Overall Kixie is a simple calling tool to help with making any kind of outbound cold-calls. If you are working in a capacity where you will have to make a lot of calls in a day and you are working with a CRM that integrates fully with Kixie I believe it is extremely helpful.
Pros: I like that Kixie is a very simple and easy to use outbound calling tool. I also like that it automatically changes the number every time you make an outgoing call to prospects with ConnectionBoost.
Cons: A lot of times on the first call the prospects call screener tool from their phone usually flags Kixie's number as spam. I noticed this a lot from the first call. The other slight issue is that the company I worked at used their own in-house CRM tool which did not integrate properly with Kixie so every outgoing call had to be individually dialled manually which is very tedious especially when when we're expected to make over 200 calls a day.

Overall we did need a phone system for our sales and support team and Kixie worked initially. However we found that integrations and level of impact were minimum and so we switch to a better tool.
Pros: Kixie is a phone service my company used previously prior to switching to our current phone system. They were okay for what they were before we made our switch.
Cons: I remember Kixie being clunky with limited integrations. We needed a bit phone system that provided a higher value for the cost.

It definitely makes things smooth with local presence and ability to connect to our Zoho Crm
Pros: Ease of use and setup. Product support has been great as well
Cons: Sometime the line would be static, good overall when hardwire.

Terrible but it's cost me $280 and a day and a half of dialing to find out this dialer is a POS and very awkward to use. The only reason we were there is because they supposedly integrated with GHL.
Pros: They give a 7 day free trial so you can see what a POS it really is. When you're signing up for the seven day free trial sales support is all over you like white on rice. Once you sign up and put in the card for the $50 just in case reserve fee to use it for the free trial they charge you before the free trial ends so watch out to use the free trial.
Cons: Not user intuitive, very cumbersome, expensive for what it does, I have used dialers since the early 1980's customer support minus 5. You have to give them a card for the $50 charge just in case you use our platform they use the card not only to charge you $50 for what I don't know but then the additional $230 monthly charge in advance of the end of the seven day free trial. So it's not really free.

Solid dialer for making outbound calls. Click to call functionality makes it easier to make dials from CRM
Pros: Local Presence is great and definitely increases pick up rates Click to call within hubspot is also great
Cons: Sometimes the connection isn't the greatest

My Kixie experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The initial demo with [sensitive content hidden] was great, he provided valuable info, answered all of my questions, and wasn't "salesy." After going live with Kixie, I needed help setting up this cool feature called the Live Leaderboard; [sensitive content hidden] from customer support assisted me promptly and got me up and running in no time. Live chat support has been helpful whenever needed as well.
Pros: The ease of setup, use, training, and live call coaching ability.
Cons: Nothing at this time. I wish I found Kixie sooner!

Overall excellent experience. Almost 0 issues with the software, and if there are, they have fast support to fix it. Also, it's really easy to integrate with other CRMs like HubSpot, and easy to share your calls with the internal team for review.
Pros: excellent customer support and ability to call from a local number
Cons: the number of lines you can dial at a time depends on the type subscription you have

I like Kixie, it saves me time and makes calling clients easy.
Pros: fast, easy to use, efficient, saves time.
Cons: I use it often with no problems. I don't have a Con with Kixie

Kixie support team is very responsive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable with the dialer and would take time to isolate the issue before concluding. They will not leave you behind. My overall experience with the dialer is superb! I can see a big improvement on the number of leads I generate! Kixie PowerCall appears to have a solid reputation for its technical support, with a focus on providing timely and effective assistance to its customers
Pros: I find Kixie PowerCall user-friendly and intuitive, especially its integration with popular CRMs like Salesforce and Pipedrive. I also like the call recording feature, which is very easy to access and listen to the call in case you need to review it.
Cons: bugs, glitches, and occasional outages, which can disrupt the workflow

Has drastically changed the way I do outbound sales calls. Has increased my productivity by at least 50%, if not more. Once I started using it, I have not stopped and don't plan to.
Pros: Integration with CRM, PowerDialer feature, template text message, pre-recorded voicemail drops
Cons: That it's a Google Chrome extension. Whenever there's a google chrome update, it throws Kixie off integration to my CRM off.

The functionality of being an autodialer is great, having to dial 100 numbers manually would be a pain if it wasn't for Kixie it made my SDR job easier.
Pros: Its very easy to upload a powerlist, it provides you option to select the headers you would like to have on the dialer appear. I was able to automate VM and SMS after an outcome.
Cons: It can sometimes get stuck when dialing 2 at a time, I usually close the app and open it again so it resets.
Daniel J. · SDR · Insurance · February 25, 2025
It has led to an increase in new customers and an increase in sales immediately. It is a significant technology improvement for the type of phone sales that my company does.
Pros: Local presence dialing is a huge advantage and has led to a much higher percentage of 'at bats' with prospects. The one click dialing also helps my efficiency and has led to a big increase in outbound sales activity.
Cons: Some prospects seem see something about my call that looks like a sales call, and they still don't answer it. Perhaps the occasional 'spam likely' label on some calls, or perhaps something about the call appears a certain way that makes them avoid it. Overall, as stated above, the connection boost/local presence dialing has led to a huge increase in the number of opportunities to pitch. One nice feature is that the next call that I make, if connection boost is on, will be from a new number and I can also change my caller ID at will, if desired (not to a fictitious person or to someone I am not, obviously, but perhaps to my initials, or blank, etc. ) .

After looking into multiple dialers - kixie beste answers our need for a small growing team, our account manager is communicative and helpful.
Pros: Intuitive, integration with hubspot, local calling function, SMS capabilities, target hour calling, multiple dialers, VM drop
Cons: some issues with seamless connectivity to integrations but am yet to have comprehensive onboarding ;)

I have been on it for a week and have been happy with the results thus far
Pros: saves me time, allows me to quickly dial through leads and spend time on other forms of outreach and quality pipeline building
Cons: integration doesn't always pull in my leads so you can't see lead info in platform
Connor B. · Director of Sales · Computer Software · January 27, 2025
Pros: Very automated and efficient, allowed me to boost the amount of calls I made per day instantly.
Cons: I honestly found it very hard to find something I disliked in Kixie powercall. The team made it very easy to adapt and learn even with it being my first dialer.
David P. · Development manager · Real Estate · January 13, 2025
We used multiple softwares and finally Kixie helped us to over come the connectivity issues. Highly recommended.
Pros: Connection boost with local presence which helped us to improve the connection rates.
Cons: So far haven't faced issues, however we only encountered the glitch when there is an onging call, we are not receiving the call waiting notifications.
Ajay K. · Director - Customer success · E-Learning · January 7, 2025
It has been very good so far! I would definitely recommend this to anyone in sales who is on the phones
Pros: The multi line dialler, the organization of power lists, the connection boost feature, and the ease of use are what make Kixie a really great tool
Cons: A little bit of a learning curve to get fully comfortable with it but they offer great support so it really wasn't an issue at all just takes a bit of time
Wes C. · Appointment setter Closer · Real Estate · December 16, 2024
So far it has been really good. Reliable and functional.
Pros: Integrations, Customizations, and Functionality
Cons: No month to month contracts available(could be the spend level...but still a con)
Brannon C. · Owner · Financial Services · December 6, 2024
Overall, I really like Kixie PowerCall. It's a great tool for quickly uploading contact lists and super helpful for SDRs as it saves a lot of time with automated dialing. The CRM integration is awesome because it automatically logs calls and keeps contact info updated, making it way easier to manage and track leads. Also the flexibility that allows to choose the plan that fits different needs, making it a great option for different team sizes or budgets.
Pros: I absolutely love how Kixie PowerCall automates the dialing process. It saves so much time because you don’t have to manually dial numbers, and you can make calls way faster.
Cons: Sometimes it has connection problems, especially if the internet is weak, which can be a real issue when working from places in South America. It can interrupt calls and make things quite frustrating when trying to reach people.

Pros: Nothing really. The software is not intuitive and they were only worried about their commission. You can't call their customer service and their response times for chat were very slow.
Cons: They didn't really care about my situation.
Joseph C. · Insurance Broker · Insurance · October 23, 2024
I don't recommend it. Kixie must provide support 24/.7. They can't close their support entirely on weekends. Until this policy changes, I can't recommend Kixie.
Pros: The price is reasonable, but you get what you pay for.
Cons: It fails pretty frequently, and it always seems to fail on weekends. Call routing has failed in the past. We could not make outbound calls or receive incoming calls two days in a row (not all day but for a few hours each day). I find it unacceptable that they are unavailable on weekends. There is no support of any kind on weekends. If something goes wrong on a weekend, you are screwed. It happened to us multiple times. I explained my frustrations to Kixie numerous times.

Pros: I like the automatic call distribution The software comes with great features as a call center It is affordable and makes sales ennoblement easy
Cons: Has all the features we need and even more. No complaints
Enrico A. · Customer Service Manager · Information Technology and Services · February 12, 2024
Oscar M. · Analista IT · Information Technology and Services · August 28, 2023

In general, I tend to have a positive experience with Kixie PowerCall, as the platform's integration with popular CRM systems, automatic call logging, and real-time analytics and reporting features are all well-received and effective in improving sales productivity and efficiency. However, I have expressed concern about the pricing, which may be too high for small businesses or teams with limited budgets. User interface could be more intuitive. Nevertheless, most users consider Kixie PowerCall to be a valuable sales engagement tool, with many reporting that it has led to improved sales performance and revenue growth.
Pros: I tend to appreciate most about Kixie PowerCall include its seamless integration with popular CRM systems, its automatic call logging and local presence dialing features, and its real-time analytics and reporting capabilities. I also tend to appreciate the platform's ease of use and its ability to significantly improve sales productivity and efficiency.
Cons: I have expressed concerns that Kixie PowerCall's pricing may be expensive, particularly for small businesses or teams with limited budgets. In addition, I have mentioned that the user interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Despite these minor criticisms, the platform generally receives positive feedback from users, indicating that the benefits of using Kixie PowerCall for sales engagement generally outweigh any drawbacks.
