It’s been pretty great overall. I enjoy using it for setting appointments and reaching customers when I need to.
Pros: how simple when non-complex it is to use to dial out to different customers and businesses. Nice interface.
Cons: The time it takes to update the app and the callback system is kind of laggy. But not too bad. The color isn’t really to my liking, but doesn’t hurt

Ring is very easy to use. Our IT department sent out an email to install it, and i had it up and running in no time.
Pros: Ring is very easy to use. Ring is also now intergrated on all my devices. I can receive phone calls from my PC in my office or on my cell when out of the office.
Cons: Called ID from internaly transferred calls. It is almost impossible to tell who is callling you from a transferred call.

We have had a wonderful experience. The onboarding was easy, which previously with our old company was very difficult. The techs did everything they could to make sure that we had an easy transition. The app and phones themselves are great.

Pros: RingCentral was a great switch for us. It is much better value and made our call management much easier. There are tons of customization tools you can use, and there are so many options. There are rarely any issues or bugs. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great! We rarely even have to call them because the program is very easy to understand.
Cons: The only thing I would say that I don't like is that there isn't a very in depth training course. When we were first onboarded we had a training session, but you really learn by just doing. The more calls you take and transfer, etc. the more you learn. I do wish there were more videos and training material.

Pros: Ring Central provides a VOIP with the ability to send and receive calls, texts, and voicemails. It is customizable.
Cons: The user experience just didn't make sense to me. It was not usable. Even though I had it, I would user other options on a day to day basis.

Overall great experience! Good custumer support and no issues. There is value in my money. No bugs or issues ever and very secure.
Pros: All ring central items are great and used for comunication. In general it has customized options for your calls and communication.
Cons: The sytem is nice, maybe a little dated in imaging could use a little tuned up in colors and upgrades

It is great overall. Every communication means is integrated to allow the representative to stay in the interface to allow more cohesion and control
Pros: It used AI technology to suggest verbiage for the clients sentiment. It gave a scoring perspective to indicate how engaged the client was in the process.
Cons: I don't like AI being used to gage dialogue, it micromanages the client communication process and allows supervising managers to expect more from the customer service representatives.

Overall positive experience other than the points listed previously. I would still recommend the product.
Pros: Decent value for the money and relatively reliable and clear system. Allows for use at multiple locations work same phone numbers.
Cons: Support when needed can be challenging at best. Frustrated at times when trying to get help when there is a problem.

I will continue to use RingCX due to its functionality and ease of use. I have become very familiar with RingCX so it would be difficult for me to change platforms
Pros: Clarity and ease of use. The app and the site are very easy to navigate. I have never had to contact RingCX support
Cons: Sporadic interuptions of service. For example, being logged out automatically. Very inconvenient if I am in th middle of a task

My overall experience was positive with ring central. Very simple to use and the updates didn't cause any issues.
Pros: What I like most about RingCentral is it was easy to use. Phone quality was always good. Also finding my recorded calls was easy.
Cons: I cannot think of anything at this time that I liked least about ring central. We have switched to a new system but it worked fine while we did have it.

So fantastic when starting a new project with leads and customers. Love how easy it was to keep track of SMS and emails, voicemails.
Pros: Amazing phone support. SMS messaging, Value for money, easy learning curve, all extremely useful and fun as well.
Cons: Hmm, wish that ring central allowed us to forward messages and incoming calls to my cell phone, I believe that may actually exist but our admin didn't utilize all possible options.

Overall the experience has been positive. I think that RingCX is a excellent tool for remote offices, and people who need the ability to have a platform for internal calls and external calling as well.
Pros: I like that there is both an app and the ability to make calls from any place. I think that it has some wonderful easy to use navigation and think it is a good product for offices.
Cons: With the new texting regulations, it is a bit fustrating that you can no longer easily text outside numbers. So at times you receive texts but cannot respond to them.
Cici N. · Attorney · Law Practice · November 18, 2025
Pros: Its an easy set up and worth the value. There is a lot of phone support and easy to access portal. Also easy to see voicemail in audio and transcription form.
Cons: It skips calls sometimes, when multiple lines connected. There is not much else to dislike about this service.
Sam C. · Dispatcher · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 27, 2025
Is a good experience I like the function of it The way it keeps tracks of the data I would recommended to other people
Pros: The way it keeps track of call being made outgoing and also it keeps tracks of incoming calls. Tracks also the duration time of calls
Cons: Sometimes the system will be down and it will take long to come back up. In the years utilizing it this has occurred more than 3 times in a month and when calling them to resolve issues it was never addressed rapidly

Ringcentral is one of the most underrated dials applications. It provides me all the necesarry things I need with customer engaging activity. As a credentialing specialist, not all of the things is easy to explain via email or text, with this tools, communication seems nothing with it's friendly feature apps.
Pros: I really like the way Ring Central is built, super duper easy to navigate, additional feature is added for workload management and time-blocking, & clear recordings. Special shoutouts to its VM feature where it redirects the VM to my email which really helps me to be aware of someone has been calling me whenever I'm so busy at doing other things. In addition to that, the automatic transcribing gives an edge compared to other tools, as someone who is not a native English speaker, that is very useful!
Cons: Nothing that I could think of. Ring Central is so good, In fact, I would highly recommend this tools.

Ring Central allows me to save my contacts and mark them as a favorite. My phone number and fax are the same, which I absolutely love. The software requires little to no training because it is self-explanatory. I highly recommend Ring Central!!!
Pros: Ring Central is my favorite business phone software for a lot of reasons. Ring allows me to send and receive faxes and text messages as well as make calls, store my contacts and show me a list of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls. My phone number and fax number are the same! I have never had an issue with my calls dropping. I have never had an issue with hearing an echo or having static in the line. Ring provides unbeatable clarity in every phone call.
Cons: I haven’t been able to locate my sent faxes. I was searching for a fax I had sent several weeks ago, and I was unable to locate the fax I created and sent. I have not had time to reach out to support to see where my sent faxes go and how long they are saves to Ring.

It's been great overall with helping to direct calls throughout the company. We utilize the notes feature to regularly tie details of a call to leads and jobs.
Pros: The AI notes for phone calls is really helpful to refer back to or share with our team. It's convenient having the forwarding and queue services on multiple devices.
Cons: I really wish they would integrate autocorrect into messages and texts. It's also not easy to import contacts you may already have on a device.
Paul J. · Office Administration · Construction · June 16, 2025
Pros: The integrated chat for communication between offices and departments is really nice. Also has a fax feature
Cons: It constantly disconnects, showing agents that were online as offline or in DND mode randomly causing issues with availability
Kyle M. · Customs Account Analyst · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 16, 2025
Its been a great experience, there is a lot of functionality such as ai note taking abd recorded audio chats.
Pros: It uses wifi which enables us to have access anywhere in the world without being hampered by cell networks.
Cons: The UI is not attractive and could do with beingbupdates. The app can be buggy at times which can affect calling
Robert W. · Operations Manager · Hospitality · June 5, 2025
Admittedly, we only used it for a short time at one of our 7 locations, but we couldn't find a replacement fast enough. There were too many limitations, and terrible customer support is a big red flag for us.
Pros: The only 2 things we liked about RingCX was: 1. the Visual IVR Editor - I have not seen another phone system with this option, or if they do have one, it's very basic and not as robust. 2. the ability to create and manage administrative roles for all staff.
Cons: There were several things we really didnt' like with RingCX: 1. Multiple pages/sites to access the admin portal or make changes, instead of being a single-pane product. 2. Customer support was never really helpful for us - they were unable to answer basic questions, or provide timely support for requests. 3. It is not end-user friendly - having to ask a manager to check a department's voicemails is not a good use of our staff's time. Or, if given the ability to check voicemail, having to go to a different website is again not a good use of our staff's time. 4. Checking voicemails was limited to administrators only, which is stupid.
Stephanie S. · Network Administrator · Hospital & Health Care · June 2, 2025
Pros: That we can use this on a app on a phone or via the computer. This helps with everyday communication.
Cons: I do not like that there is so much downtime with RingCX at least once a week the service goes down and that is annoying.
brittany e. · negotiator · Legal Services · June 2, 2025
I don't use RingCX as much as the rest of my company because I am not on the phones consistently like most staff. When I have used it, I found it to be user friendly and I could navigate what I needed without too much difficulty. There are a lot of options and abilities to complete tasks.
Pros: I liked that screen layout was pleasing to the eye. I also liked that it was user friendly for the most part
Cons: although user friendly, there can be a lot of steps to do some things. I found this to be only a small con in the scope of all things.
Jamie G. · Radiology Supervisor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 8, 2025
My overall experience with RingCX was positive. The platform provided a unified, easy-to-use solution for managing customer interactions across multiple channels.
Pros: What I liked most about RingCX was its intuitive omnichannel interface, which allowed agents to handle voice, chat, SMS, and social media conversations from a single dashboard.
Cons: What I liked least about RingCX was the occasional latency issues during peak usage and the limited customization options in the reporting tools
Yoel G. · Sales Manager · Publishing · May 3, 2025
very satisfied as our office has 2 different locations its easy for the team to all be on and interface for training with another entity and still feel like a group training session
Pros: I like that I can use my phone to call in when I cant or dont have speakers and a camera
Cons: I like the phone in option but it is a lot of codes and passwords but I understand for security
ROBERTA W. · Referral Coordinator · Medical Practice · March 28, 2025
I like the popup feature from the extension that appears whenever I hover my cursor over any contact number. It makes using RingCentral quick and effortless.
Pros: High quality voice calls, have never used video call option so not aware about this feature. Easy to make calls and leave voice mails.
Cons: Setup was bit complicated and needed IT help.
Srushti B. · Administrative assistant · Health, Wellness and Fitness · March 27, 2025
Overall, the experience was good. No major issues. No more dropped calls than a standard service provider, but did expect it to be slightly better
Pros: Once it was setup, it was generally pretty simple to use
Cons: Setup could be difficult, had trouble with some dropped calls
