Very good tool with a modern and friendly interface. The key factor is to become proficient in is use and development early in the implementatin cycle.
Pros: The combination of modern CRM with BPM and visual workflow programing with no-code (minimal code) is very good. It also incorporates AI agents for end user assistance but also for workflow development which simplifies its use. We compared Creatio with traditional top tier CRMs and foud that in that area it is very price competitive because it has tools and functionality built in in other CRMS which have a fixed monthly fee with a variable component according to use. ON lte long run the other solutions would become more expensive to own.
Cons: It is a very new product (to us) and we are still learning to use it and develop on it as we are used to traditional coding tools, however this will improve with use.

es muy buena, ágil Practica. puedo capacitar al equipo fácilmente para que realice sus trabajos. es bien aceptada por el usuario.
Pros: Velocidad de implementación, costo beneficio, facilidad de uso. Capacidad de poder generar mis propios dashboards.
Cons: la velocidad de carga de algunas pantallas. tampoco en los Dashboards puedo hacer que si me paro en una barra me filtre todo el panel por ese indicador.

Cons: Un poco complejo como manejas las procesos, que se tienen que comprar add-ons para generar pdf cuando existen otras soluciones que si permiten generar un pdf sin necesidad de comprar addons

My overall experience is okay. For the price, Creatio does get the job done, however, my team relies on other programs to supplement features that Creatio does not offer.
Pros: The new email marketing design section is a great improvement. The ease of design and ability to customize marketing emails has greatly increased. The tagging system also helps create email lists and follow clients in their specific pipelines.
Cons: There is no undo in the email design section. This is one of my primary uses and I have wasted a lot of time after accidentally deleting a section and having no way to retrieve it. I also dislike that you cannot create landing pages to include in emails through Creatio.

I had positive experience as a developer. Creatio is flexible and modern, and I had good control over customizations. Projects went faster than with many other systems I worked with before.
Pros: The platform is very open and easy to work with. I liked how smooth it was to set up integrations and automate processes. The no-code tools also made it easier for business teams to build stuff without always calling us.
Cons: Nothing big to mention. Some dev docs could be bit more detailed in some parts, but overall the support was helpful. I honestly enjoyed working with the system.

We needed the support of a professional partner company to implement but after a few trials we eventually identified the right one adn things started moving more quickly.
Pros: It's not just a CRM, it is an advanced BPM with a lot of flexibility and ready-made components that are quick and straightforward to implement.
Cons: The bugs and upgrading from v7 to v8 but the UI is much more attracive so was worth the plunge.

As a partner, it's been great working with Creatio as a product and with Creatio as a software partner.
Pros: The ease of use and ability to quickly learn how to customize the solution myself instead of relying on a super technical resource.
Cons: Originally the UI was a bit outdated but with the new Freedom UI, it looks and feels like a next-gen CRM.

Implementing Creatio in our sales process has streamlined our sales process, kept us on our toes to follow up with every lead, respond in a timely manner, keep track of our customer information and have access to live analytical sales stats. I would recommend this CRM to everyone, the support team is impressive.

Pros: It is clear to navigate and has a great user experience. It's also very custom. You can make anything in the folders, types, customers, etc.
Cons: Sometimes, we had an issue with the scheduled emails feature. For some reason, it did not send, but overall, nothing much to complain about.

Pros: Lots of advanced features available to you, and you can customize the dashboards however you'd like. Great overall for users in CRM everyday
Cons: Takes a long time to load sometimes, a little confusing with all the features so if you're only in CRM about once a week, it might be hard to navigate. I imagine everyday users will pick up on the interface quicker. No CRM is perfect but Creatio could definitely improve their user interface.
