Overall great and highly recommend this to anyone looking for an omnichannel solution where AI will most certainly bring relief to your team where high volume queries are things a system can handle without agent involvement since the data sits in your backend system. Crisp team is innovative, creative, and their support is wonderful.
Pros: An amazing chat and communication tool, allowing a multitude of customized plugins to come into their workspace safely. They are quick to action bugs and their support is fantastic when any issues are raised. As with any other tool, it's a learning curve but the Crisp team has made this so easy to go from old school tree-branch methods and a bunch of if statements to bring in AI and handle these scenarios seemlessly. It's value for money already bringing us a 40% reduction in queries (and increasing) due to their AI handling mundane queries obo our agents.

The service they give from their customer representatives is really good. They really want to help and make you a fan.
Pros: It is relatively simple and straightforward to use. We implemented it quickly and it was up and running without any major issues.
Cons: It took some time to learn how it all works and what features we wanted to use for our particular use case.

Overall, my experience with Crisp has been excellent—the software is intuitive, reliable, and backed by great customer service that makes the process easy.
Pros: I was genuinely very impressed with how capable and responsive the AI felt straight out of the box, delivering value immediately.
Cons: Setting up custom events was a little challenging at first, but the support team was quick and thorough in helping me get everything working smoothly.

No geral, o Crisp trouxe muita praticidade para o suporte, facilitando o acompanhamento dos atendimentos e agilizando o fluxo.
Pros: O que mais gosto é do suporte rápido e eficiente, sempre pronto pra ajudar em qualquer dúvida. Além da facilidade de uso, tanto para configurar quanto para treinar a equipe. A interface é intuitiva, os recursos de chat são completos e a integração com outros canais funciona bem no dia a dia.
Cons: Às vezes sofremos algumas dificuldades para implementar automações mais complexas e avançadas, mas sempre que isso acontece, o suporte do Crisp nos ajuda.

Very happy. It's the support tool I have been looking for for many years and finally we have found it.
Pros: Works really well with our e-commerce stores - both Shopify and WooCommerce. And their customer support is fantastic.
Cons: It's too big of a leap from the Essentials plan to the Plus plan. I.e. I would like to have more sub-inboxes, but I'm not paying $200 per month extra for that.

We've been using Crisp for several years, we never moved so that tells you smth! Support is usually very good. Recently, I started talking to Pedro, super nice, attentive, helpful, going the extra mile to help. As a Head of Customer Operations, I can definitely appreciate a great support
Pros: It's usually simple to use, great cost-benefit! For agents it's really simple to use and manage conversations, translations work well, general campaigns and set-ups are also easy and nice.
Cons: When the operation starts getting more complex sometimes it gets tricky to find workarounds for all needs. The analytics need to be tuned, often times it's hard to be sure on the accuracy, the filters available become not enough.

Cons: The quality of the helpdesk articles section could be enhanced, especially since videos are currently not permitted. Well, they are permitted but its not an easy process. The structure of the overview page for the helpdesk articles could benefit from better organization. Presently, it only allows categorization without the option for filters. E.g. it would be beneficial to have like a Google Sheet overview with filter functions to navigate through the content easily. This addition would greatly facilitate access to information and improve the overall user experience.

I would say it's good if you're looking an easy way to manage support tickets thanks to a great UX/UI
Pros: What I love the most is the UX design and the support availability, the fair pricing too It's very helpful for our team
Cons: Some issues with our proxy (Crisp is not shown to every user) - No possibilities to put a form in the "contact us" in the footer of our helpdesk - The stats need more info like first response, users who contact us the most... - No product tour - No banner to announce something to our users

C'est très agréable d'être reçu chaleureusement et de voir les personnes s'impliquer dans nos demandes ([caché sensible contenu] le fait parfaitement) et est très réactif. [caché sensible contenu] est un très bon élément de l'équipe qui prend très à cœur nos demandes ou nos difficultés. C'est un réel plaisir de se sentir aidée et d'avoir un échange agréable. Il nous a aidé à résoudre beaucoup de problèmes rencontrés. Cela grâce à des vidéos explicatives directement sur notre espace, ce qui nous a permis de gagner énormément de temps.
Pros: Le fait qu'une des personnes avec qui nous étions en contact ([caché sensible contenu]) prenne le temps et la peine de comprendre ce que nous souhaitions tout en nous créant des vidéos explicatives pour nous aider largement à réaliser ce que nous souhaitions mettre en place.
Cons: Les utilisateurs qui ne savaient pas répondre et qui laissaient le message sans y répondre. Je pense que c'est surtout l'équipe anglophone qui avait du mal à comprendre l'équipe francophone et inversement.

It was good enough for our startup phase, but we quickly outgrew them. I would still recommend them for any company running lean.
Pros: Crisp has one of the most generous free trials at 100 profiles and 2 seats. The next plan up is $45/month for 5k user profiles.
Cons: Crisp gets quite expensive if you need more than 5k user profiles. It becomes $95/month for 50k profiles and then $295 for 200k profiles. Once you exceed 5k profiles, you can start looking at the likes of FreshChat and Zendesk.

Wir mussten eine neue Lösung finden, da der native Live Chat von Shopify die anbindung zu Meta beendet hat. Umstellung lief sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter arbeiten gerne damit.
Pros: Einfach einzurichten. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Viele Addons. Modernes Interface. Interessante KI features.
Cons: Das einzige was uns fehlt, sind Kommentare aus Meta - es gibt Konkurrenzprodukte die diese Funktionalität haben.

Overall really nice experience. One of the better CRM out there and good enough for a small team. For the price point + features available, it is quite decent and bang for buck.
Pros: I love that I am able to collab and have a shared inbox with the team members. I also enjoyed the analytics as it is useful for my management to understand about our team's efficiency. I love the shortcuts and integrations as well.
Cons: There's some learning curve to using the app. It takes awhile to understand what you want to do with the app and how to set it up.

Overall great experience. The free trial is also great top make sure we could test this out in production before we commit.
Pros: Extremely use friendly and great documentation and support. Overall really easy to set up and start building and deploying a chatbot. I got one up in 1 day and even added some more complex features.
Cons: Some learning curve but less steep than alternatives I've tried. There is probably a learning curve regardless but their documentation and support team helped.

Pros: The whatsapp integration, the AI integrated, the chat, the workflows. Crist concentrate our sales, marketing and support in one platform.
Cons: I thought that crisp was unlimited about the number of guests but each plan have a limit. The limit is hight and it's not a problem, but I thought it was unlimited

Pros: I was trying to build an onboard customer survey plugin and setting up crisp was easy and hassle-free, I saw some examples online on the crisp page which I improved on it to build my plugin
Cons: Well, I had issues with debugging the events issue I was facing, I tried to reach out, Baptiste got back to me but couldn't solve the problem, I joined the discord to look for help but the support didnt get back to me there, I had to figure it out myself, I hope they improve on this

Overall it is positive, I believe that Crisp has a lot of potential, but it still needs to improve some details like those mentioned above.
Pros: What I like most is the interface. I like most of the services provided. I like the sub inbox functionality, however it is a shame that I still cannot use it in the application because I still have the old version.
Cons: There is no AI functionality for chat evaluation There is no NPS for WhatsApp, and especially a way to automate the sending of these NPS as soon as the conversation ends

Pros: User friendly, triggering messaging and live translation is awesome! The staff is always available to help you set anything, or answer questions at any time.

There is no option to mark conversations as unread. Because of this, our support department sometimes misses requests.
Pros: Crisp is a simple and easy to set up product that we connected to our sites in 10 minutes! The service has many ready-made integrations with other products, as well as a built-in system for organizing a knowledge base.
