Genial, la mejor opción sin duda para que una pequeña empresa pueda llevar toda la estructura y organización.
Pros: Su facilidad de uso, configuración y adaptabilidad a diferentes modelos de trabajo.
Cons: Bueno hasta el momento me ayudado con lo que he necesitado. Y ya que estoy usando la versión gratuita obviamente estoy un poco limitado, sin embargo, creo que dentro de pronto voy a necesitar mejorar la suscripción

Hugely positive and I prefer this CRM to others I have used which tend to be a lot more expensive the Vtiger.
Pros: The ability to customise the CRM to your business requirements.
Cons: Connecting modules together can be tricky for beginners.

Pros: Vtiger has been a game changer for us especially the sales team. it has various features that makes sales and marketing more profitable and its very enjoyable to work with. The best feature in Vtiger is the sales automation and emails marketing options. We are able to conduct sales online with ease which makes us reach more customers which increases productivity. This too is also very affordable which reduces marketing cost on other avenues. The ability to install this tool in our phones is also an advantage for us. We work from anywhere with this app which leads to higher yields.
Cons: frankly the software has worked wonders for us. We cant dare rate this tool below 8/10.

Je suis un francophone et pour avoir parcouru le logiciel il dispose de nombreuses fonctionnalité qui sont très recherché mais la non disponibilité de tutoriels dans ma langue c'est a dire le français n'a pas été d'une grande aide.
Pros: Vtiger est l'un des grands CRM avec de multiples outils de gestion qui favorisent grandement la gestion et le suivi. Et ces outils sont accompagnés de multiples tuto sur leur chaine Youtube.
Cons: Cependant ces tutos qui sont reservés aux utilisateurs de diverses langues ne sont disponibles qu'en anglais et favorisant ainsi une unique langue. Que ferons les francophones desireux d'utiliser ?

Lead Management, CRM, project management with effort/expenses-tracking
Pros: Basic features are all here - also in the standard edition. But you have to buy many addons to get this working (e.g. pdf-Export) for daily work. Also the interest in the community edition seems not to be that high from Vtiger. Difficult to get free know how, also with extensive research.
Cons: Gui looks somewhat outdated and is not intuitive. Translations are there, but of bad quality. Upgrade is difficult for non-techies.

Vtiger CRM is a halfbaked crm with less of useful features and more of unwanted features . A semi done CRM in total .
Pros: The bulk database holding capacity and simple system of a funnel which has a good flow of data and upgradation .
Cons: The page open loop which takes too much of time to load is consuming too much of time . Homepage is too backward and needs a lot of improvement .

In general I am satisfied with this software since it fulfills its functions according to a low subscription price and even its free version is very useful.
Pros: One of its main advantages is the price, which compared to its CRM peers is relatively lower. It is also a complete tool that allows you to do simple things like managing customers to marketing automation.
Cons: A disadvantage that can be improved in the medium term is the technical support, which at times is not fast or does not solve the problem.

Pros: We use the free self install edition and have great integration with 3rd party adding which allow us to get our invoices and documents signed digitally.
Cons: There were some small bugs we had to fix ourselves relating to email attachments.

Overall experience with Vtiger CRM is good as it is fulfilling our current requirements of managing contacts and other CRM supported activities just if the customer support service happens to be to better than it would have been perfect CRM.
Pros: Vtiger CRM's contact management feature is very much helpful and most used feature of this CRM as maintaining multiple contacts across the globe is very much hectic thing to operate and Vtiger CRM does it quite efficiently.Along with that the alert/notification feature of the same is something that we can rely on for smooth processing of task.
Cons: Customer support service of Vtiger CRM is not upto the mark there have been time where our issues was not resolved in a systematic manner as it took time way more as we expected.

Lo utilizzo da ormai oltre 7 anni come CRM per un piccolo reparto aziendale. Ottimo software, lo consiglio specialmente per le persone a cui piace modificare e modellare al meglio, in base alle proprie esigenze, il Crm . Sicuramente il punto a favore di questo software è la quasi completa possibilità di adattarlo alle proprie esigenze. Con i moduli aggiuntivi, alcuni gratuiti ed altri a pagamento, si può allargare a molte esigenze diverse.
Pros: Ottimo CRM, facilmente impostabile con un minimo di conoscenza del software. Tutti i campi, eccetto alcuni obbligati che si possono comunque spostare, sono personalizzabili a piacere. Qualche difficoltà di compatibilità con sistemi android per utilizzare appieno le funzioni nelle versioni precedenti, ora risolte dalla versione 7 in poi.La versione freeware è già decisamente migliore di molte altre anche a pagamento.
Cons: Ho trovato alcune difficoltà nella migrazione del database dalla versione precedente all'attuale poichè i campi non coincidevano perfettamente e quindi non venivano memorizzati correttamente. Poi risolto modificando manualmente i parametri.
