WhatFix has been an excellent partner in supporting our initiatives. Their tools and services have not only met our needs but have also enhanced the experience for our customers. The positive feedback we’ve received shows how effective and user-friendly their solutions are!
Pros: My favorite aspect of WhatFix is how intuitive and user-friendly the whole platform is. From the front end to the back end, WhatFix makes sure that I can easily develop and deliver training material to our users while providing users a enhanced experience while on our platform.
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about WhatFix!

Amazing team of individuals who are always ready to support and know their platform well.
Pros: Great UI and contents are easy to configure. Product team and support team is very proactive
Cons: None. Everything works as expected and I hope the spirit remains as-is.

Pros: This tool is essential for our company to integrate, train and support remote and in-office employees on enterprise software applications to drive adoption, reduce training and support costs, and improve productivity on a massive scale.
Cons: The free trial version is limited in both functionality and duration.

We are very pleased with the DAP and the service at Whatfix. We have been using it over a year and a half and it has done and continues to do everything they promised it would do. The integration of this tool was very quiet, meaning, we implemented it and only received positive feedback. There was no scrambling to get it aligned or working correctly, nor did we have any negative comments about how it was interacting with our system, or irritation about seeing something new! It is pretty common to implement a tool and get some amount of negative response or technical issues at launch. We launched it...and it just worked! We receive positive feedback frequently and the word is getting out across the company. We now have enough positive awareness about Whatfix that other department leads are requesting that we "Whatfix" their tools. We have now increased our investment enterprise wide and look forward to the benefits across more of our platforms.
Pros: $8d
Cons: I just can't think of any cons at this time!

Overall, we love Whatfix! Others in the company have started reaching out to ask us to create content. We like to say, "We can Whatfix that!" No other tool we use can provide the in-app help our users need to succeed while they're working.
Pros: In general, Whatfix is easy to use. The widgets offer many possibilities to help users do their jobs more efficiently and with less stress. Pricing was straight-forward without all the add-ons competitors would charge. Most importantly, Whatfix's team members are kind, helpful, hardworking, and innovative! They are always upgrading and improving the tool. They find solutions to problems which would otherwise stress us out! We have never had such a positive vendor relationship!
Cons: Although creating content is easy, it's not always as easy to make it work and appear correctly. (Thank goodness for the excellent Whatfix support team, though!) I just wish it was easier to do everything myself. Also, being a bank with stringent security, we struggle with being able to grant system access to the Whatfix team to help us set up new systems and create content. This is not a "con" against Whatfix per sae; it is just a fact that we must work around.

The support is great. Their teams are largely based in India so that can be a challenge with their internet connections. Also timing for US timezones and holding meetings can be difficult. They are very nimble and receptive to feedback.
Pros: Usage of page tagging so that as you experiment and move things around the page that you do not need to reconfigure things. You can create video flows and also create translations without having someone on staff.Support was great!
Cons: Some of the pop-ups were challenging to configure using their own templates. Sometimes meetings would get delayed.

Overall our experience with Whatfix has been fantastic. The platform is very reliable with lots of great features and regular updates. Customer support is also very strong, with quick responses to queries and frequent check-in calls to discuss areas of improvement.
Pros: Whatfix was very easy to implement within our platform, and provided a great number of features to use with minimal setup. The range of widgets available allowed us to create a bespoke onboarding program, guiding our users through our application and capturing detailed analytics on what was and wasn't working.
Cons: Initially we found the Whatfix dashboard a little overwhelming, due to the sheer amount of features available, and understanding how settings had to be applied to ensure widgets and flows only appeared on the pages we wanted them to.
Ben T. · Learning Technology Lead · E-Learning · June 5, 2023
Pros: Whatfix allows users to create interactive step-by-step guides with contextual tooltips, pop-ups, and overlays. This feature helps users understand and perform tasks within a software application in real-time, reducing the learning curve and increasing productivity.
Cons: Some users may find the initial setup and configuration process of Whatfix to be complex or time-consuming. Depending on the complexity of the software being documented and the customization required, it could take significant effort to create and maintain interactive walkthroughs or guides.

Pros: First and foremost, Whatfix Customer Support is the best I've experienced. They are quick to resolve issues and our account manager is always available to assist as well. The team they have supporting customers is truly exceptional. Secondly, integration with our CRM has been critical. It's allowed 24/7 help to our users and decreased the number of support tickets. We are able to guide our users to Whatfix content for help/training which provides them instant support.
Cons: There's nothing I can think of as a con. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially with the tag functionality, but the more you familiarize yourself with the steps, it becomes quick and easy to create content.

Overall, Whatfix has been brilliant. Everything from onboarding, content building, training, support and analytics. It has been great.
Pros: The onboarding was fantastic. The support was great and the processes were easy and informative. The product itself is great. We required some custom development work which they agreed to do. They stuck the timeframes and communication was great.
Cons: I cannot think of anything. Overall, great service
George T. · Business Analyst · Information Technology and Services · May 12, 2023
It has an easy to use interface with multiple options to achieve what you are looking for
Pros: It is one of the most easy to use platforms. Helps us not announce new features but also to reduce the support tickets for the FAQs
Cons: Maybe the usability can be better. Retaining the last action of the user, so if the user wants to come back it will be easier.
Aditya M. · Customer Success Specialist · Information Technology and Services · May 11, 2023
Great experience
Pros: Its a value addition service and solves a lot of problems
Cons: I am new so i am getting there hence i do not have feedback on the least liked aspect of Whatfix
Gitesh S. · Sen Manager Enterprise - Customer Success · Information Technology and Services · April 10, 2023
Data driven decisions are very important to us. With Whatfix we are able to provide better data to our development team while simultaneously guidling our customers through our app.
Pros: The Customer Service is extraordinary. Once you learn how to use the tools and their limits, your imagination is the limit as to what you can do.
Cons: With so many features and options it was a little hard to finalize what we needed to focus on.
Mark F. · Director of Customer Experience · Computer Software · March 14, 2023
Pros: With the help of task lists, self help and pop ups we can directly support our customers (users) and provide them with help. This way we can reduce the number of support tickets and relieve the support team.
Cons: The use of tags is currently still a bit cumbersome and could be clearer or better structured. It would also be desirable to be able to open the CLM board in multiple browser tabs. Linking content (e.g. link from an article to a walkthrough) could be simplified.
Silke R. · Head of Technical Documentation · Computer Software · March 13, 2023
Extremely satisfied, I saved a lot of $$ using this DAP solutions over onboarding & in-app training for both customers & employees
Pros: Ease of deployment, analytics, and very generous pricing compared to Walkme.
Cons: Translation accuracy & A/B Testing capabilities of the flow.
Amit A. · Product Manager · Internet · January 15, 2023
Fantastic product, easy company to work with. Highly reccomend!
Pros: Great features, with steady delivery of new features. Whatfix really listen to their users and shape their backlog accordingly
Cons: Less about the product, but sometimes the communication can be over-zealous/clumsy
Neil D. · Head of Product Delivery · Staffing and Recruiting · June 23, 2022
Whatfix LMS is best part which i like and it has new courses every time
Pros: Content creation and LMS portal. Analytics best part which provides us more insights about the content usage
Cons: I don't have anything least about this software
sughapriya s. · Consultant · Information Services · March 24, 2022
Pros: Helps end users complete tasks (easy and complex) in a variety of software solutions through a web based platform. Assists with training and onboarding.
Cons: Nothing stands out as a dislike. Whatfix is innovative and constantly improving and listening to their customers needs.
Megan K. · Consultant · Information Services · March 24, 2022
Good support, training and follow up from the WhatFix organisation.
Pros: Easy to use and do not need much training
Cons: The Flows has to work each time for the users. If you do not follow the steps exactly described in the Flow, then you drop out and need to start Flow from the beginning. The End-users does not have time to restart the Flow.
Marianne T. · Senior Financial controller · Telecommunications · March 23, 2022
We have rewritten our entire onboarding process for new clients using WhatFix as an overlay. When clients see a WhatFix element on our site they think that it is part of our program.
Pros: WhatFix makes it easy to add functionality to our software offering without the need for Development to get involved.
Cons: The organization of content can be a bit frustrating but once you get the hang of it, it makes sense.
Rory R. · Director of Training & Development · Printing · September 29, 2020
The general support and assistance off whatfix has being a tremendous help in that we are close to realizing our goal of lowered support costs and even happier customers.
Pros: The Package is well catered for use by website owners and simple web apps through the help of customer support you are able to get used to using it within a short period of time for the simple areas of the application. Support is almost always available but can be slow with response times, though there is an FAQ to assist your queries. The features available should make most peoples on-boarding and general assistance of their websites a lot easier to navigate.
Cons: The only negative I have to say is that whatfix is not catered well for bigger web apps which present the users with multiple options to complete the task they set out to do. I understand now that whatfix is primarily for websites and we are getting to the point of whatfix being the perfect platform for our company so I thank whatfix for being so understanding

We were having an issue fully onboarding users with our old help center. Whatfix's task list and guided walkthroughs have been instrumental in helping us more easily get users up to speed and accelerate their time to value with our product. Also, we have seen a decrease in support tickets and phone calls since the Whatfix implementation. And, although it's pretty early to say for sure, those users who have come on board after our Whatfix implementation have seemed much less likely to churn so far.
Pros: I actually enjoy making the walkthroughs with the Whatfix software, but perhaps the best thing about the software is the customer support staff, which is always at the ready to help with everything from the initial set up to maintenance. Rep, my support specialist, is always ready to answer via email or jump on a call to address any issue. Thanks, Rep!
Cons: While I really do have to stretch to come up with anything I don't like about Whatfix, some of the analytics functionality could be more fully fleshed out to allow me to more easily hunt down issues. But, again, that's a stretch, as Rep has been there every step of the way to make sure I am aware of how Whatfix and our app are getting along.
James K. · Customer Support Manager · Real Estate · February 24, 2019
Pros: Our support from our Success Manager has been beyond. Whatfix is a great product, but if you value great support from a reliable team: look no further.
Cons: We've found a few buggy issues with Whatfix that I think stem from the complex way we segment clients. That said, my success manager and the team are masters at finding and fixing fast.
Anonymous User · Social Change Account Executive · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 1, 2019
Pros: Working with the WhatFix team is like being on a team together. Although in different time zones, their team is passionately available to collaborate on integration ideas and answer questions at all times. The customer success team is second to none and set a standard for how to work with a customer.
Cons: The product is maturing and has a world of potential beyond it's existing value that it already serves! We look forward to seeing Whatfix grow and where the company, product, and team will be in a few years time.
Anonymous User · Operations, Data Management and Project Design · Logistics and Supply Chain · January 8, 2019
Pros: Extremely easy to use and set up, great analytics, effective tool for new members to any SAAS product. The level of customer service is unrivaled in this industry - can't say enough good things about the entire WhatFix organization.
Cons: It's not technically a "con", but as they say, "you get what you pay for." WhatFix definitely isn't cheap, but I would not expect a product and service of this quality to come at a bargain price. Definitely worth every dollar.
