It is the best CRM I have used to treat companies as visible folders/tile which I enjoy.
Pros: The tile system is very clean and easy to use as well as the notification of prospects interacting with our content and outreach efforts.
Cons: I have run into a few events that slowed my ability to refresh my dataset quickly but they generally are fixed by restarting the machine or the program.

It's a mix, support were great but I found the platform extremely frustrating to work with.
Pros: The customer support team are really helpful and they go above and beyond to fix any issues and support you to navigate the unnecessarily difficult software platform.
Cons: It's just built as a cheap pipeline reporting tool for small businesses, it really lacks a lot when you start thinking about using it as a complete contact management tool. Navigating it becomes a chore rather than an asset. Another thing to think about is that if you have a lot of data to feed into a CRM then this is not the tool for you. It's so complicated simply because their algorithms for consuming the data are so dense. Filled with errors and retries, lots of hours wasted.

As a user of Salesflare, I've discovered a rocket-powered CRM that takes our sales process to new heights. Its automated lead generation and seamless email integration make managing contacts a breeze. While it took some time to get accustomed to, the platform's user-friendly interface and excellent support team have been a lifeline.
Pros: I am thrilled with the intuitive automation that effortlessly generates and organizes leads, saving valuable time. The seamless email integration provides invaluable insights, enabling personalized follow-ups. The AI-driven deal scoring and contact enrichment enhance our efficiency, allowing us to focus on meaningful customer interactions. With excellent support and a user-friendly interface, Salesflare elevates our small business's CRM experience to new heights.
Cons: I have found that the pricing can be a bit higher for our small business. Additionally, the learning curve was initially challenging, requiring time to fully grasp all the features. While the platform is generally customizable, I would appreciate even more flexibility to tailor it precisely to our unique business needs.

Pros: The system will automatically monitor your email, allowing you to rapidly convert any conversation into an account and begin following new prospects.
Cons: Filters make client organization more complex. I'd like it if this process could be simplified.

All in all, Salesflare is a great tool for managing customer relationships. Its intuitive interface and extensive automation tools make it easy to use, and its integration options allow users to sync with existing data and contacts. Despite some drawbacks, such as limited support and high pricing, Salesflare is a great choice for businesses looking for a comprehensive customer relationship management solution.
Pros: Salesflare is an excellent tool for managing customer relationships. Its interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it has a wide range of features that allow users to track and manage their client relationships effectively. The integration options allow users to sync their existing data and contacts, while the automation tools enable users to quickly respond to inquiries and follow-ups.
Cons: One of the drawbacks of Salesflare is the lack of support options. While the customer service team is generally helpful and responsive, there are limited options for more complex requests. Additionally, the pricing model can be costly for some users, especially those who need more advanced features.

I started using Salesflare as a solopreneur and it has everything I could ask for, later I used it for a company where I was hired as a sales manager for a big region including several countries and this platform worked perfectly. The dashboard may not look very fancy like other systems but it really gets the job done.
Pros: -They automatically integrate your contacts from your email-You can create and send email marketing campaigns directly within the CRM-You can send emails directly from the CRM and track them-Ability to manage different sales pipelines, great if you have different business lines-Founder is very active-Support is great
Cons: -I would like to see more integrations, especially for lead collection.

Pros: Salesflare is a kind of hybrid that is powered by internal automation, the connection with Gmail is extremely easy and it can be integrated with any other tool that may be required because the programmers knew what it should do in a CRM.
Cons: It really delivers as promised and I have not encountered any major problems with Salesflare since its integration with the company that hired us for its integration and it has been working wonderfully with the client's CRM system.

I'm an expert on GoToMarket-Actions for young ventures, therefore I've tried and have implemented most CRM systems on the market. Salesflare is the one we use ourselves. The company has constantly added features - from email-campaigns ou of the CRM to rights management to manage teams and so forth. It works out of the box and is very easy to integrate.
Pros: Salesflare has all features out of the box. Is very easy to implenet and customize.
Cons: I would like to see an overview of tags that we associated with contacts / accounts.
Jan K. · Director · Events Services · August 10, 2022
Pros: It's incredibly easy to input a new client/account, click and drag them through the sales funnel, update notes, etc. My client relationships, service, account management, and financial records are running so much smoother.
Cons: I would like to be able to input contact information on the "create new opportunity" form.

This has been a great addition to our sales process. It is easy to use and just simplifies keeping track of everything.
Pros: I love that I can easily track my sales projects through their lifecycle and easily refer back to them when needed.
Cons: I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software.

Overall Salesforce is great. I am very happy with their email tools. The website is pretty easy to use and the email tools are pretty great. However, I found the User Interface to be quite complex and not the best. But overall, I am happy with it for now. I recommend Salesforce to people who are very comfortable doing basic tasks on a computer.
Pros: Salesforce does a great job of providing a full suite of tools for managing your company's leads, contacts, and opportunities. The email tracker features are great for helping to keep track of sales-related communications. However, the user interface could be improved in terms of general usability. It also has a nice email tool that allows you to create accounts and send bulk emails. The email tools are great though, and most importantly, Salesforce is very reliable and stable. Salesforce is a very powerful software that can be used for all sorts of small business applications as it is very small to medium business-centric.
Cons: I think the interface could be better, but it does the job. Also, their pricing could be a bit cheaper. If you have a larger account with Salesforce, it will be more expensive than some other tools out there, but it is still relatively affordable.

overall experience is very well nice. Easy to used and accesible to everyone.
Pros: A simple platform that can help your business become succesful interms of sales and marketing.
Cons: I think it would be more wonderful to add more features of the software to help the business become attractive.

It is very easy to use and very affordable compared to other CRM software.
Pros: It is very easy to use pipeline. With LinkedIn you can send emails and contact your customers. It is fully automated what you need to do is to add data and everything will be done by the software. It can i
Cons: The system has bugs, it is very slow and has infected my device but luckily i fixed it.
Lonwabo N. · Assistant Manager · Computer Software · June 7, 2022
Pros: What we like most about this software is the ease of use and design. It makes keeping track of accounts/leads/etc fun and easy.
Cons: We have not run into anything we dislike yet.
Edie P. · Operations Support Manager · Hospitality · May 1, 2022
Pros: The premise for Salesflare is that it reduces the need to enter data into the system, especially when you have to add new leads to your system. It does this by integrating with email systems and scanning emails for signatures that contain phone numbers, addresses, etc. It does this well. Other integrations with e.g. calendly and the calendar apps ensure that booked meetings are always logged. You can organise your pipeline visually in different stages which makes it easy to get an overview.
Cons: I also tried to use Salesflare in a B2C context but unfortunately it doesn't thrive there because the fields like company name are crucial for the working of the system. Salesflare also created a feature for email marketing a while ago but when I tested it, it was lacking features such as reply-detection so I stuck with my other tool.

Cons: It is addicting to use since you will realise how easy your funnel can be :-)

Its a good entry solution for most client oriented brands
Pros: Ease of use is what makes this solution great. Its easy to implement and track user activity as well.
Cons: Its a bit basic when it comes to cross-team integrations when the department expands to CSMs, Sales, Marketing, etc

I have been using Salesflare for over 6 months now, and it has helped me get to know my customers better. Salesflare is an amazing CRM app that has helped generate more leads for our company. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in marketing, sales & customer success.
Pros: What I most liked about Salesflare is that it makes my life a lot easier. The software has made it way easier to automate emails, track leads and customer information. This means that I can save a lot of time, which is something every salesperson loves!
Cons: The only con of Salesflare, in my opinion, is that it's not the most intuitive software. It took me a while to get used to some of the functions and how they interact with each other. That said, once I did get used to it, I was able to do some really great work!
Brahim T. · Freelancer · Marketing and Advertising · December 3, 2021
Pros: I love how easy they make it to organize your contacts. It's simple and straight to the point. Not a ton of unnecessary options like other CRMS
Cons: I wish the email workflows could be a little better.

Awesome
Pros: I really love the workflow management feature in Salesflare that helps me automate 40% of my team's sales tasks. Overall its a highly customizable and robust tool for SaaS sales professionals.
Cons: Not anything worth mentioning just a couple of upgrades like email customisation etc would really make this fly
Parasjeet S. · Global head of sales · Computer Software · September 15, 2020
It's great! It suits my needs as my business setup is simple. When we get larger then we may need to change but even so, we probably won't.
Pros: I like the support and constant updates to the software. The android app is great as well
Cons: I don't have any faults that I can think off because you can always want something new and lose sight of what a CRM is meant for which is to keep you organised.
Michael N. · Google Ads Specialist · Marketing and Advertising · September 3, 2020
Team communication improves very much since you have at every phone call all relevant communication of your colleagues at hand, even when you were not copied on it initially.
Pros: All past (and future) communication automatically appears in the right format and well organized just by indicating your accounts and related teams
Cons: Nothing really. There is much more possible with the tool than I can use for now.
Marc C. · Bus.Devt.Mgr · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · September 2, 2020
Pros: It's very intuitive, the company is very active in sharing tips, they keep on building the product .. it does the job perfectly.
Cons: I like it all. I can't think of something.
