Wingmate has been a great CRM so far. It greatly assists me in optimizing my time as well as staying on top of follow ups which are extremely critical in my profession.
Pros: It’s extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The flyfield generator is a game changer to for those days when you’re quick moving out in the field.
Cons: Fortunately, I haven’t noticed anything bad about this CRM as of yet. As I mentioned, it’s very easy to navigate and doesn’t take long at all to learn.

Overall, Wingmate has made tracking sales reps very easy and has improved visibility into day-to-day activities. There was a fair amount of upfront setup required, especially building out the fields and structure we needed, but I feel like I’m getting close to having everything in place. It’s been effective for keeping things organized and ensuring accountability across the team. Our account manager has also been amazing throughout the proces, he is very responsive and helpful with any questions, which has made a big difference in getting everything set up correctly and making the experience a positive one.
Pros: Simple, visually appealing CRM with a clean layout. Makes capturing leads and tracking activity easy. The “fly fill” and talk-to-text features make it quick to enter lead details while sales reps are on the go. Improves accountability by ensuring reps are logging interactions and staying on top of follow-ups.

The ease of use of Wingmate’s tools has been highly beneficial, providing us with a competitive advantage that allows us to focus on additional tasks.
Pros: It's very easy to use and comes with great support! [sensitive content hidden] took the time to go over it with our team, answered all our questions, and even followed up to keep us updated.
Cons: We haven't found any drawbacks, and if we ever need help figuring something out, we get quick assistance.

My experience with Wingmate is very positive and user friendly. The level of support is unmatched compared to other CRM platforms we have used previously.
Pros: Wingmate is a robust tool for lead management and helps my team operate at the top of our game. Wingmate support is always available and ready to optimize. Wingmate is highly recommended.
Cons: I wish we could see the hybrid map views via the mobile app. However, the support team is actively working on this for us!

Overall I am happy and satisfied. It has many features that make it easy to go through different leads.
Pros: Easy to navigate - big fan of the map view for leads The filter options and how you can save different filters is a huge benefit.
Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find a lead through the search if you don't have the exact formatting - Can search through address and lead name but it would be nice if leads could also be searched by phone number

Since I am the admin for my company. I love it! So far it's been very useful to our scope of operations.
Pros: User friendly. Robust. Technically equipped with all the tools to support Sales Territories & Representatives.
Cons: A few good features require an extra premium to pay. I would appreciate if standard licenses cover those features.

5 star, from the app and customer services. I find that it helps me to be more organized and on top of my task.
Pros: User friendly, organized, everything I need is right here on my phone. The customer service has been great, no complaints.
Cons: I haven't had it long enough to find out to be honest, so far I like everything about it, I've used alot of CRMs.

Overall, it was a good experience. It was there to gather client information & leave activities after each sales call.
Pros: Wingmate is easy to access & whenever I had questions, our contact had answers almost immediately. I also liked Wingmate because I could see all my activities in one place.
Cons: At times, I've used the Wingmate Mobile App in rural areas and sometimes I had to duplicate my activities because my initial activity wouldn't register. Also, internally, Wingmate didn't "talk" to the other software we use.

Wingmate was very useful to giving us more detailed reports from our sales side and allowed us to increase efficiency
Pros: Allowed us to track our sales force more accurately. We were able to have weekly meetings and really dig into where we were successful and where we needed more focus.
Cons: No cons. This was a great addition to our company at a time when we really needed more details and info about our sales visits.

Wingmate is good for relationship and activity management. The pipeline view is the best and managing/moving the cards will help you manage your sales process and close deals.
Pros: Mobile-friendly, nice map feature, good Kanban style board for managing leads. Very easy to use and understand.
Cons: Unable to attribute lead activity to a specific contact. Desktop site glitchy, needs regular refreshing.

Wingmate has been awesome to partner with. The initial training was very detailed and the training staff were amazing!
Pros: I love how they integrated AI and I can take a picture of a business card and notes and it will automatically populate the information into the proper fields. This CRM is so user friendly.
Cons: I wish I could customize the fields to each profile or team. Some of our teams look for different information than others. If I was able to customize the fields per account would be great.

Pros: camera while on the road when it works. Sometimes it does not work. Also allows me to keep track of Deals coming up
Cons: Camera with google sometimes does not bring up address when trying to identify a new business.

Not great. As mentioned in detail above, the product itself is not bad. The customer service, relational aspect was horrible. Given that there's so many comparable products out there, you'd think the service would be used as a differentiator. No.
Pros: An intuitive UI, very polished and well put together. Like any similar product, if you do not manage it and expend the time/energy in maintaining it, you will get back what you put into it. The tool itself seems like a decent product.

So far it has been good in a short amount of time. Useful in setting reminders for opportunities that don't have immediate start dates, etc.
Pros: Easy to log opportunities and leads, and move them through sales cycle
Cons: Doesn't seem to be overly robust, but I'm still learning the software, so that opinion may change

A+!!!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and all his team members are truly amazing. They are willing to listen to improvement suggestions and often find a way to add those requests to your platform. I can't say enough out our PM [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! He is amazing and I don't want to talk him up too much for fear that someone may try to snag him up, but he is awesome! The behind the scene people [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are also very easy to get a hold of and extremely responsive and helpful.
Pros: Very easy and user friendly. Willing to make improvements on the fly that allow for more ease of use from the user. Front-line users can add leads in 2 to 3 steps with little typing required. The app allows you to pull information about an account instantly. Customize the program for our needs and take our input to make the program even better.
Cons: I wasn't available or I didn't start using it sooner!
