Overall, my experience with Lusha has been a mixed one. The tool delivers where it matters most, the LinkedIn integration is seamless, data extraction is reliable, and the subscription pricing is considerate enough to justify the investment for sales teams. The security is also top notch, giving you confidence that your data and account information are well protected. However, the occasional bugs and the complete lack of customer support response leave a lot to be desired. For a tool with this much potential, addressing those gaps would make it a much more well-rounded solution.
Pros: Lusha's LinkedIn integration is a highlight, the Chrome extension captures leads directly from profiles, making it a smooth and efficient addition to any sales process. The data extraction is solid too, often returning multiple phone numbers per contact. On price side, the subscription pricing is fairly reasonable compared to similar tools, making it accessible for teams of different sizes without breaking the budget. Overall, it strikes a decent balance between functionality and cost.
Cons: The biggest disappointment with Lusha has been the customer support. After reaching out via email regarding an account issue, I received no response, which is frustrating, especially when you're relying on the tool for active prospecting. For a paid service, that level of unresponsiveness is simply not acceptable. Beyond support, there are occasional bugs and issues that disrupt the experience, sometimes the extension fails to load data correctly or returns incomplete results, which wastes credits and slows down the sales process. These reliability hiccups, combined with the lack of support to escalate them to, make the overall experience feel lacking.

I feel that they have old data, its more costly and extraction of data needs to be improved so that you can extract more than 25 contact at a time
Pros: Lusha has a great funtion to search for titles/rolls in companies and select the type of company and vertical you need
Cons: Data is outdated, extracting the list is tedious at best and the cost for the data i higher than most I have used before

It's a handy solution for finding prospects though not always the most reliable due to prospect information not being 100% accurate.
Pros: Lusha is useful for finding prospect contact information and keeping within regulations. It keeps everything right with this.
Cons: The accuracy isn't always there and that's down to the prospects themselves to be honest. If prospects aren't up to date then Lusha can only go with the information it finds.

Good for lead gen and outbound sequences but also quite buggy and not optimised enough as well it could add some ai agents or something that can maximise the systems abilities.
Pros: Easier than Salesnav to find and source leads with added features that make outbound more streamlined.
Cons: When I made searches with lots of filters the whole system would bug out and not work properly which was very annoying.

Infuriating - I will never ever do business with a company that has bought my stolen data. I they tender to our company, I allow them to waste their time before binning the proposal just like all of my time that has been wasted by people harassing me in the middle of the night saying Lusha gave them permission to call me.
Pros: Before they stole my data i was harassed less. This company Steal data like personal phone numbers and then strangers call you at all hours. When you put in a GDPR right to be forgotten request - which I have several times, they just re-steal your data and sell it again. My phone number is NOT available online or on any social media, so it seems they steal it from persons inboxes they gain access to - however this information they apparently refuse to share.

My experience with Lusha has been brilliant. The platform has helped me make so many more connections by providing reliable contact details and direct dials. It’s easy to use, saves time in prospecting, and makes outreach much more effective.
Pros: Lusha provides accurate and up-to-date contact numbers, which makes it much easier to reach the right people quickly. Having reliable direct dials saves a lot of time in prospecting and helps speed up the outreach process.
Cons: Nothing specific comes to mind, overall the platform works well for my needs. If I have to choose something then the extraction of leads could be more smooth and easier.

Overall a fine and usefull tool for a reasonable price. I will recommend this. Just use it for 1 month and experience on your own.
Pros: It is a very accurate tool to get phone numbers of specific people. The Google Chrome plugin works very well and easy to use in combination with linkedin
Cons: There is allways a pop-up in the screen. Sometimes the number is not available, but that is something you will always have.

Pros: Nothing. It is supposed to do a very simple job, which is to provide contact details for the accounts we are prospecting into, and the data is either inaccurate or not there at all.

Easy to start and use but for a mature/maturing sales organisation it does not offer the level of data accuracy that helps our teams to get the right prospect info to reach out to.
Pros: Very easy to start using and set up, especially when you are in a not so structured sales org yet it provides quick and easy prospect details such as phone numbers.
Cons: Data accuracy is quite a problem and seems outdated to say the least. Coming against the price we paid I think there are now better solutions out there for more mature sales orgs.

Pros: Perfect to find numbers in for the Nordic and Benelux market. Accurate contact data and very complete.
Cons: Doesn't work for all regions, and a lot of times you only get the HQ number, which is not as helpful as direct numbers.

Easy to use, quick, the selecting tools for filters are many, very detailed information up to the phone number.
Pros: The research is very quick and offers related findings to your initial search which makes it a good assistant when you want to broaden your reach.
Cons: I had the impression it was focused on an international (foreign) database and less useful for my more regional or local necessities.

Pros: Lusha is a very user-friendly platform for researching data and finding accurate lead information, and the LinkedIn extension is also handy.
Cons: The only thing I don't like about Lusha is that the phone numbers are not classified as Switchboard or Direct dials.

Overall, Lusha started out as a test but has become a daily staple for myself and our team in terms of outreach, and contact management. Using both the contact and company features, we are able to create a fine tuned campaign and pull contact information directly from Lusha into our outreach program. We've recently began to use the Lusha Outreach Sequence Settings in Engage and the customization is awesome. I also love that Lusha allows flexibility in the pricing and customization for Enterprise Plans, which is appreciated for smaller organizations who need to dial in usage across users.
Pros: Lusha provides a low cost, easy to use and modern Outreach and Prospecting Platform for Sales Teams and Individuals to use. So far, I've been confident in utilizing their data around numbers, names, emails and company organization and it quickly can help cut through confusion. I trust it to be more updated than some of it's competitors in this space from first hand experience.
Cons: Some of the newer features seem reactionary to the industry trends. These would be things likes Hot Intent and Enrich seem to be driven by the current AI buzz, and have yet to really feel as substantive as some of their core features like Search and Recommendations, which are core functions. It's not a huge detractor, and I appreciate new features but spending more time on ensuring the data is 100% accurate would be better, in my opinion.

I enjoy using Lusha for the ease of finding contact information, saving it directly to our CRM and the company information.
Pros: This is a great tool to use for lead generation. This software always has the most up to date contact information.
Cons: Sometimes if the prospect has only been there for under 6 months they may not be listed in Lusha which can make it challenging.

It is a unique tool that will open many doors, in addition to being able to relate to all the other tools in the sales ecosystem.
Pros: allows me to obtain data that I can't find in any other platform, in a simple, integrated and economical way.
Cons: Sometimes it consumes credit and the information is not entirely up to date, although in one way or another, it is usually useful anyway.

When prospecting for sales Lusha provides accurate information, which helps saving time, so you can get on with more valuable tasks
Pros: Latest information for both emails and phones. It also has its own prospecting tool which takes a different angle to the LinkedIn sales navigator
Cons: Only have used Lusha for about a month so nothing has come to mind when thinking of improvements. So at the moment there's nothing clear enough to mention from a sales perspective

I have been using Lusha for 2 years now to find people's contact information, especially email addresses, to send payment collections. At the beginning, I thought this was a tool just for the sales department, but I find it really helpful also to give me highlights about the people, and sometimes, for companies.
Pros: I like that you can find email addresses for multiple people through LinkedIn, and in most cases, those addresses are real
Cons: I found really annoying that sometimes my account is disconnected and I need to log in again even though I was using the tool before. It is like sometimes it gets disconnected randomly.
