM tools with built-in calling, texting, and email features. Cons: What I liked least about Salesmate was the process of connecting Namecheap for domain verification—it was a bit confusing and not as straightforward as I hoped. It took some extra time and digging through help docs to get it working properly, which could be streamlined for a smoother experience.

Incredible. From day one, they’ve been available to help with setup and navigation and the payment questions. Really pleased with both the service and the platform itself. Very well designed!
Pros: It’s a toss up between the application and Salesmate’s exceptional customer care. It is evident how much thought has been put into the functions offered. I’ve used other CRM’s and this one beats ALL!
Cons: I haven’t experienced any issues to speak of yet. I’m very pleased with the streamlined functionality.

Pros: Tech support is fantastic, and pricing is very affordable. They released new automation features and LOWERED the price
Cons: I had a little difficulty with quality of some of the phone calls. Made me lose some trust in the system. Individually having to edit and save each field is kinda annoying instead of like Google Sheets.

Overall, was so simple to get started and get ready to scale. I love this program so much and it has made running my business too easy.
Pros: The ease of use- set us is very easy even for a newbie. The tech support is second to none. The are responsive to any suggestions.
Cons: Connection of domain was a little difficult but the tech support rock it. Any time I had a problem it was fixed

It started off looking like a strong tool, I even signed up to be a partner. But the partner system is a total joke, no support, no email replies, nothing at all. Then you start getting into using the system. It is not designed for a heavy user at all. The ticketing system is not even close to production ready, they video and tools they offer for training have been made redundant and no longer offered but they do not tell you that until you waste an hour on support for them to say oh yeah that was phased out but we never updated the docs. Then when you run into issues, they tell you one thing but even though its in the text chat they refuse to honor what they said making you pull your hair out. IF YOU EVER consider this please run. Its not ready for prime time.
Pros: Very little, it looked promising but half the tools do not function at a bare minimum.
Cons: Support, and follow up. It took hours for one simple issue because they refuse to answer emails and make you use live chat with people that do not understand the issues

Pros: Ease of use. Look and relevance of dashboard. It makes organizing your activities and follow up very easy. Having all the relevant information to achieve your tasks in one place is very handy and saves a lot of time. I can look up product lists, get pricing, call my customer and send an email all from the same place. then i can schedule follow up to remind me to complete a task. its helps a lot in organizing my role and tasks.
Cons: Some of the web features are not available in the app. Inputing data from customer visits can be time consuming

I am very pleased with our experience! In fact, I like it so much so that I have signed a second company that I work for up for Salesmate as well.
Pros: I use Salesmate to follow all leads and clients through their time with our company. Syncing with our phone system allows my team mates and me to see all communications (calls, texts, emails, site visits, etc) with a client in one place. Automated email sequences have significantly decreased the amount of time I spend following up with folks and setting activity reminders helps me make sure leads stay warm.
Cons: It took a few months to get a good grip on all that Salesmate has to offer. Not a huge drawback, just something to be aware of.

This is a great team that has taken the time to understand my business and its objectives.

Overall, I am satisfied customer and happy to recommend this tool for an organization. I would recommend people to see the demo of this tool - Then only people can understand how it benefits their organizations. By the way, this tool is also comes at a very good pricing to compare other costly tools outside.
Pros: Frankly, speaking as an administrator of the tool and as a user of the tool - It gave me complete control of all my admin activities, for each and every thing - I don't have to ping the Salesmate.io support team as it easy to understand and everything is detailed and shared in the knowledge center. As a user of the tool, I feel immensely happy as it allowed me to automate my regular work. Highly recommend this tool for any of the organization.
Cons: What i feel is they should allow the tool to get integrated with Skype and ZoomInfo or third party databases for contact building.

Pros: It's nice that you can call via the app. It is an easy software to use. In addition, the support is very good.
