My overall experience with Bitrix24 has been a mix of strong capability and a bit of a learning curve. It’s a powerful platform that genuinely helps centralize work, especially for managing leads, tracking activities, and staying on top of follow-ups without needing multiple tools. Once I got used to it, it became a reliable part of my daily workflow and definitely improved how organized and consistent I am with outreach. That said, it’s not the most beginner-friendly system, and getting comfortable with all its features takes time and patience. Some areas can feel overly complex for simple tasks, but once you push past that stage, the value becomes clear. Overall, it’s a solid tool if you’re willing to invest the time to learn it properly.

Cons: What I liked least about Bitrix24 is that it can feel overwhelming, especially at the beginning. There are so many features packed into one system that it’s easy to get lost or slow down while trying to figure out where everything is. Some parts of the interface also feel a bit cluttered, which can make simple tasks take longer than they should. Another downside is that certain customizations and automations aren’t as straightforward to set up as expected, you sometimes have to dig around or go through multiple steps just to make small changes. It’s powerful, no doubt, but that complexity can work against you if you just want to move fast.

All in all the experience with the software is amazing, doesnt have to leave the app. It handles everything from Collaboration, communication, CRM, task management, inventory etc

Pros: Bitrix24 works well when the objective is centralizing CRM, team collaboration, tasks and client communication in one workspace. Pros: O Bitrix24 é extremamente completo. Ele centraliza tudo em um só lugar, o que otimiza muito o gerenciamento de clientes, processos e operações no dia a dia. A plataforma vai muito além de um CRM tradicional, permitindo organizar praticamente todos os aspectos do negócio de forma eficiente.
Cons: Não há pontos negativos significativos. No entanto, por ser uma plataforma tão completa e robusta, ela pode parecer complexa no início. Leva algum tempo para entender todas as funcionalidades, mas uma vez dominada, tudo se torna muito mais fluido e eficiente.

Pros: Eccellente piattaforma con tanti strumenti a disposizione. Perfetta per mantenere in ordine tutti gli appuntamenti e compiti da fare. Tante funzionalità, molto intuitiva e veloce.
Cons: La versione vista dallo smartphone è un po' piccola e non tanto facile da vedere come nel PC, ma tutto sommato non ha particolari negativi che fanno deludere

Un excelente herramienta, excelente soporte y desarrollo para mantener al día con las actualizaciones de técnología y tendencias.
Pros: Es una solución muy versátil que permite personalización para distintas industrias y negocios con un tiempo de implementación no muy largo.
Cons: 1- La versión desktop no se actualiza automáticamente y se debe descargar las actualizaciones de manera manual lo que hace engorroso el uso de la aplicación. 2- Se debería permitir mayor alcance de automatización para el plan Standard. Está muy limitado.

My overall experience with Bitrix24 has been awesome. It has seamless features that scheduling easy and efficient. It ease of use is also a plus for us. I highly recommend this tool.
Pros: I like that Bitrix24 has an intuitive interface that allows users to customize with ease to match their desired features. It also very user friendly so new users do not struggle to navigate. Bitrix24 customer service team is highly responsive which is very influential especially during deployment as well when we issue any queries.

I've used Bitrix Bitrix24 for a while now to bridge the gap between my company and clients, like the Korean tattoo artists I support. It's still a very user-friendly platform, even with the language barrier, I can teach the basics easily.
Pros: While the core functionality remains solid, the recent changes to the free version feels like a step backward for very small businesses. It's still a powerful tool, but it's no longer as "worry-free" as it used to be for those of us managing limited budgets. However, still nothing beats Bitrix24, andd believe me I have tried a lot of CRM out there and I always come back to this.
Cons: The recent changes to the Free version have been disappointing. Specifically, I can no longer easily monitor how many GB of the storage weve used, which make smanaging files feels like a guessing game.

The software took some getting used to as it is a little complicated to learn at first. However, once the initial hurdle is crossed it is a very helpful software because it integrates CRM and communication so there is no need to keep switching between apps to keep track of tasks and workflows.
Pros: Centralized point for all CRM and communication workflows. Keeps it all on one place at a good price ! Extensive options available for customization which helps make the software really a part of the business! Offers great tools for take management.
Cons: Initial set up takes time as it is not an easy software to use at first. Customer support is not that great and it can take days to solve issues within the software.

The app was helpful but still a bit dated and clunky to use. We did not ultimately end up using this program and subscribing due to some technical errors with the program. It needs more work on their integration being seamless for the users.
Pros: Task automation makes daily work flow easier and in return saves my time to do more meaningful tasks with my time. You can integrate many other apps as well to make this even more efficient for your business, however some of them do not work or are out of date.
Cons: The app sometimes crashes and forces a log out which can interrupt work flow. I have yet to contact customer support to have this resolved. Support can be limited with the app and they often guide you to their FAQ or support pages rather than having tailored support.

Pros: Britrix 24 seems to be quit intuative, though the terminolgy is very US orientated. I like the flexability of the product.
Cons: The AI Assistant is very clunky, The terminolgy, it took a while to get a handle on the workflow that Bitrix uses.

Would not really say anything too bad about it. I think it's the best CRM I have worked with so far. It is like having an item company within a tool or item.
Pros: I like its layout; it's very customizable, and it's easy to set goals or organize my tasks. It is interactive and enjoyable to use.
Cons: I have used it for a little while and honestly, I can't say I dislike it about Bitrix. If I had a complaint, it might be regarding having more free options for editing the page.
