My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been very positive. It helps streamline customer management, track leads, and organize sales activities in an efficient way. The platform is feature-rich and supports automation, which improves productivity and saves time. Once familiar with the system, it becomes a very useful tool for managing business processes.
Pros: What I like most about Zoho CRM is its ability to keep all customer information and interactions organized in one place. It makes it easy to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up with clients efficiently. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features help save time by reducing manual tasks, which improves overall productivity.
Cons: What I liked least about Zoho CRM is that it can take some time to fully learn and explore all its features due to the wide range of customization options. However, once familiar, it becomes very powerful and effective.

As mentioned above, when a new lead comes into our environment it starts with in Zoho CRM. From there all of our team can see who needs to be addressed, what has been done, what still needs to be done, etc.
Pros: Zoho CRM is an crucial part of our company. We use it for new leads, tracking stages of leads and bookings, contact details, tasks, sending emails and more.

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM was positive and productive. It’s a robust, feature‑rich platform that excels at centralizing customer data, automating workflows, and supporting end‑to‑end CRM processes. I especially valued its high level of customization and seamless integration with other Zoho applications, which made it possible to tailor the system to specific business needs. That said, the platform does have a learning curve, particularly when setting up advanced automation, reports, or custom modules. Some areas of the interface can feel a bit dense, which may slow down new users initially. However, once configured and understood, Zoho CRM proved to be a powerful and reliable tool for managing relationships and improving efficiency.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho CRM was how customizable and all‑in‑one it is. It allowed me to tailor workflows, fields, and modules to match specific business processes rather than forcing us to adapt to the software. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with other Zoho applications—email, reporting, automation, and analytics—which made managing customer data and follow‑ups much more efficient in one place. Additionally, the interface is intuitive, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it day‑to‑day.
Cons: What I liked least about Zoho CRM was that some features felt overly complex to configure, especially advanced workflows, automation, and reporting. While the platform is very powerful, it often required significant setup time and a learning curve to fully leverage its capabilities. In some areas, the user interface also felt a bit less intuitive or cluttered, particularly when navigating between modules or customizing layouts, which could slow things down for new users.

Overall zoho is value for money and one of the easiest to use CRM for mid sized companies. Zoho’s integration is far more superior that most of the other CRM.
Pros: Ease of use. The search in Zoho is far more superior than other popular CRMs like Netsuite And verticals in zoho make it easy to navigate between related records
Cons: It is no good at customisation. It is very hard to create new developments inside zoho with is not default in Zoho

My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been positive most times, once i set up my page, ZOHO CRM does an amazing job keeping everything organized from leads, contacts, deals and communication history are all easy to be tracked in one place. That being said, it's not perfect, in the early startup, it was a bit frustrating and every now and then, the platform looked a bit clustered. Overall, I would say my experience is reliable and practical. It is not the best CRM out there, but it gets the work done
Pros: Zoho CRM is an app I keep coming back to because of its interface simplicity and effective functionality
Cons: My least favourite thing about Zoho CRM is it can feel a bit clustered, sometimes one will have to click through many screens to get something that can ordinarily be gotten easily. Although it's not bad but can be improved.

Overall my experience with Zoho CRM has been good. It helps me keep track of leads, follow‑ups and tasks without losing things in emails. Once everything is set up properly it runs smooth and fits into my daily workflow. There are small issues like slow loading or too many options to learn, but nothing major that stops me from using it. For managing contacts and basic sales processes, it’s reliable and gets the job done.
Pros: What I like most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to track contacts and deals in one place. At work I use it to follow up with leads and keep notes, and it keeps everything organised without me needing extra tools. The interface is clean and I can move around pretty fast once I got used to it. Email integration is helpful too, I can see conversations right inside the contact page. The workflows and automation save time because I don’t have to manually update every small thing. For the price, it gives a lot of features.
Cons: Some parts of Zoho CRM feel a bit confusing at first. There are many menus and sometimes I forget where a setting is. Customization is good but can get overwhelming if you’re not used to CRMs. A few times the system felt slow when loading big lists. Email templates are okay but could be easier to design. Also the mobile app works but not as smooth as desktop, especially when updating records quickly. Customer support replies, but sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

Overall, Zoho CRM is so easy to use and navigate! I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of keeping track of data. The software is super organized and a great cost.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho is how customizable it is. You can easily change the structure and formatting of the software so it’s personalized for your specific use.
Cons: What I liked the least about Zoho is how you can’t link it to other softwares. This is important for businesses that have to use many different applications.

I've open multiple tickets over 5 days and got just 1 canned illogical generic response. The customer support is pathetic and non-existence. I've got an IT degree and provided all the info and background to resolve the situation. Zohio is cheap, but don't do it as you're on your own if there is an issue and you just can't get a resolution to even obvious and simple problems.
Pros: Great features and a good range of interconnected products. This should be great and everyone should sign up but...
Cons: Appalling lack of customer service. Impossible to get a timely or logical response to an obvious problem caused by Zoho.

Zoho CRM has been excellent. Within a single platform, it offers an entire suite of capabilities for lead management, deal tracking, workflow automation, and enhanced client engagement. The interface is sufficiently simple to use on a daily basis, and the customization possibilities allow it to be tailored to various business requirements. Without needing a significant investment, it has improved team productivity and streamlined our sales process.Good customer support and easy email linking.
Cons: When configuring sophisticated features for the first time, there is a little learning curve. Without any prior knowledge, some configurations and automation may seem complicated. Additionally, even though the documentation and help manuals are quite helpful, there may occasionally be delays in support responses.

After nearly five years of use, Zoho CRM remains a solid choice for our operations at I-NNOVA CM. It helps us stay organized across client proposals, follow-ups, and internal pipeline visibility. It's not perfect for the African context, but among affordable CRMs, it's one of the better options available to tech entrepreneurs here. My rating stays at 4 - I'd recommend it with a note that you'll need to adapt some workflows to fit your local reality
Pros: Zoho CRM covers everything a growing tech company needs in one place - lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and basic team coordination. For I-NNOVA CM, it's been our go-to for managing client relationships across multiple product lines. The pricing is reasonable compared to Western alternatives, which matters a lot when you're building from an emerging market like Cameroon. The interface has improved over the years and the integration with other Zoho apps is a genuine plus.
Cons: The platform can feel overwhelming for new team members - the learning curve is steeper than it looks at first. Also, support for African market-specific needs (local currencies like XAF/ FCFA, MTN MoMo, ORANGE MONEY payment contexts, and slow-connection performance) is still lacking. Some features feel built exclusively for Western business workflows and don't map well to how we operate on the ground in Cameroon.

It has been a great and overall very positive experience. We use Zoho CRM for a variety of essential business functions and it has worked very well.
Pros: The CRM is very customizable and can be easily adjusted to fit the needs of our organization. It's a great value for the functionality you get.
Cons: Some of the functionality is not very user friendly for people who aren't familiar with this type of product.

Overall, Zoho fits our needs well and the workflows and custom nature of the CRM are great, but also leads to it being complicated to manage. Reports is incredibly difficult to use to find the correct data as well.
Pros: The best part is how customizable Zoho is. We are able to design the software to fit our very specific needs, and it can be different for each of our separate teams. We use the workflows all the time to get data into the CRM.
Cons: With most customizable products, you also get a product that is a little more complicated and less easy to use. That is true with Zoho as well.

We have decided to change to ClaritySoft CRM. Zoho didn't provide understanable support; even for what shoud have been a simple fix.
Pros: Easy navigation and great for task management. Great price. Population of fields is still seamless.
Cons: Have found that the support is not good. Upon my last inquiry, I couln't understand the rep and I speak two languages.

I use Zoho's CRM to locate client information to either help with decision making processes or in order to reach out to our clients or communicate within our team.
Pros: I like the various features within to help keep the team organized and easily locate our client's information. I also like the customization to help our company organize our client's important details better.
Cons: I do not always love the lay out, sometimes it is not super intuitive, especially if you are not in it on a daily basis.
Mallory S. · Clinical Operations Manager · Hospital & Health Care · March 17, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been positive. I found it to be a powerful and flexible tool that helps streamline sales and marketing processes. The interface is user-friendly, and the customization and automation features make managing leads, contacts, and tasks much easier.
Pros: I really liked Zoho CRM’s user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate even for first-time users. I also appreciated how customizable it is, allowing me to tailor modules, fields, and workflows to fit our specific business processes. The automation features, like workflows, email alerts, and task reminders, helped streamline sales and marketing activities. I found the reporting and analytics tools very useful, providing real-time dashboards and detailed reports for data-driven decisions.
Cons: While Zoho CRM has many strengths, I found some aspects less intuitive. The learning curve for advanced features and complex automation can be steep, especially for new users. Occasionally, the system can feel a bit slow when handling large volumes of data.

Zoho CRM is a solid product with a helpful support team and a strong product roadmap, Zoho CRM is a strong choice for any small business looking to manage their sales activity.
Pros: Zoho CRM made it easy to manage our Sales pipeline by providing a structured view of leads/deals, plentiful integration options, out of the box analytics and a helpful support team. a great choice for a small - medium organization.
Cons: Heavy customization or integration with other Zoho/third party applications can be difficult and time consuming to implement , making complex workflows difficult to recreate for initial config. There is a lack of AI features compared to other options like Salesforce or Hubspot.

Zoho CRM offers a high-performance experience centered on affordability and deep customization, making it a favorite for businesses that want enterprise-level power without the Salesforce price tags.
Pros: Zoho CRM's exceptional value and deep customization, which allows my team members to tailor modules and workflows to specific business needs without high costs
Cons: Zoho CRM's biggest drawbacks are its steep learning curve due to a cluttered interface and inconsistent customer support response times for non-premium users.
