I have been very pleased so far with Apptivo.

Step-by-step we are implementing Apptivo in our business processes where possible and sofar I haven't seen a thing that is not possible.
Pros: The fact that I can add and delete fields and have full control over the attributes of any field. Conversions to the next step is amazing, however, this options needs a few more possibilities.The fact that it integrates with Xero is very good and your staff today gave me possible solutions to sync with more than 1 Xero, which is great.
Cons: It is an online solution and we are dependent on the internet and overseas cables. This makes is sometimes a slow solution. The receiving email functionality is not great and we will continue using Outlook. The sending email functionality is great.

Very good. Support has been really reactive and immediate and has been top notch.
Pros: Very easy to use and adapt. TO change the system is a simple matter.
Cons: Some of the explanations are a little counter intuitive due , i think, to sub-continental linguistic usage rather than being incorrect per se (e.g. "trigger will fire in the next year" means the trigger fires in a year's time NOT in the next 365 days which is how we read this ). Some manual pages need the English to be standardised but generally speaking all seem easy to understand.

Customer Service is great. If you have an IT department that can do your troubleshooting you will find a willing and helpful partner with Apptivo. Their customer support team is top notch! I did not have the knowledge base to use the app successfully.
Pros: I really loved the idea of the 360 view.
Cons: It took me a while to really understand the components, but I felt in the end I was entering repetitive information. I could not get the logic chain and while have so many options is great, I would also determine which concepts I needed to get to my end goal.

Having paid for a years sub, I tried using Apptivo and just couldn't get on with it. Buying it was a mistake. I didn't like it at all and wanted a refund. Support said I couldn't have one, even a pro rata one, I was happy to pay for the time I'd been using it. I am self employed and was going through a lot of personal strain and worry at the time. It was only about £100 but I needed and still do need that money. I explained all this to them and about my situation but they still said no. They can see I'm not using it. DO NOT sign up for this product unless you are very sure it's the right one for you. Can't believe a big business would be that mean, that small amount of money means more to me than them.
Pros: good range of features, instant support.
Cons: horrible looking interface. Not pleasant to interact with. Tiny little boxes to enter information. Overall appearance was more like microsoft of 20 years ago.

Pros: I used quite a bit of CRM. But, with Apptivo based on your needs, you can customize it to tailor your company functionalities.
Cons: So, far the only thing I would do is when you are in the "Leads" or "Contacts" list if there was a next button to move on the next lead or contact. But, other than that it is great!
