I like the tool a lot! The limitations with the basic plan are frustrating at times, and feels very intentional to force your hand into paying for the Pro plan. We are a small business, so the Pro plan isn't something we can swing right now. If they offered just a little more customer service and functionality to their basic paid plan, it would be a genuinely excellent platform.
Pros: It's visually appealing, easy to navigate, and is one of the few CRM & Task Manager combinations that I've found that actually work well on both sides. I've used many other CRMs with task managers, but those aspects of the tool are often very basic, have limited capabilities, or are too sales-focused.
Cons: The included features got muddled and confusing when I was weighing the Task Manager tool vs. the CRM tool (which has its task manager included). Some of the most useful features, like workload and chart views, are excluded from the basic paid plan, and it feels a bit unfair. The basic plan's level of customer support feels very much like the free version. Almost as if you don't matter to them unless you are with their Pro package or higher.

Monday is good because we can edit the view and add more tables on the overview, depending on what things we want to see right away. I love how we can curate everything we need
Pros: The ability to separate our accounts by boards and the ability to create time tracking dashboard so we can easily check all the time spent in one place for all boards

My overall experience with it has been good. It is easy to use and has cut down on the screening process time.
Pros: I like how user friendly the platform is. With very little training I was able to easily navigate through the site and get everything I needed.
Cons: The only thing I don't like is that I don't get notifications to my e-mail if somebody comments on a potential candidate, but that could be user error.

It has to be my favourite platform to use overall we have Pipedrive/ Salesforce/ Zoho/ Hubspot within our companies and Monday is my favourite
Pros: Great CRM helps us automate our sales flow and keep track of our current deals while managing our follow ups efficiently
Cons: Some of the automations can feel clunky to set up and not as easier as other platforms to set up and automate.

Pros: I really appreciated how intuitive and customizable the platform is. The visual dashboards, automation options, and ease of collaboration made task tracking and team communication much more efficient. The flexibility to build workflows that match our specific processes is a huge advantage.
Cons: While monday.com is very powerful, I found that some of the more advanced features (like automation or custom formulas) had a learning curve and required more time to fully understand and implement.

When set up correctly it is a nice data management tool. I have worked for companies that really struggle with this application. This current company have a nice built Monday.
Pros: I like the searchability and the look. It would be nice if the automations would not break for no reason.
Cons: Automation breaking too easily. Mine is the only one broken and I have no way to fix it. Other than that it works sufficiently.

Monday is a great resource, and I would love to learn more about the marketing tools and capabilities through monday beyond basic sales and CRM.
Pros: I enjoy the search everything feature on Monday and how easy it makes it to find out if we have previously spoken to someone no matter what lead board they are on.
Cons: I have trouble with data visualization; I would like to be able to export leads based on what segmentation they are labeled as to make our mass emails through another platform more targeted.

Pros: THE FORMAT, LAYOUT , ACCESSIBILITY , COLOR COORDINATION, AND THE TEMPLATES PROVIDED WERE SOMEWHAT EASY TO USE.

It has allowed me to streamline a lot of my processes. Instead of looking for participant information across multiple spreadsheets and PDFs, I can find everything centralized in one location. My colleagues can also access my input in real time and we can share data easily.
Pros: I love the fact that it is so user-friendly. I admit that I am not as tech-savvy, so having a program that was straightforward was awesome. I love all of the unique features and being able to house so much information in one location.
Cons: I don't have any dislikes so far. It was very easy to learn and import data from other sources, which was very helpful.

Product is decent, the AI is nice but not intuitive to use. would like to be able to talk to someone live that can walk through some of these processes.
Pros: The prebuilt templates are very useful. Some of the connections and AI work well but can be tough to navigate
Cons: Customer service and helpfulness to walk me through some process and setting up reporting and other. Also your AI customer service bot would no send me to a person when i asked even though it could not answer my questions.

it has been good. I am not very organized. fortunately we have someone in the office who is MBA who inputs data for all files.
Pros: It is a great way to manage workflow among Admin & Partners in office. we have a lot of deal files among our client base and many verticals for the organization
Cons: constant emails that come in. realize this likely can be adjusted through settings. get a constant barrage of emails.

Overall, my experience has been great with this platform. The small errors are really easy to fix when learning the platform, and the program is also easy to change around if you want less notifications, more notifications, ect.
Pros: Organized and easy to navigate. Love that my team and I are able to check on every status of the task and get notified when it is our turn to complete something.
Cons: I would say the only negative thing about this service is the fast that its not marketed everywhere for everyone to use!

My overall experience with Monday service has been great. It has been helping me keep things in order. I would just like to be able to send myself reminders on when to contact and update people without having to subscribe to a plan.
Pros: I really like how Monday service puts everything in order for me making it easy to find and scroll through things when I’m looking for something.
Cons: I don’t like how we have to be subscribed to a plan in order to set up a reminder. I wish that there was an option to set up a two week reminder.

Pros: Forms are easier to manage with no coding skills. Easy to log in. Mobile app is cute. Integrates with many third party services and platforms. Allows multiple contacts with the same unique identifiers (email, phone etc.) Easy to navigate.
Cons: Still getting used to the interface. Merging duplicate contacts in CRM does not work well. Could offer more affordable plans, especially for nonprofit organizations

I am using Monday as a CRM for my marketing position at my company. My boss introduced it to our team and it has been a great experience all around. It has been very easy to use and really helped with analytics to see where we stand with clients.
Pros: It is extremely user friendly and easy to use all around. The fact that it emails the other members of my team with my updates is amazing. The communication is stellar.
Cons: Honestly nothing. I truly have been very impressed with everything thus far. It is a great CRM and I just started using it, so I am sure there is so much more to learn.
