I love Wrike, and I'm very hopeful that my complaint will be used to improve the system with features that many of their users will benefit from. I am grateful to be able to have that conversation with them, and feel heard, and confident that Wrike will do their best to find a solution.
Pros: Wrike is created by an excellent team, and backed by a wonderful community, all of whom work hard to support each other and improve the software. Wrike is always growing and moving forward, and consistently keeps the users informed and involved in the process, making sure tutorials and articles are on hand. They also have seminars that launch and teach new features.
Cons: Wrike pride themselves on putting the customer first and keeping the software up to date with new features and functions that improve the current way of working. However, one latest update has completely changed our system - 'Group by Assignee' shows all assignees, not the ones selected and filtered by. It will show other people because the selected users are within that task. This makes no sense because I just want to see the tasks that are in a other person's task list - when speaking with Wrike about this issue, they said it was how their new feature worked and they could put my complaint to the production team to work with. It's frustrating that what we mainly used the software for has completely changed. We've had members of our team stop using the software because they can no longer see their team's workload.

No one ever had a complete understanding of the overall picture at the same time. Wrike allows me to keep track of Task Status, Deadlines, Dependencies and Team Bandwidth without having to bother anyone. Specifically, the Intake Form has helped solve the issue of Vague Requests being submitted by people with incomplete Information required to begin work. On Larger Cross Functional Projects it makes coordinating MUCH EASIER because everyone is working off the same Timeline and NO ONE can claim they didn't see the Update.

Pros: I believe the visibility I am able to achieve within the platform is probably the most important thing for me. At any point in time I can easily jump into any project and find out who is responsible for what, where each item is in its life cycle, what is blocking each item and have access to all history without being forced to go search Slack for answers or dig around through e-mail threads. Also, our Request Forms have provided us a lot of value as it forces users to provide content based on pre-defined questions rather than sending a completely blank "Hey, can you...?" type message to the person responsible.
Cons: The learning curve for the product is significant and typically impacts individuals that don't spend their days using Project Management software. While the User Interface is functional it does tend to look busy/heavy and sometimes finding something that was created 3-6 months earlier requires more clicks than expected. One of my pet peeves specifically: Notifications are excessive and lack intelligence. I receive ping-backs for items that require no further input from myself and making them relevant would likely require significantly more configuration efforts than it should.

Wrong overall I Wrike is a great tool to use if you have a pretty large team. It could keep track of who’s done what and what has yet to be done when you’re working on a project.
Pros: What I like about right the most is that my team is able to keep track of a task. We need to get done before our event arrives. It also reminds us if we are forgetting to do a task because of the feature.
Cons: Well, at least like about Wrike is when there is an overwhelming number of task things can get cluttered and confusing at times

My overall experience with Wrike has been very positive. I never have any issues or bugs, it's consistent, and it keeps me on track.
Pros: Wrike makes it super easy to organize projects, keep stakeholders in the loop, and keep track of subtasks related to a project. I'm able to get more done because I'm better organized using Wrike.
Cons: It can be a bit tricky to figure out how to do things in Wrike. There are a lot of features and buttons and filters and different things that I can do, so I feel like I only know 20% of its potential

Pros: Wrike is one of those softwares that provide user with the flexibility to customize workflows, add custom fields & confirgure the same for reporting without intervention from Support team. The customization help to cater to company specific & department specific requirements. The easy to configure APi's also help in connecting to our internal systems, which also help in using Wrike as a single source of truth for all pMO activties. The automations option also helps in building triggers to provide attention to movement in workflows
Cons: To activate the custom fields, you need to raise aticket, while the intent is understood, atleast company asmin should have access to this. This results in raising support tickets just to activate the fields without any checks.

Pros: Great project management tool that allows my team to work efficiently towards a common goal and remain updated with the latest edits or approvals through the status feature
Cons: I would say that the thing I like least about wrike is the inbox giving me updates to a task where I am a part of but is not being directed at for a specific action. I would prefer it to just be when I am directed.

Pros: I love how adaptable the platform is. We can create custom workflows that actually match our team's unique processes rather than being forced into a "one size fits all" structure. Also, the ability to switch instantly between Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and Table views is a game-changer. It allows different team members to work in the way they are most productive.
Cons: For smaller teams or simple projects, Wrike can feel like "too much software." Setting it up correctly requires a dedicated admin to ensure the structure doesn't become a maze. Also, the interface can feel crowded, especially on smaller laptop screens.

Pros: When working on projects within Wrike, I always have enjoyed the tracking, management and productivity abilities that it offers. It helps people across different teams keep up to date.
Cons: I think for me it just took some adjusting to it, as I was mainly self-taught on how to use Wrike. Once I learned how, it had a very easy ease of use.

I have used the platform for several years. It has made managing complex projects way easier. It is also great to be able to return to projects from years ago and easily find all that I need to know.
Pros: Wirke really changed how we collaborated and boosted our productivity. It gave us a central place to share information and see projects as they progressed. The ability to generate Gantt charts and allocate tasks is game-changing. The platform is also robust, and we rarely have any bugs or issues.
Cons: Becuase Wrike does so much, it can take time to learn how it all works. However, if you stick with it, you are well rewarded. It also looks a little dated compared to other platforms, but you get used to it and past it quickly.

Pros: When I have projects with dozens of sub-tasks and multiple stakeholders, Wrike is my best ally. I appreciate the Gantt chart view which allows me to visualize dependencies: if one task is delayed, I immediately see the impact on the rest of the schedule. The custom dashboards let me see exactly what I need to focus on each morning.
Cons: I won't lie, the learning curve was steep. It’s a very dense tool with tons of options, and I had to spend several hours configuring it before it became truly useful. For small, simple projects, I sometimes find it a bit too "heavy."

We're so happy to have an all-in system that allows for some customization, but doesn't require a certification in the software just to understand it. Setup can take a little time and wholesale adoptions will take a little but, but Wrike is really a fantastic project and task mangement software. I've tried other programs that are prettier but require far more clicks to set a single task. I've tried programs that require incredible amounts of knowledge to set up. Wrike is simple but deep if you want to get deep, and it suits our needs admirably.
Pros: We're a small communications and marketing firm, so we weren't sure if Wrike would suit our needs. But it has exactly what we need: easy tracking and assignment setting. Nested tasks. It has helped us to organize and manage across multiple clients and projects. Plus the dashboard helps us to better understand our productivity and where we need to make changes to our internal processes.
Cons: Complicated date setting is still difficult for our team. We haven't quite figured out how to set cascading dates that don't change the ultimate end date. We also struggle with milestones. It's probably an us problem, not a Wrike problem, but it shouldn't be difficult to understand.

Pros: It is easy to use once you learn it, intuitive, and I can correct mistakes. I also love that you can duplicate projects and tasks.
Cons: The different views and the fact that, say we are on a task and we want to get back to our dashboard, I have to go to the left nav and click on Dashboards. However, back in the days, they had Dashboards at the top of the page, so you just had to click on it to get to it. Easy breezy! It'd be also nice if they bring that back, to also put Search at the top of the page instead of selecting the left nav and then search.

Overall, I am satisfied by usage of Wrike. There were a couple of hickups in the initial setup but it's better now.
Pros: Easy to add users and intuitive ticket flow. API integrations work are really handy to keep an eye via 3P tools and automate internal reportings.
Cons: Limited Reporting based on certain criteria like user etc. If a user is assigned a project and a task, they are not visible side to side. I understand it's very specific use case but initially we did have to face problems because of this between the client requirement and the tool's capabilities.

Pros: The UI is really user-friendly and easy to use. I like the task workflow and status update features they make it easy to track progress at every stage. The notification system is also clear, so nothing important gets missed. It’s really good for organization management as well. I’ve been using it for a while now and haven’t faced any bugs or issues so far.
Cons: Finding specific keywords can sometimes be a bit difficult, and search results could be clearer. New users might also find it slightly confusing at first, as it takes time to understand all the features. Some parts of the UI can feel a bit crowded.

It has been really easy to communicate and keep things transparent between the team, positively affecting workflow management. Since we're able to segregate regions in the organization, regional data or any regional specific communications can be accessed by dedicated personals only helping in better management. Would definitely recommend others to use this platform because of the value it adds.
Pros: It's quite customizable according to varying needs. UI is also simple but appealing. Since there is proper segregation under a campaign for different tasks, it gets easier to keep a track of things and manage work properly boosting productivity.
Cons: Sometimes takes a while to load. In these cases, chat option as customer support can be very helpful. Also, image in the comment does not get saved if we toggle between other tabs.

My overall experience with Wrike has been pretty good. It has been very useful for staying organized, managing assigned tasks, updating project statuses, and keeping track of my deadlines through dashboards.
Pros: It is intuitive and I like its ability to keep you informed as and when task statuses change and a request needs my attention. It helps me stay on top of things.
Cons: 1- I'm not so crazy about checking attached PDFs in my tasks, when there are different updates attached. Its tough to say whether this document is version 2 or 3 or such. I have to click on another sub task to check the updated pdf attached by the design team.
