Pros: What I liked most about WEAVE was the supportive and welcoming environment it created for everyone involved. The program encouraged teamwork, open communication, and learning from different perspectives. I appreciated how organized and engaging the sessions were, making it easy to stay involved and motivated throughout.
Cons: One thing I liked least about WEAVE was that some sessions felt a bit too long, which sometimes made it difficult to stay fully focused throughout

Cons: Really didn’t dislike anything about this software I guess if I had to point out one thing be the appointment management was kind of confusing at first, but not too bad once I figured it out

Pros: The integrated communication features are a real win. Being able to text clients directly from the system and have it all logged is super helpful for keeping our team organized, especially when tracking down appointment details or sending reminders. It's pretty convenient.
Cons: While the scheduling part works well enough, the mobile app's interface feels a bit clunky sometimes. Navigating between patient records and appointment bookings isn't always intuitive, and I occasionally find myself tapping around more than I'd like to get where I need to go.

Pros: The thing that really stood out to me about Weave was the texting feature that made it easy for communication to happen.
Cons: Nothing really made me dislike Weave. It didn’t really fit price wise for the clinic though and that’s honest.

Pros: I love how the whole team can stay connected and assure messages are delivered. I love using it on my mobile device as well.
Cons: I don’t really have any cons. It did take me a minute to figure out how to navigate. I do wish I could reply to someone by just tapping their message instead of @ing them.

Overall, I recommend Weave. It is a great communication tool and has many features like scheduling and appointment management.
Pros: The communication and recordings logs. When speaking to clients on the phone, you can go back and play the recording after in case needed.
Cons: I've never had any issues with Weave. We use it daily and have never encountered any problems, so I guess that is a good thing.

This has literally been one of the worst experiences working with a service company I have had. It has cost us money by ways of additional hours of staff having to continually contact weave support and chase down problems. There are multiple missing files from faxes being missed and confusion trying to work with other providers and facilities with a temporary fax number. I am basically paying hundreds of dollars to be able to text. I could have upgraded my free Google number for the same service.
Pros: The only pro I can give at this point is one customer service rep that has provided follow-up for the continued mess and problems. If I could give zero stars I would.
Cons: The phones have to be reset at least a bi weekly, customer service is difficult to communicate with and closes out problems without fixing them. The fax and office number did not port over as expected. Continual, ongoing problems without an estimated date to correct the issues.

It was good they had good customer service, and I liked their reminder services. again, they just kept changing things and then saying it would be a separate charge.
Pros: Good company, easy to use, dashboard was user friendly. Reps were responsive to resolve issues and understood why we ended up leaving in the end.
Cons: left only because we were trying to cut cost and not loose features. They kept separating things that we needed but keep bumping up the price on us for features

We have been using weave for about 3 years now and so fair its been a decent program overall. Ive had frustrating moments but i dont feel other programs would have had other outcomes
Pros: I like that its easy to use and over all pretty reliable. It makes communication with my clients quick and all in one spot
Cons: After integration to change anything takes a ton of effort. Sometimes customer support is great, othetimes its like pulling teeth. I found the chat option to be most reliable.

Overall, I like Weave. Unfortunately, we have never gotten our call tree to properly work and there isn't a function to automatically place incoming calls on hold.
Pros: Texting and ability to send photos via text to owners- this makes it very easy to update owners. Owners can also request appointments through the app.
Cons: I wish it integrated with our PIMS software. It would be very helpful to be able to easily see all client communications from the patient chart.

Amazing- have not had complaints from any of our customers. It is a great platform for scheduling and for keeping the lines of communication open
Pros: Value for money, customer support, payment processing, security, appointment management, appointment scheduling
Cons: The price would be the only drawback that I can think of at this time and it is quite expensive when comparing with other platforms

Overall satisfied; the phones system work pretty consistently. I think it's a decent value for the price paid.
Pros: I love that people get a missed call text if our team is on another call & is unable to answer. This has helped us retain clients and keep clients really happy!
Cons: Sometimes will crash; won't always connect with our software. When the phones go down, we can at least use our smart phones and their app

Leaving Weave was ridiculous. I was forced to go through a phone conversation with a rep named [sensitive content hidden] who tried every guilt tactic she could think of to make us stay. At that point I knew I was done. They are now holding 2 of our phones hostage and will not unlock them claiming they need to be returned, despite the fact that they initially told us they were "ours to keep"
Pros: We used Weave for several years and loved the text to pay feature. We loved the integration with Revolution, and loved the customer service
Cons: During COVID we lost the customer service. Then we started to see other changes in the company. BOT chat for example. Not being able to find a phone number to call customer service. Then they decided to roll out a whole new screen that was technical and difficult to use. That is when I started hearing complaints from my team. They hated it.

Our overall experience with Weave has been outstanding. If we have any problems or questions, they are there to help.
Pros: I like the ease of use and how it incorportates into our other systems in place. We have tried other programs but came back to Weave.
Cons: We are a very small office and money is tight, so the cost is a little on the high side for us at this time.

Pros: Inexpensive phone service, clear quality of calls, caller ID that matches with our practice management software. Being able to pick and choose which services we want is amazing rather than having to pay for a steep package price with lots of features we don't need.
Cons: It only syncs once per day and the devices will frequently randomly disconnect from the app. It only sends texts to designated cell phones, not just a number listed as "Main" unless you want multiple numbers from the same household to receive texts, which our clients have not been happy about.

Our experience with Weave started off strong. It provided a convenient all-in-one communication platform that helped streamline patient calls, texts, and appointment reminders. The system was user-friendly and integrated well with our practice, which made daily tasks more efficient in the beginning. However, over time, we encountered some challenges. The software didn’t evolve with our growing needs, and we found certain features lacking or less customizable compared to other platforms. Cons: We ran into some limitations that impacted our daily operations. The pricing felt a bit high compared to what we were getting, especially as our practice grew and needed more robust features. We also experienced occasional technical glitches and delays in customer support response, which became frustrating during busy times.

Overall, my experience with Weave has been frustrating and disappointing. While the platform itself has potential, the lack of reliable support has been a major issue. From the beginning, we’ve struggled to get help with problems—especially with Weave Help not working—and despite numerous calls and emails over the past year, no one has followed up or resolved the issue. It feels like once we signed the contract, we were no longer a priority. I expected much better service and responsiveness, and unfortunately, Weave has not delivered on either.
Pros: The user interface is well-designed and the overall structure of the platform is intuitive and easy to use. From a software standpoint, it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, that positive is heavily overshadowed by the lack of support and poor customer service. Working with the team at Weave has been frustrating, and I strongly caution others—DO NOT SIGN UP unless you’re prepared to handle issues entirely on your own.
Cons: The support is extremely disappointing. Since signing up over a year ago, I’ve repeatedly reached out—via both email and phone—regarding issues with Weave Help not working, and still nothing has been resolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has ever gotten back to me or taken any meaningful action. Once we were onboarded and became paying customers, it felt like we were completely forgotten. I genuinely regret signing up with Weave.

Avoid and look for alternatives, they also downplay their competitors like Adit and RevenueWell instead of actually learning from them and making their product better. For the price you pay, I'd look else where.
Pros: The login and system UI is quite fast, it has a good minimal UI and more detailed one
Cons: With Weave, it's just a nightmare with the customer service and support. And guess what, any settings or setup you want to change, you only have to go through their customer support because whenever you make changes from their web portal, none of it gets actually reflected.

I have used Weave for over a year now. I love all the features. Weave does almost everyting we need. We use it daily for texting, phone calls, and reminders.
Pros: We used 3 other texting and phone systems and this one by far is the best. It is easy to use and setup. They are constantly adding new features that were recommended by users.
Cons: The app version is not as good as the desktop or web version. Some things are unavailable. I am happy they just added the templates to the app though. Wish my signature would show up. If a client has multiple pets scheduled at the same time and they confirm their appointment, it only confirms 1.

I was assured that this will work for my mobile business. I laid out to the sales team in detail as to how I run my mobile business communication. I was made aware of certain minor limitations but decided to give it a try anyway. The limitations were that I could not use my vehicle controls to make and answer calls - I could work around that. What I actually experienced was the system was glitchy when in motion and actually froze up the phone where I had to frequently restart the phone for it to start working again. Navigating through the menu items - voicemail, calls, messaging is cumbersome and not recommended while driving. You WILL need a mobile wifi service in order to use this service in order to not have calls dropped or delays in your conversations - although this still happened.
Pros: Office/Desktop functionality is great. Integrated into my practice management system.
Cons: Not mobile business friendly service - although they say it works fine in your vehicle. This is also one the most expensive VOIP services you will find out there.

Disappointment and unprofessional way to handle customers.
Pros: at first the sales pitch was good. It can make life easier. BUT........ many things they don't tell you.
Cons: There is no direct line to speak to a supervisor. They have Tiers of tech support, have to wait while they reach out to there Tiers to answer questions to resolve a problem. I was on the phone for 90 minutes. Did not resolve the issue. They only give you a 100 forms. They do not tell you that when they are selling the platform. When you are a busy dental office, which I have 40 years experience, it is difficult to run a practice with out Great Tech Support. !!!!!!!

Pros: The ability to text and multitask with patients even while you’re on the call. All the analytics which is useful to conduct the practice.
Cons: The caller abandoned option always confuses us.
